Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Faith - you can use really any character here, take your pick xD
Bloodyhearts had been in WinterClan's prisons for several moons now and this was one of the first times he'd really, truly been let out to meander around camp at his leisure. He couldn't leave, of course, and there were always guards nearby keeping a close eye on him, but it seemed that one way or anything he'd earned something of a privilege. Woohoo.
Even though it was summer, the stone beneath his paws was icy cold, a very stark contrast to the warm sunstone he was used to back at home. These cats all looked at him differently, too, like he was some monster on a leash not a former leader who deserved respect. He wanted to say something, but, as what was becoming habit bit his tongue. He'd be wasting his breath.
Eyes stuck on his own feet while he was lost in his thoughts, Bloodyhearts was totally not paying any attention as he bumped into > INSERT YOUR CHARACTER HERE <
Bloodyhearts was flipped onto his back in seconds, thrown onto the cold ground.
"Don't touch me... Thank-you."
Arcticsong sat in front of Bloodyhearts, in SunClan she had always appeared summery with strong cream rose fur with golden peach hues blended into her fur like sunlight dappling cold forest floors. Here though her long fur fit in with the crowd, the once golden peach shades felt saturated. She almost didn't look familiar. The setting suited her to the point of looking like she had belonged there her whole life.
It took Bloodyhearts a moment to realize that he was no longer right-side up. It happened so fast and painlessly that if he didn't know better he'd been laying on his back all along. But he did not better and, as soon as he righted himself back on his feet, he whipped around to face that cat who knocked him over with a ready growl.
"Just what do you think you---" He began only to cut himself mid-sentence, his jaw dropping slightly as he recognized Arcticsong, "...---Arcticsong? THIS is where you ran off to? Is Wolfconstellation here too?!"
Honestly, in his delusion Bloodhearts couldn't believe his luck. Arcticsong had always been very faithful to him when she was still in SunClan. Her position may have changed but perhaps he could use her somehow to get out of the prison permanently.
"I'm... so happy to see that you are doing okay! I was very worried about you two when you disappeared."
"Yes, I was taken by two cannibals, they tried to eat me and Wolfconstellation, but mom saved me. I'm pretty sure she died to save me," Arcticsong said, but while her tone was off as always, a little too casual, even upbeat for this subject, her eyes teared up. Glancing away from Bloodyhearts for a moment she rubbed at her eyes, "But I guess you're away from SunClan because you're going to stop Nikko from marrying Shadow? Because they ran away instead of being dragged away by cannibals and that's not okay?"
At first Bloodyhearts was pleased. Arcticsong knew nothing about the current status of SunClan which meant that he could feed her pieces of the truth to get her on his side. Any ally was better than what he had right now which was almost none. He opened his mouth to interject but found himself breathless when Arctcisong said:
But I guess you're away from SunClan because you're going to stop Nikko from marrying Shadow?
"Nikkohydrangea and Shadowbard are getting married?!" Bloodyhearts gasped, eyes going wide and heart rate speeding up instantly. BHewas shocked not only by the revelation but from his gut reaction of jealousy and anger, emotions he wasn't expecting that turned his cheeks and ever brighter red, "I-I mean, of course they are. They're mates."
But even saying that made him sick to his stomach. He honestly felt betrayed but he didn't dare dig deeper into those emotions, not here. For now the best he could do was focus on gathering information and, instead of asking for it directly, he'd go about it the more sneaky way so Arcticsong didn't get suspicious.
"I heard that their wedding venue is very nice... have you ever been?"
