Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Perhaps it was the just thawed streams refreezing or perhaps the colder winds blowing in from the north, but the prey had begun to run down the mountain away from Soullessabomination's snowy WinterClan home. Those same force drove the she-cat down the mountain in search of food. Her pawsteps carried her further and further until she happened upon MoonClan's border. She had some sense of where she was, but always having been forbidden to travel until recently, the she-cat had not yet seen the Clan as any sort of threat. So she followed the prey into MoonClan territory, and it wasn't long until someone was onto her.
She stopped. By WinterClan standard, she was huge. On average WinterClan had the largest sized cats, so she was a giant. Muscles rippled in her legs as she spun to search out her enemy. Her gilded reptilian green eyes showed an almost unnatural focus, and with a hiss her absurdly long fangs glinted in the light.
The predator had followed his prey as she chased after the scent of a potential meal. The rather large Inquisitor kept silent not revealing himself until he had observed her long enough. He noted the she-cat was abnormally large compared to many Moonclan cats, but was an equal enough match for the Savannah-Bengal tom mix. He caught the scent the vaguely reminded him of Winterclan. A growl rose in his throat as he made his presence known.
"Long way from home I see." Spacevoyager commented. His eyes narrowed at the Winterclan cat looking almost serpent like.
Her eye narrowed. She looked left, then right. The place's unfamiliar terrain set in all once. She could fight in the snow and ice better than any cat down below the mountain's peak. But this forest... it was well beyond her area of expertise. As she stepped, water rose from beneath the soil and moistened her thick coat of fur. Still, she had been trained for this.
Now that he had revealed himself, those piercing eyes never left him. A harsh growl rose from her throat, but her tail could not hide a nervous twitch.
The marshy terrain underneath his paws could easily cause a cat to slip if they were not careful enough. The inquisitor held his ground, the serpent like gaze passing over the she-cat. His critical gazing picking apart everything about his surroundings and the mannerizes about the other cat. He noticed her eyes looked strange almost reptilian in natural. The next thing he noticed was her unusually long fangs. Their appearance looked like they could do some damage if they got ahold of him. If it wasn't for the small nervous twitch in her tail that gave her away. And if the Inquisitor was a natural born fool than he would of found the situation in front of him rather frightening. But the Inquisitor was known for keeping a cool head in most situations. So it led to him repeating his first statement "Your a long way from home. What brings you trespassing over the border?" He asked again.
(<.< okay who is older in this situation, because I view Spacevoyager as only being a few moons older than Ravenstar)
(Soulless is like a year older than Raven, so I think she'd be older than Spacevoyager.)
Her conditioning kicked in as he repeated his question. Her hind legs stepped back as she got ready to brace herself. Soullessabomination's eyes narrowed. Then the sun's rays broke through the trees and shone on her fur. She was marred with scars coming from seeming every direction in nearly every place. Claw marks went right over her eyes, down her flank, across her chest, everywhere. Another deep growl resonated from deep in her throat. Her eyes glinted with a wild energy more akin to a cornered fox than cat caught trespassing.
His ear twitched as he was growing ever so impatient. Does Winterystar not teach her minions respect? he thought to himself. He knew if this was any of his Shadowhunters he would have given them a swift claw over their ears. “Well since it appears your leader, mentor, or whoever raised you failed to raise you with a little bit of respect when a cat of authority is speaking to you. You ought to run home before you make a mistake you are going to regret. I do hate repeating myself and my patience is wearing rather thin Mountain filth. What brings you trespassing into Moonclan territory.” He snarled taking a small step forward his tail lashing behind him now. As confrontation brought up a hidden rage that the Inquisitor had never experienced. Almost like a dormant caged animal was being unleashed.
His words seemed to pass straight through her. She had been called worse, far worse. To her, his insults were among the closest things she had received to compliments. For the first time she spoke. "You have no authority." Her voice sounded like it had not been used in months. She unsheathed her claws. "Go away."
"Your not supposed to be here." The tom hissed taking another step forward. He was little over a tail length away from the she-cat. As the sun peaked over the treetops he saw the scars a crossed the other cat's pelt. Her voice sounded like claws being ran down a flat stone. The fur along his tail has puffed up now and it had stilled and tucked close to his body. Claws unsheathed and tested the marshy ground below. "Go home."
As much as she wanted too, she knew she couldn't. Her Clan needed food, and it was expected that she would bring it back at any cost. She shook her head. "No. We need food." She glanced at the territory around her. "You already have plenty."
The mention of food made the Inquistor pause on his advances. His paw in mid step hovered just above the ground. Surely the cat in front of him was older than he was. Most cats of high rankly positions in the clans and groups were older than him and Ravenstar. Surely this cat knew that most clans were not okay with stealing food. Did Winterclan even have standards for this? "Moonclan needs food too. We have young kits many of which are motherless. Why must you steal food from other clans territories. There is plenty of food where Rogues and Loners wandered." The statement tore at Spacevoyager's heart strings. His own children were motherless. The venom in the Inquistor had subsided.
She shook her head. "Not as much as here." Her stance had not changed. Her muscles were still tense and ready to retaliate at whatever the MoonClan tom threw her way. Just by being here, she could feel something stirring within her, something she had never felt in WinterClan. Another glimmer of fear passed through her eyes. Something was changing...
"You cannot steal other clans food! Especially with bare leaf around the corner. There is plenty of wide open spaces between here and your mountains. Why not steal from Summerclan, Springclan or even Fallclan." Spacevoyager replied his tail begun to lash again. He was getting irritated with this conversation and was hoping the she-cat would just leave without conflict.

