Noceur was missing an eye. Which, given the tom’s.. ah, fragile psyche, was more likely than not, and someone was bound to notice, especially given the occasionally fleck or smear of blood on the ground in his wake, from messing with the wound and then touching something else, or shaking his paw, or what have you.
