Senescence chilled in prison. Heh. Literally. Honestly, it was so boring. But she was pretty sure she was getting out soon, due to her 'good behavior' as it were. Then again, it probably helped that her son, Howlingnight, seemed intent on getting her into WinterClan. Why would she want to be there? Who else knew, but her. Though one could presume that after losing two of her three children, she would want to stick around with the last surviving one.
