Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Weevilspike was just setting his latest catch onto the fresh-kill pile when he heard the pitter-patter of little paws scampering towards him, and he glanced over his shoulder to where Antkit was bounding in his direction. The bright smile on her face was infectious, as he found himself grinning fondly at his sibling as he turned to face her. "Hey there lil' sis," he purred, "What have you been up to today?"
The small reddish-brown kit beamed up at her older brother adoringly, her big ol' oceanic eyes blinking up at him innocently.
"Did you know that ants can't die?"
Weevilspike stared down blankly at his sister, attempting to process. He blinked. He blinked again. And than he sat down in front of her at full attention. "Antkit, that is the most terrifyingly cryptic thing that anyone has ever said to me in my entire life. Please continue immediately."

Fallenredemption padded over to the fresh kill pile to see what he could find when he heard something about ants and dying. Turning he saw the little kit talking to Weevilspike curiosity getting the best of him. "What are we all doing today, eh? Having a fun time?"
Weevilspike glanced over at the other tom as a canary-eating grin crossed his muzzle. "Fallenredemption. Dude. You have to come hear this." He turned back to his little sister, nodding expectantly. "Go on."
Antkit glanced between Weevilspike and Fallenredemption in confusion, not really understanding why the two warriors were so amused. Maybe they just thought what she had to say was super duper important? Feeling a sense of pride that they were both so interested in her tale, she sat up straighter and puffed out her fluffy brown chest as she began explaining.
"Well, Sunpetal and Sir Fisherpounce came into the Nursery the other day - I think big sissy needed to grab something from Momma - but while they were talking, Fisherpounce was telling us all about 'the attack of the sky ants that happened last leafbare', and how how a bunch of itty bitty white ants float down from the sky and attack everything! And then Sissy told us how Starclan appoi- appoin- wanted Sissy and Sir Fisherpounce to protect us all! So I decided I wanna help them! So I went into the Deep Lands - not really far, I promise! - and found an ant hill. I remembers that they fall from the sky, so I began to throw the ants and try to catch them! But I missed. But! But! Even when I missed, they weren't hurt by the fall at all! Even though they're so tiny and fell so far, they got right back up and kept walking! So clearly, ants can't die!"
"I..." There was...way too much to unpack there, so Weevilspike was just going to throw out the whole suitcase.

( My apologies, I thought my reply went through and apparently it didnt ;-; )
Fallenredemption didn't know what to say but kept the smile on his face as to not make the kit feel odd. Well she wasn't wrong, ants could be very resistant beings but it seemed the kit got some things confused. "Now I'll start by saying...uhhh... ants can die but they are very resilient, that means very tough, critters. They can be thrown in the air and land just fine like you said, but throw a rock or accidentally step on one and they can't handle that. Ants are very very tough though, just like you art Antkit! I don't think anything is immortal, that means living forever without dying, but there are a lot of critters and even cats that have lived very long lives. By chance when they were talking about white ants floating from the sky do you mean snow?"
