Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. "He made the bundles? So he'll have the catnip?" Right, she knew where she was going. The she-cat stood up, turned and started to walk away before realizing her problem. She had no idea who Duskslayer was or where to find him. Frozen, she just stood there in confused frustration. Then, like a saving grace, Vintagepaw spoke up, but Lavenderillusion was too far in her head trying to figure out who Duskslayer was to hear her.
Cherrypaw suddenly burst into the conversation without even listening to anything else anyone had said. "Guess what guys, me and Handsomepaw are totes getting married!" she squealed, ear-piercingly loud. "Well, I mean, he hasn't proposed to me yet, and I haven't proposed to him either or anything. But I have a reeeeeally good feeling about him, y'know? I even wrote him a song--y'know, a ballad-type-thing! Anyone wanna hear it?"
listen sen told me to reply but i didn't want to read a page of posts so
Before Cherrypaw could even think about finishing her spiel, Lovelypaw (who'd totally been there the whole time) cut her off as she was prone to do to those she didn't like...which happened to be Cherrypaw, for some reason. "No one cares. He's probably cheating on you anyway," she offered up maliciously, though the scandal did sound like it would be very interesting. "I'm going on a date with Bloodystar himself. Beat that, witches." That was not....completely true. Lovelypaw intended to date the High Priest, but it would come as very surprising to him.
Dapplebreeze overhead her brother's name and froze. She looked at the mess of girls gathered together, brow furrowed. Pebblepaw was going on dates now? Sheesh. As much as the young Janus tried to hold herself above acting her age, she also desperately...wanted to fit in. With that thought in her mind, she approached, deciding to gossip herself.
"Cherrypaw, sing us the song! My boyfriend sang me one and it led to the best date I've ever had." Well, the only date she'd ever had. biyuu ☆彡

Vintagepaw gasped "BLOODYSTAR, but we are not worthy!" she had to admit that she was really impressed though as Cherrypaw coming up and declaring that she was getting married,and Lovelypaw making an appreance. "Yes please do Cherrypaw!" biyuu ☆彡
Cherrypaw beamed. "All right!" she chirped. "It's called Mister Handsome(paw)! Just gotta get ready a little bit..." She cleared her throat a few times, and began to sing.
"I love it when you FIND THE PRESENTS I LEAVE IN YOUR NEST You make me feel like I NEED TO STOCK UP ON KNIVES my favorite thing about you is that YOU DON'T ASK TOO MANY QUESTIONS You don't know it but I WATCH YOU WHEN YOU SLEEP"
She bowed. "And that's the song! Whaddya think?"

Vintagepaw tilted her head to the side "You know, that wasn't terrible...." pausing trying to figure out how to say it delicately "But it gives off some creepy vibes, you may scare the poor boy off before you get married at this rate. Maybe save it until after the wedding. By then he will know how much you love him and it will be to late to run away" biyuu ☆彡
Dapplebreeze's ears flew back at the song lyrics. Her sharp tongue didn't allow her the same delicacy as Vintagepaw. "Kinda obsessive, dontcha think Cherrypaw?"
"I think it's cute." Succubuspaw shrugged, eyeing Cherrypaw. "I mean, who want to watch their cute mate-to-be sleep? And leave them gifts? Seems like love to me." She offered a smile. "You should sing it at the wedding though, not before! Serenade him on the day you get married!"

Vintagepaw shook her head, rising to her paws as they suggested Cherrypaw sing the song at their wedding "Fine, fine, but only after the vows. Other wise he'lll get cold feet and you wont be able to get pregnant before the romance festival is over. Nothing is worse for a girl's reputation than a failed marriage"

(i'm lowkey not sure why i was tagged for this but time for chaos)
If Vantapaw wanted to escape from the mindless chitter from the she-cats, he couldn't. His mentor must have been scared after the talk from Bloodystar, so he was taking a rare day off. Which was great, he needed the rest now that he was getting twice the training most apprentices did. But man, these chicks did not shut up. He didn't get it. Why would they want this? Bloodystar was like a C- on the hot scale, why'd they wanna get pregnant for him?
"O-M-G! He'll love the little psycho's song. Definitely not creepy. But then, you all wouldn't know the first thing about acting like normal people, would you?" He sneered, plenty loud enough for the group to hear.

(I thought you took one of the apprentices, but you know XD Glad you are here anyway) Vintagepaw rose to her paws circling around the male apprentice with a critical gaze "Cute, a Shade walker who has the nerve to think they are normal" she stopped in front of him "If you are going to interrupt you should at least make an effort to make a hot entrance. Sneers are like so uncool"
Resilientbloom noticed all the other young she cats talking and gushing about Bloodystar. Her 'father'. Resilientbloom tried not to pull a face at the idea, she wondered what mother would think about all this chaos and these young apprentices who were getting caught up in the fervor of the romance festival.
'Maybe I should try to consult mother at some point.' She wondered wincing as Vintagepaw began to circle one of the male apprentices who had commented about their craziness. She hoped they wouldn't start a fight. Then she'd have to try and break it up as a janus.
Tenebrousrequiem was sitting in the shade, ignoring the gossiping female apprentices until he saw one of the male apprentices jump into the middle of it.
He snorted. "The poor fool." He mused shaking his head, though he'd stopped looking down on some of his clanmates, he'd be lying if he said he didn't enjoy watching some madness unfold. So he rested his head on his paws and waited to watch the show go down.
Ferventprayer had listened to most of what was going on, making her way over to resilientbloom and leaning in to whisper into her ear "We should go before it gets any crazier. If I hear them say dad is hot one more time I may get sick" she glanced back at the other female apprentices all gossiping about boys that they liked and starting families of their own Jetclaw

Vantapaw hid his smile behind one of his paws as Lovelypaw interrupted Vintagepaw. It was like the group was made to be poked at. "Oh wow thanks. But i'm afraid i'm not looking to knock up some girl in an emo boy's fan club." Vantapaw held back other opinions thanks to classic's rules, but his gaze flicked to Lovelypaw than back to Vintagepaw. "Besides, it's hot enough for some." Just for fun, he winked at Lovelypaw.

Vintagepaw shook her head, he thought he was so hot but it just made him like a kit in her eyes. She rose to her paws nudging Lovelypaw "Oh Bloodystar is coming this way" she squeaked her eyes following his every move "Lets go get a closer look!"

Vantapaw didn't protest, letting them stare at their skin and bones leader. A part of him considered feeling sorry for Bloodystar, but he quickly threw it to the side. He brought it on himself. At least with the distraction, he could stand and slip into the apprentice's den to get away from them.
