Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
(Hey everyone! MC needs more posts to pass the QCA and we really need everyone's help. So even if you see a lot of people replying to this every single contribution counts. We only have till the end of June so a reply from you would really mean everything to the MoonClan staff and thank-you so much to anyone who replies, I hope you enjoy the rp! The premise is that MoonClan cats were attacked by Renegade Regime who are living underneath DayClan's territory. Glowstar received a message from MoonClan to speak with their leader about the matter so now Glowstar is coming to MoonClan to discuss it!)
Glowstar sashayed through the golden tendrils of wheat to the tall grass that lied beyond DayClan's borders. For all of Glowstar's moons as leader she had only ever met a MoonClan leader once before. Now there was an invitation to come meet the new leader who she had no context of knowing anything about them from their name to their age to their gender.
For as old as Glowstar was she was young in appearance thanks to DayClan's enchanted land providing youth to all cats who walked its lands long enough. But more than that her appearance did not match descriptions. Auburn fur was more burnt orange with sunkissed sienna swirls and her gaze glittered like she held the blue sky in her eyes. A curse to walk with a weaker form during the day, only returning to her true self at night.
Stopping close to the border she turned back to her patrol. After all the times she had been kidnapped she was just about forced to have guards with her at all times. All except for Yuccablossom, this was a test, she had felt for a long time that Yuccablossom would make a good mediator, now it was time to see if her instincts were correct.
MoonClan Ravenstar paced the DayClan border with furious steps as he waited form the DayClan leader. Fresh wounds littered his pelt from his little encounter with the Regime the other day... under his own territory. He knew that the Regime lived under DayClan's territory, but now apparently they claimed all of the underground tunnels. Unacceptable. Unfortunately, he simply did not have the numbers nor the know-how to take on the Regime directly. But he knew who did, and perhaps they wouldn't have to lift a claw.
The leader had just barely finished his apprenticeship, and so walked with the cocky step of an older apprentice and had youthful pride beaming in his eyes. His unearned confidence came off in waves as he saw the other leader approach. Ravenstar wasted no time getting up into her face. "You have to do something about those pests underneath your territory. They have no right to claim Forest Clan lands." The dark Maine-coon's fur highlighted his rather glowing hazel eyes.
DayClan Coyotechaser stayed mostly silent on the trip over. His legs had greatly improved since he was kit, with him now able to get across the territory fine on his own. He still more hopped with them than stepped, but even that was starting to get better. The snow pointed tom possessed a pure soul even by DayClan's standards, so he was just flabbergasted at the rudeness and abrasiveness of the new MoonClan leader to even move.
"Ugh, tell me about it. Just the other day I announced to everyone that I was marrying Foxbane and commander flipped out on me, well y'know, in that prissy way, but you know what I mean. Honestly, that group," Glowstar scoffed before looking at Ravenstar with interest, batting her eyes at him, "My, if I had known Moonclan invited leaders over for rant sessions I would have been complaining about the Regime ages ago with you. Okay, your turn to say something bad about them, dig deep. I want to listen to you and be like, ohh, glad I'm not them," She encouraged excitedly.
His jaw dropped. This cat was the leader of DayClan? She hardly seemed the type to lead, let alone be typically aligned with SunClan. His mind simply could not process who Glowstar actually was. He slowly shook his head as she spoke and his tail lashed from side to side. "They attacked me and my Clanmates in our territory! I don't have to dig deep about some stupid wedding to find that. They stole what was ours, and it is your job to do something about it."
DAYCLAN "Part of the Warrior code is to help other Clans in need and the Regime fit that criteria. Their territory was not supporting them and they would have starved had they not moved when they did. So, we totally had to help them, as we would help you, if you needed it," Yuccablossom interjected, her sunny hazel eyes shining bright as she stared Ravenstar down. She was a unremarkable tortoiseshell she-cat, nothing special, but the way she held herself and spoke had some of the glamour that her grandmother Glowstar had, "That being said, the Regime has been kinda acting up on our end too. They put my mom in prison, which wasn't very nice. Can I ask who attacked first?"
"Oh my gosh, that sounds like soooo them," Glowstar agreed with Ravenstar, but nodded to Yuccablossom, looking back at the leader, "Yeah and also what do you want us to do about it?"
