Talon-tyke frowned as the beetle escaped his big kitten paws yet again. How was he ever supposed to impress the older cats if he couldn't even catch a beetle? Really he'd rather be sleeping or playing with his siblings instead of practicing. All the other tykes got to play... His tiger-like eyes met the form of Howlan-tyke nearby. Perhaps it would be okay to play just for a little bit?
The Regime had no luck, as fate would have it. Smoke curled through the tunnel towards the young tom, a faint glow in the distance as something surely went up in flames.
"Oh! Talon-tyke!" His tiger eyes widened when he saw his sibling approaching him. It seemed to be some kind of hunter's stance so he knew it meant it was play time and immediately reciprocated, dropping into a likewise stance himself. His silvery tail stuck straight up in the air and he kept crouching lower and lower to the ground as he waited for his sibling to make the first move. Of course, this meant that he hadn't yet noticed the smoke, "Lowly SunClanner! Are you going to keep dancing with me or make the first move!?"
