Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Gossamer straightened her chest and licked her shoulder. She had already seen Kaisra by the time she had returned, but she hadn't seen the "daughter" that came before her yet. She figured it was about time that she paid Louella a visit, especially since she had heard through the grape vine that Louella wasn't the little girl she once was. That was delightful news, and Gossamer was genuinely excited to re-meet the first kitten she had ever acquired - er, stole? She blinked once more before padding in the direction of the she-cat. Her paw steps were excited, and if a grown cat could skip, Gossamer probably was doing just that. "Well, hello, there," the sentinel purred.
The last time Louella had entered the tunnels of the Regime she had been a naive little girl who thought that she was the main character of the story. Someone favored by the writer with ample plot armor and a guaranteed happy ending.
She left within inches of her life, he beauty ruined by vicious scars that left no part of her body free from the disfigurement. Her beautiful cinnamon fur had been ripped out in bloody patches and her eyes had been glazed over not from the pain but from the disappointment. Louella would never be the envy of others and that fact alone was crushing to a former toddler-in-tiara.
"Gossamer Alessandra," Louella had physically recovered after her attack. She had received expert treatment in the League which meant that her scars healed as minimally as they could have and her long fur covered up the worst of them on her flank and underbelly. It didn't help her face much, though, as they were streaked with pale fleshy stripes that were so plentiful they almost looked like tabby markings. Similar scars twisted up and down her legs. There was no doubt that she had been tortured.
"When I heard you had returned, I just had to come and visit! How have you been?"
Despite her rugged appearance, Louella's tone still held its old cheer and her smile was just as contagious; however, something still felt... off. Her eyes didn't match her demeanor.
"Oh, and where have you been?"
(P.S. She lives in the League again, although she can definitely come to visit <3 I may move her back to RR IDK yet)
