Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. Ryou-chan's eyes lit up as he quickly snuck over to his friends side. His paw over his mouth to suppress from the excited laughter building up inside of himself.
A black tom seemed to be glancing about the premises, he was lower to the ground, more likely to see them. He walked past the nursery and over to the freshkill pile.
"It seems clear to make a run for it," Ryou-chan whispered to Apollo-chan.

"Okay!" mewed Apollo-chan, looking towards the exit. He looked about, noting the tom who seemed to pass by them. He picked up the pace, his white paws skittering across the ground as he bolted, looking back only periodically to see if his new friend was following him. As he neared the exit he stopped in his tracks, halting almost. He looked around wildly before dashing out and under a bush, so that any passing hunter may not be able to see them.
Ryou-chan grinned as he stuck close to Apollo-chan. He could feel his heart pumping with adrenaline that for a kit like him meant suppressing giggly excitement. He noticed too late that Apollo-chan had stopped and bumped right into him. He fell onto his back wincing a bit before jumping back to his paws and racing after his friend. He let out a suppressed bit of laughter, "Heheh, where are we going now, Apollo-chan? Somewhere where we can hunt right?"
