Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Witchdream blinked open one eye wearily, just barely able to see the entrance to the warriors' den right at the back corner where she was unconsciously huddling closer and closer too. It still looked dark out, which either meant she could stay in her nest a little longer and wake up with all the others, risking being put onto a patrol she didn't want to do - or alternatively, she could get up now and head out by herself, and hopefully get a break around noon if she timed it right.
She chose the latter, gently rising up on all four legs and slipping away out of the den. Unfortunately, just as she was nearly out the door she felt the familiar feeling of fur under her paw accompanied by a stifled uelp of pain, and realised with growing horror that she'd just trodden on some poor warrior's tail. "S-sorry!" she stammered in a low whisper, feeling her cheeks flush in embarrassment.
Leopardspot licked his tail and smoothed out his fur on the tail that had just been trotted on. Looking up, he made out Witchdream in the dim light. He let out a yawn, "thats one way to wake up." He stood up in his nest and stretched. "Morning already? I feel like I didnt sleep a wink."
Witchdream dipped her head apologetically, muttering a few hushed sorry's to a few other Clanmates who had been startled in their sleep. "Actually, it's kinda really early..." she murmured, opting to step outside the den so that she didn't injure any other warriors. "...which is my fault. Once again, so sorry..."
Inksplash yawned stretching as she did so. "Well if I'm already up, might as well go out." She said slipping out of the den after Witchdream. "WAs planning on getting up early anyways," She said lightly. "Wanted to get some hunting in."
Witchdream paled. "Oh my god, I've woken so many people up," she murmured, frantically trying to get out of Inksplash's way despite already being fairly out of it. "W-would you like some c-company? I kinda had the hunting idea too...n-not that I was copying you or anything," she added, eyes widening when she realised she may have dug herself an even digger hole. "Uh...I'm just going to stop talking."
Leopardspot stood up in his nest and stretched, "No worries, Witchdream. An early start to the day never hurt anyone" He laid his tail over her shoulders indicating that she was forgiven. "I all three of us should go hunting. The more cats we have, the better chances we have of catching anything."
Witchdream nodded, appreciating the comforting tail Leopardspot had laid over her. "As long as we don't make too much noise," she murmured, thinking back to her earler mishap back in the den. "Where were you thinking of hunting, then?"
