Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"Hey! Opalpaw!" Honeyfrost beckoned her apprentice, Oceanpaw, over with an enthusiastic smile. "Let's go train! I get to teach you, like, herbs and flowers and stuff! Isn't that exciting?" The slim black feline started off towards the camp exit, tail waving in the air as she did.
"Opalpaw?" Oceanpaw looked around the area for Opalpaw. He didn't see her anywhere. "Um, sorry Honeyhail, but I don't think Opalpaw's here right now....wait, we don't have an Opalpaw in SummerClan! Are you okay? Are you seeing things that aren't really there? Do I need to take you to see the medicine cat?!"
"Honeyhail?! Listen, Opiod, it isn't nice to call people by the wrong name," Honeyfrost shook her head. "I'm feeling fine, and Graythorn is not the charming type, so I don't really want to go see him. Now let's go." She pushed the young apprentice along with her paw, guiding him out of camp. "Okay, your first task is to find some catmint. Go!"
"But I don't know what it looks like!" Oceanpaw objected. Catmint, catmint, catmint. What did catmint look like? ...Like a cat, right? It had cat in the name, so it was probably cat-shaped. He turned around and saw a she-cat standing behind him (which was Honeyfrost, but he didn't remember that). "Oh! I found some!" he said, pointing at the she-cat.
"NO!" Honeyfrost said, shaking her head. "That's not a plant, Octopus, that's a cat! And it's me! Catmint is a green bush with purple flowers. There's some not far from here, but you have to go find it."
"Ugh, fine," Oceanpaw said, and wandered off. He wandered for a really long time and then realised he was supposed to be picking catmint. The sun had set. The moon was out. It was dark. Oceanpaw was very scared. "Aaaa!" he said, because he was very scared. "Help Sunnyglossed, I've become lost!"
yeah idk what happened to me while i was writing this either
Honeyfrost, luckily, had followed her apprentice out of curiosity. She watched him pass about 10 different catmint plants without stopping to pick them, and then the sun set and it was night time. "Who are you calling for, Oraclepot?" Honeyfrost asked, eyes narrowed in concern. "And you've wandered right to the border without getting any catmint. You fail! Back to the nursery for another few moons, I guess."
