Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"Glowstar," Moltenmidnight made his way to the Wisteria throne and bowed his head to the DayClan leader who was presently lounging there. It was mid-morning and he'd just returned from an extremely successful hunting patrol. They're managed to catch not one but two hawks with the worst injury sustained a scratch along his forearm which had already stopped bleeding. The adrenaline was still coursing through his veins which emboldened him enough to make a request that had been on his mind for the past moon, "I have proven my loyalty to DayClan time and time again, from when I was a young kit fighting crows to our recent war with WinterClan, and my dedication has never once wavered. In fact, I have yet to find a cat who speaks lowly of me in regards to my performance and personality. So... I seek promotion from Socialite to Imperial. Will you allow me the honor?"
"Hmm, well my vote would be yes! But you have to appear in front of all the imperials for this decision to be made, I can't grant that as leader alone in order to keep the system fair," Glowstar explained, "But don't worry, I have a promotion day set for anyone who wants it and I'm sure you'll get in," She said encouragingly.
Oh, right. He should have known that that would be her answer. Moltenmidnight remembered back when Glowstar was presumed dead and the next leader was selected by vote, not any clear ascension, so it was only natural that a vote determined rank improvements. He didn't like it much, but he accepted it readily enough, it was the way of DayClan after all.
"Thank you. May I ask when the next promotion day is?"
While he was very optimistic of his selection, he was working on a bit of a... time crunch. He wanted answers now and if he couldn't get a firm yes then at the very least he'd like to know how long he'd have to wait.
