Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"Would you get a load of this," Ericanorth said, her pink eyes latched onto a kittypet (totally Innocentia) walking along their border. She was practically tight roping just mouse lengths from crossing sides, "She knows, I mean look at her! She's totally avoiding it. I mean I get she's like a kit or whatever, but she's playing with fire. I don't know, I think I should give her a few scars to remember not to cross here again, what do you think, Frozenfire?"
It was night, the only time Ericanorth allowed herself out given her albino coat and as usual she was looking for trouble and picking fights.
Frozenfire snorted rising up from her spot where she sat. On this hill gave them a good view of the border. And since they both had lighter pelts that blended with the snow it worked perfectly. Ericanorth with her pure white coat. And Frozenfire's gray coat, a shadow upon the pure white that blanketed the territory.
She considered the cat before turning to Ericanorth. "Sure, it's not like we have much else to do. SunClan's our allies, DayClan's trapped by SunClan, and MoonClan are too busy with infighting or whatever keeps them in their dens to offer any entertainment." She said stretching. She considered the scene before them. "We should set up an ambush. I'll sneak up on her from behind, spook her and then while she's focused on me, you'll come in and give her some scars to remember us by." She said with a soft laugh. "After that she should be so scared she'll run off and become either SunClan or MoonClan's problem, or she'll flee into rogue lands."
"Ha, doesn't SunClan have that creepy initiation thing? I bet she wouldn't stand a chance. Alright I'll go around front, but way for you to scare her," Ericanorth agreed as she descended into the snow and lied beside a big enough stone to hide herself. She peaked around the stone at a low angle to keep her eyes on her friend so she could time the attack right.
Innocentia wiggled her tail before leaping forward into a massive mound of a snow. The snow consumed her entirely, her tiny white body lost. A moment later she gasped up to the surface, half of her body still under the snow she rested her paws at the top of the mound like a gopher half way out of its tunnel peaking out. She lied her chin down on the mound of snow with a warm smile across her lips. Once upon a time the league was closer to WinterClan and every trainee loves to sneak onto their territory to play in the snow. But this came close to reliving those memories especially when she was far too angsty to play in the snow at that age.
Just as Innocentia's head poked out of the snow, "Intruder!" Frozenfire yowled before pouncing on top of the she cat landing on Innocentia's snow covered back. She'd thought about forcing her head back under the snow, but then she'd be denying Ericanorth any fun. So she landed on the she cat's back hoping to startle her into fleeing right towards where Ericanorth lay in wait.
Innocentia's entire fur bristled as she launched forward, but instead turned on her toes on Frozenfire, her back arched. Unlike with most cats, she didn't keep an innocent act. She knew what she wanted. That she had to have been watching from afar. She just wanted to attack her or wanted her gone. So why pretend to act friendly? Innocentia's lips curled back into a cheshire cat smile revealing her long razor sharp teeth as she ran right between Frozenfire's leg chomping onto her legs, her favorite place to start.
Ericanorth had already begun to run a bit when she noticed Innocentia turn on Frozenfire. At first she watched with an amused smile ready to watch Frozenfire knock her down, but instead realized that something clearly wasn't right. Her heart twisted, sure it was a kit sized cat, but something just felt so wrong about whatever was happening. She quickly raced over, "What the heck is happening?" She asked, but still figured it was an unruly kittypet who couldn't cause much damage, especially at her side.
Frozenfire yowled, surprised and not having expected the sudden attack. Fur bristling she snarled and jumping to get away and then twisting around to swipe at the kit sized cat. Teeth barred in a snarl. "Guess this one isn't quite so soft." Frozenfire growled to Ericanorth.
Ericanorth grabbed Innocentia back and was about to get a good hold on her when she leaned her muzzle up and bit Ericanorth right below her eye and was attempting to pull. She had been clawed at it and hit to the ground, but being bitten at like a dog was outright terrifying. She let out a scream as Innocentia tore one last time before attempting to pounce once more at Frozenfire, her yellow eyes burning bright.
Frozenfire snarled and launched herself to meet Innocentia, lifting up her forepaws claws unsheathed and raised. Like she was moving to smack down the she cat and take her down to the ground so she could claw her properly.
Frozenfire had reacted faster than Innocentia anticipated and instead of going for her face she nose dived underneath the warrior, her small form easily avoiding the attack where as a bigger cat would have stood no choice at dodging Frozenfire. Innocentia swiped at Frozenfire's belly as she slipped past Frozenfire's leg and tried to make a run for it. After all, this meal was becoming much more work than it was worth. She just wanted to play in the snow!
Ericanorth's teeth bit into Innocentia's tail pulling her back as she let out an alarmed yelp.
Frozenfire snarled as Innocentia drew blood. When Ericanorth grabbed the smaller she cat the tail and yanked her back Frozenfire launched forwards to get onto Innocentia's back and force her to the ground. Only once she felt she had the other she cat securely pinned (or as pinned as she could manage, she'd never dealt with a cat this small that could do so much damage!
"Now that wasn't very nice." Frozenfire said trying to regain some composure, but her teeth were gritted against the slightly stinging pain from the cuts Innocentia had inflicted. "Since you're here now you might as well answer some questions. Starting with who are you and why you're here." She said.
Since this wasn't a kittypet clearly Frozenfire wanted to know who she was. Were other clans making kittypets into spys? OR cats that looked like soft kittypets?
Innocentia let out a small mew. Weight was her enemy and Frozenfire currently had her pinned down. Innocentia wiggled around the way a kit would squirm if they were pinned.
"No fair, you wouldn't do this to a bigger cat!" Innocentia scoffed, her childish British accent came off as even more kit like, "I'm Innocentia and I came to play in the snow after WinterClan hogged all their snow to themselves," She pouted.
"They... Hog the snow to themselves?" Ericanorth asked trying to understand why WinterClan would even bother doing that, after all it was leafbare, every clan had snow, "Don't you have snow?"
"No! Our forest is so thick that we just get powdered snow on the ground, it's so thick that day can look like night. Every league cat used to love traveling to WinterClan to enjoy the snow, just off the cusp of their territory, but they noticed that and have intentionally moved the snow off of the out lands and into theirs, I can see their paw prints! I'm glad I ate that cats face off, her clans such a bully," Innocentia said.
