Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Since Glowstar had proposed to Foxbane to lead alongside her Glowstar had given Yuccablossom a new job, which came with a new space just for her. The job was mediating conflicts and alliances as Head Peacekeeper. To the left of camp large bushes encapsulated a path so that the ceilings were made up of leaves with no sense of where the path would lead to. Once the path was followed fully it opened up to a large tree backed up against one of the valley walls. There was a stone warmed in the sun that sat in front of the tree for Yuccablossom to lie down on. A private place for her guests to feel welcome to talk about any matter without worry of any guests spying in on them.
This time Lilacbane came walking through the path. She shook out her orange tabby pelt freeing herself of any leaves, "I went to Glowstar first, but she said you would be better suited for this. I found this tom stealing prey from our pond."
Stepping aside from the entrance revealed a brilliant blue grey tom, his pelt shinned a bright shade of blue as he stepped in through the entrance. "And I told you that I'm a fish whisperer, the fish just wanted me to take it to a different pond, I was only helping," He said innocently before turning to Yuccablossom with their fathers devilish grin, "Hey Yucca. Five seconds," He warned her fast knowing that his sister was affectionate, but if she embraced him for too long he would get the life squeezed out of him.
(sorry I took so long to get to this one, it got lost xD)
Upon even glimpsing Zephyrglade's blue-gray pelt, Yuccablossom was already on her paws, tail lashing wildly like a dog excited to greet its master. Not that her brother was her master... maybe that was a bad analogy but, point is, she was CLEARLY very excited.
"ZEPHYRGLADE WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!" She said loudly, her nose a fraction of an inch away from his, but she didn't touch him right away, she had to give him five seconds after all, "I'VE MISSED YOU SO MUCH! I was afraid you'd run away for good or worse!"
Five seconds now up, she threw herself at the tom and wrapped around him like a snake, way to close for comfort but it was just her way. After she'd calmed down some she gave him a little more space but still leaned against his side with the biggest smile on her face, "Lilcabane, this is my brother, Zephyrglade. I believe he went on some mission but has been missing for years... pretty much your whole life, actually. But he's back now! Isn't that great!?"
Lilacbane stared at Yuccablossom like someone who came back a different person. Like someone who traveled to distant lands, made powerful friends and even more powerful enemies. But who they were when they left and who they are now were two entirely separate beings. Somehow in the moments Lilacbane walked in and the time Yuccablossom had excitedly chatted to her she only just now realized the journey she had been on. How long that journey had ended, yet none of it touched her to this moment, like it was the final straw. This clan was absolutely insane, they just accepted anyone. Who cares if he came back, what did he know now, could he even be trusted?
"You're endangering everyone," Lilacbane said matter of factly to Yuccablossom before walking away.
"Wow, Windchaser's more of a pain these days," Zephyrglade responded, having no clue that it was Windchaser's daughter. He gave his sister a sympathetic, poor Yuccablossom expression before ruffling the top of her head, "You really missed me, huh? Would you believe it if I told you I was here all along? That the last thing I saw was Vera E'tani's forces blocking the tunnels to seal off the surveillance spies, everyone out, but me... I hope not, because that was a total tall tale, tons more where that came from!" He laughed pleasantly, "So um. Did anyone else miss me? I bet not though, people really come and go through this clan," He thought aloud.
"Oh that's actually her daughter, Lilacbane! Windchaser has run off somewhere. I'm sure she'll come back again someday though!" Yuccablossom purred, she just couldn't help herself, she had to rub her cheek against Zephyrglade's again as she continued to fill him in on the going-ons in DayClan and the Clans in general, "A lot has change since you've been gone, brother. There was a large scale war with SunClan and, right after that was over, we went to war with WinterClan and that's kind of still a thing. Yellowmoon is a bird, Foxstar is leader with Glowma, Renegade Regime is bottom bunk to DayClan and I can do this neat trick now!"
Yuccablossom shrank down to about the size of a kitten, "Isn't this neat!? Anyways, there's still lots of stuff that you've missed, but that's the gist. Do you have anything cool to share from your travels?"