"The prey is here." Really, she did not want to start a war. If she stole from any of the other mountain clans, then Wintrystar would almost certainly hear about it and have to take action. But here? They were so far away, nothing substantial could come of it. It took the pressure off her, if she could come back with something. "I am here. No."
"This is Moonclan prey and you are not allowed here though. Get lost!" The Inquistor's patience had finally faded. Something snapped and the tall tom's eyes grew cold. His muscles reacted before his brain could catch up to his actions. The tom found himself rushing at the she-cat closing the short distance between him and the Winterclan warrior. He ducked his head down and bowled straight into the other cat.

She welcomed a fight. It was what her Clan made her for. It was what separated her from her siblings. She let the tom rush her and close the distance himself for she had no fear of the incoming attack. It could not be worse than what she endured before. As the tom barreled into her, she let herself fall, but slipped her hindlegs onto the tom's chest as she fell. With them set she gave them a massive kick, and sent the tom flying off her.
The kick to his chest sent him flying backwards. He skidded on his paws and came to a halt. Not wanting to show any signs of weakness the tom tried to quietly control his breathing after the wind had been knocked out of him. His tail lashing furiously behind him and his ears pinned to his head. The inquisitor started to circle the she-cat sizing her up like a predator stalking it’s prey. A growl rumbled deep in his chest.

For her, this fight was about standing her ground, having WinterClan stand its ground. No way they could even imagine losing to a Clan so weak, even if it was just here against whoever this was. The she-cat hopped back to her feet and spun around to meet the Inquisitor's gaze. She just raised an eyebrow as he began to circle. Really? This stuff? She rolled her eyes. Keeping her eyes on him, she simply walked a diagonal towards. It was another invitation for him to come at her again, but it would be on her terms.
The inquisitor stopped crouched and became a spring read to let go and pounce on his opponent. His tail had became a puff ball at this point as rage crawled up his spine. While the Inquistor was a genius in his own right. He was still young, rather too young for his position. Like his leader Ravenstar he crawled to power at a rather questionable age. So he lack experience, and had never been in a real fight. But he was determined to win for Moonclan. To show this other cat that Moonclan wouldn’t be walked all over. That they were not considered weak anymore. He launched himself at the other cat his claws making contact with the thick pelt of the Winterclan warrior.
In complete contrast, Soullessabomination had been fighting her entire life. Her very existence was scorned by almost everyone in her Clan. Her entire life had been suffering abuse after abuse. She spent her apprenticehood eating the scraps of her clanmates despite being told to hunt from sunrise to sunset. She had endured countless beatings and cruelties from her mentor, but it made her a stronger fighter. This time as the Inquisitor made contact she surged upwards with her shoulder and made a lunge for his neck.
