Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
(I liked you too Driscal xD Someday you and I will have two cats that are a couple. Probably Windy and Storm. Windy's one of my few nice characters lol)
"Because Senescence isn't afraid, if she wanted to tell me something she would. We do have an awkward age gap... I mean, everyone here I have an awkward age gap to so I guess that really doesn't matter, if anything Senescence is the only cat around here close enough in age with me. I guess I'm just trying to undermine my own feelings because I know it'll never happen and I'm just damning myself to a life of loneliness?" She thought aloud.
She thought out loud and immediately was regretting the amount of information she shared, but she never had anyone she felt close to. She liked Driscal, a lot, far more than any other cat here. She could see herself living happily with him, but she already decided she'd never choose any cat except for Senescence. That it would be unfair to choose a mate and always long for someone else. For a selfish moment, before this conversation came up and when he threw Xuxa off of her she wanted to tell him she liked her. But that was the hard thing about loving someone forbidden, everyone else seemed so much easier and safer to love. So with all her heart she resisted it.
"It doesn't matter, most cats around here never seem to find mates anyways. Or. Well maybe they do, I've heard quite a few cases of league cats just dating outside of Primal Instinct. Can't say I really blame them, most people here are psychos, no one wants to raise the kits that come from two murderers," She laughed, trying to play off the somber moment as just a slight quirk in the conversation.
(Yessss!! It Will be hard though cuz Windy has long fur and Stormgazer has short fur. Unless I changed her appearance to be long furred so she could join Winterclan?)
"You can always tell me whats on your mind. I wont tell anyone." He promised, his gaze soft for the first time in his life. She brought out the best in him and even if they never became mates, he would at least hope they would be friends for life. He gave a slight chuckle at her joke about two murderers raising kits. "Well, I havent been completely honest with you...I havent told anyone this because I didnt want the whole league to know but I trust you enough to tell you this at least." He purred, amusement gleaming in his eyes. "Anyway, you know Corvus' litter she had a few moons ago? Well...they are mine too. We had a bit of a fling but I wasnt expecting to have kits with her...it just sort of happened...they dont even know Im their father. Corvus is the only one that knows...well, now I guess you know, too." He smiled, "but your right. Its not good to have two murderers raising kits."
(Windy can hunt prey and take the hides off animals and make her a nice fur coat, she'd look viking style!)
"Seems unfair to you, they're your kits, why shouldn't you be allowed in their lives?" Innocentia asked, "I never knew my father, but I hope the reason wasn't that my mom never let him get involved. I think that you should tell them who you are because why not? Sorry to offend you, but you're not exactly psychotic, you'd probably be a good influence on them. Not that I know Corvus well despite being proxy along side her. But anyone who's been proxy tends to not be normal."
He shook his head, "No, you don't understand. I chose not to be in their lives..." He admitted. "At the time, I didn't think I was fit to be a father. It was a mutual agreement. She wouldn't tell them and neither would I."
"Oh..." Innocentia said, she had never even considered a parent wouldn't feel... Well like a parent. For a moment she sat there not really what to say or do next, "So I guess you're like me and don't really explore outside of the league for a mate?"
"Really? I suppose toms don't have to thing about it like she-cats here do. I notice more league huntresses use pregnancy as a power move of sorts," Innocentia thought, her paw rubbing against her chin before giving a shrug, "For me I always thought settling down was a have to. But I was also competing with my sisters to be mage and obviously when you're a Shaman you must have kits, no option about it. I don't regret not settling down and being a shaman though, not anymore. I hate the shy and timid cat I used to be when I was little."
She paused before shifting her smile into a childish toothy grin, "Well y'know, littler."
"How were you as a youngling?" Innocentia asked stepping closer to him as though if she stared long enough into his eyes she'd see the answer before turning away and looking in the direction Xuxa had run off to.
"How was I?" He hadnt thought about his past in a very long time. He didnt want to admit to her how much of a weakling he was back then so he stretched the truth a bit. "My mother was a kittypet. My father was an ally cat. I decided to leave. The kittypet life was too soft for me. I was more of a street cat at heart. Struck out first chance I got. Never looked back."
However, in reality, his mother had died giving birth to him and his siblings. He was the only survivor but he was the smallest and the twolegs didnt think he would survive. They decided to abandon him in a cardboard box on the side of the road. That was when his adopted mother took him in. A harsh she-cat but didnt have the heart to leave him to die. She nursed him until he was old enough to be on his own. He began to see less and less of her and when he did, she seemed more and more frail. One day he found her dead. He assumed she had an illness that she didnt want him to see. After his adopted mothers death, he began to think that each time he got close to someone, they died. The more time he spent alone, the more bitter he became before he finally joined Primal Instinct.
"Yeah I remember I hated my mom growing up. She never felt I was ready, she chose my half sister over me, and I hated that I was raised in an environment that turned my sisters against each other. Now though, if she is still out there I would tell her she was a good mom. Her entire clan was demolished when she was young, that couldn't have been easy for everyone you ever knew to just vanish and then move to a place like this," Innocentia thought aloud, "So if you came from kittypets what was your kittypet name? Jellybean?" She smiled.
He listened intently at her story before twitching his whiskers in amusement at her joke. "Very funny!" he purred, nudging her shoulder playfully. He didn't have a name given to him by the two-legs. He was too young. However, he had already dug himself into this by saying that he was a kittypet. He had to think up a name, and quickly. Without giving it much thought, he blurted out "George." He instantly regretted it. George? What a pathetic name. He wondered if she would see through his lie even though it was pretty convincing.
He scoffed when she said the name he had pulled out of thin air and rolled his eyes with a smile. "Alright, Miss. Ill see you around" he dipped his head in farewell with a mischievious flick of his tail.
(From here they will meet again in a special Punishment district rp! There will be two of them coming up so there's plenty of rps for them to interact again. I just gotta wait for one more volunteer to have their cat get tormented and then I can start it)
