Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Swiftclan had been treating them well, to be quite honest! The mismatch of different types of cats alongside the fun environment and the new introduction to this clan life meant a time of little thrills and a while of entertainment. The ferris wheel towered over them, an obstacle they had already taken on. The sky was beautiful up there, and so far it was one of their favourite places. Now, as they stared up at it, a small sense of boredom grew. Where was the fun now, that they had already been to the top, already explored as much as they could in such a small timeframe. There were other clans out there, of course, maybe they should pay them a visit, breach whatever borders Swiftclan technically owned but didn't care too much about anyway.
@ian sorry its a bit choppy i'm also not too good at starting lmaoo
Pastelchaos had been feeling rather ... grim these days. Ever since Melonpaw had gotten hurt, Peachblush had been absent at best. Non-existent was more like it; they hadn't even spoken since their last big fight, other than for Pastelchaos to express his condolences. Even that was awkward, though, tense. This made the tom much more antsy, much more willing to do something he shouldn't. After all, there was a gaping hole in his chest that his friend once occupied; annoying others and/or causing mischief was a good as any way of filling that hole.
Which was why he padded right up to the other cat, one he knew was relatively new, the small dilute calico offering a nod. "I heard you made it up and down once. Mighty fine trick for someone who ain't from around here," he complimented. Not that anyone really was from SwiftClan; no, it was more a rag tag bunch of misfits. "I'm Pastelchaos, it's a pleasure to meet you."
I heard you made it up and down once. Mighty fine trick for someone who ain't from around here. He cocked an eyebrow, turned to face the cat he could hardly care to learn the name for. "You think?" Wasn't that the charm of Swiftclan, that nobody was from around here? There was no need to force yourself to fit in a puzzle that was only made of mismatched pieces after all. Pastelchaos?
"Charmed," he stood, stretched, and turned to face the new face, "Jester." He liked their silly names here, never heard anything quite like them before. "So I'm guessing you are from around here, then? Know all the secrets, hmm?" His tail flicked. "I wouldn't be too surprised."
Pastelchaos smirked. "Oh, yeah, every single one of them." The tiny tom looked bemused at the other, his tail flicking back and forth. "And the best one? See that contraption over there," he nosed his way towards the carousel. "Every once in a while you can get it to turn on if you're careful enough." He'd found that out after approximately two weeks of doing everything he possibly could to get it to turn on, finally lucking out when he managed to hit the start ride button in just the right way to be successful. "Stick with me, Jester, and I can teach you all the secrets, hmm?"
I promise my chars aren't always flat I've just not rped w him in a MIONUTe
"Really!" Not a surprise, but pleasant nonetheless. "Well then, lead the way Mr. Secret-holder." Except Jester didn't give him any time to do that at all, and instead trotted ahead towards the contraption, beginning to nose around.
"It looks almost familiar," she commented, taking a step back so the entire thing was in view. A little fuzzy memory, or was it something else? Blurred colous and shapes and no feeling whatsoever. Her paws didn't quite feel connected to the ground. "The one I saw was in the sky, but I'm guessing this one is to busted to do that?" As quick as the memory came it was gone, grew more blurry by the second until it was impossible to describe in any sort of sense.
