Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The rain crashed onto the backs of Blushing, Bubblechaser, Deal, and Lilysoul’s pelts. Between the howling winds, roaring thunder and onslaught of rain there was a complete loss of awareness. The scent trails evaporated, the sounds of life were now flooded with the screams of a furious storm. Now everyone’s scenery had blurred into darkness, what would normally be the backdrop of a setting sun was now filled with static. Every creatures first instinct is survival and as such shelter, but in this ferocious environment it was impossible to tell how many steps they had walked or what lands they now roamed until the four cats suddenly crept out from the woodlands at the same time. The storm had seemingly fated the four to meet on MoonClan’s land.
The trees around him were familiar. That was the most Deal could divine as he ducked his head against the rain, peering through watery eyes ahead of him. The flashes of lightning, alternate between bright flashes and unsettling darkness beneath the clouds, left him blinded; every time his eyes started to adjust, the lightning changed dramatically and painfully. He shook his head as he stumbled onward. Eventually, he had to reach shelter and get his bearings, then find his way back to DayClan land once the storm wore out. He was certain he had left the territory behind, but that was about all he knew.
As he trekked onward, dragging his feet forward, he squinted up through the woodlands and he could have sworn he saw another cat silhouetted there. "Hey!" Deal shouted. "Hey! Know the way out of this storm?"
Blushing has been skipping along when the storm hit. The rain was coming down so hard it blinded them. The very clueless PI Hunter hadn’t realized they had wandered so far away from the place they had been and in the wrong direction of The League. When they were able to make out partly where they were. The trees looked unfamiliar and they were in search of a the nearest shelter when a voice drowned out by the roar of the storm made the calico look. They squinted in the direction of Deal not recognizing the tom but took off towards him. Coming to a skidding stop in front of him. “Hey old fella what are you doing out here.” Not having heard the original question.
(Sorry just had to XD Blushing is technically Supernova’s adopted great great grandchild)

Lilysoul just wanted to take a quite stroll from the clan, a quiet peaceful little nap on a branch... that was rudely interrupted with the sudden crash of thunder and pelting rain making the she-cat freak out - she jolted awake digging claws into the branch as she nearly lost her balance. Hurrying don the branch, she had a groggy temporary amnesia as she tried to remember where she was and what she was doing. She tried taking cover under a bush; while it provided little cover, it all came rushing back to the she-cat and the slow repeated dripping on her head insisted she needed to go back out into the rain. The thin cat shivered. Well this was gonna suck.
Trying to regain her whereabouts she looked at the direction of the tree she on, then back tracking from there...Lilysoul put a slow paw out and as she stepped out rushed through the rain, she just had to go in this direction-
' Hey! Know the way out of this storm? ' 'Hey old fella what are you doing out here' Voices. Lilysoul dug her heels into the slick mud, her front paw slid forward and nearly planted her face in mud as she pulled her paws out of the sticky-like mud. There were others out here? But she wasn't sure she knew those voices...
"h..HEY!" she hesitated not sure if she wanted to call out at first but they sounded close and just in front of her. She squinted at the shapes trying to make out a cat's outline and slowly trudged forward not liking standing still in pouring rain.
His ears pinned back as the other cat raced toward him, only to... call him old. Awesome. Fantastic.
"... Let's just get out of this rain," he muttered.
He looked up as he heard another voice call out distantly through the rain. Was there another cat here? (Preferably one who was a little closer to him in age and single?)
"Come on," he told Blushing, heading toward the newcomer. He waved his tail to Lilysoul and called out to her, "know any place sheltered?"
Perhaps some would believe that with a name like Bubblechaser, she had a natural affinity for water. Those cats would be wrong. The she-cat picked her way through the woodlands, her vision next to useless in the heavy rain. It was difficult to rely on her other senses, especially with the deafening bangs and snaps of thunder echoing throughout the forest. It felt near constant, and that combined with the flashes of lightning made her head throb in pain. She had to find somewhere to take shelter, else her head might just snap in two.
She had simply been out on a border patrol when the storm hit, and she attempted to run back to camp. The pelting of the rain made her lose track of her clanmates, and then of herself. She had gone quite a ways, and she was positive that she left the scent of SummerClan far behind her. It was probably the opposite direction of camp, but her search for shelter took her further than necessary. Turning back would have been a waste of time, she told herself. That was a long time ago.
Suddenly, the sound of voices broke through the thundering booms - was that actual thunder, or just her head? - and she dashed towards them, slowing to a walk once she got close. Narrowing her blue eyes, she attempted to make out the figures. They didn't seem to be anyone that she recognized, though it was nearly impossible to tell. "There's no good shelter where I just came from," she called out, hoping they didn't mind her joining in.

/ know any place sheltered? / "Uh" the she-cat might've had an answer ready but was distracted by a nagging feelings - oh whoa, she did not know these cats. These aren't MoonClan cats! She had no idea what to do in this situation - she couldn't possible fight them all, but she had to defend the border from trespassers, but there was also this annoying thing called rain pouring down all over them and she could not afford to spend too long out here without risking catching a cold or hypothermia for that matter.
"I um," She couldn't possibly take them to the Silent City, although it was close and guarantee solid cover. These trees weren't going to cut it for them either though. The City of Ash was also near, and could have a few spots good enough for a small group but it meant taking them even deeper into MoonClan territory. "Follow me!" she spoke up, her tail giving a big wave as she turned and led that way; a solid commanding voice despite never feeling more unsure of anything in her life.
