The tom flicked his ears, the only indication that he was listening to her words. He stifled a small sneeze as her tail tickled his nose, and finally, Silverdragon looked up at her when she had lifted his head up. The tom quickly cleared his throat once he realized he was sulking like a frustrated kitten. How utterly embarrassing for a grown tom like himself. He quickly rose to his paws when she began to walk away, and he found himself following after her. "Hold on a moment. Is it not the physical members of the clan then? Or perhaps it is the clan as a whole?"

Silverdragon let out a soft huff as his whiskers twitched. He wove his way in front of her with a flick of his tail. "And when exactly will we speak next?" He mused. "I promise, it will be the last question I ask of you this evening." The smokey tom added quickly. "You see, not even my older brother can pique my interest the way you have with your scenarios. Not only that but I am eager to know what the answer is, should I provide another incorrect one."

Silverdragon had spent most of his free time thinking over this scenario that she had placed before him. Now, he was sure that he had an answer. The only trouble was finding the mysterious she-cat that had challenged him to think beyond the black and white he was used to. He paced along the forest floor, wondering whether she would find him unexpectedly again. The gray tom finally decided that waiting would be the best option. Seeking her out would prove fruitless. He would wait, tail curled around his paws, but he wondered how long he could wait patiently for Alios to appear from the shadows again.

The long coated tom quickly turned back around, a small smile spreading across his face. “Alios.” He greeted, dipping his head. “Perhaps that is the next thing I should learn about you. How to find you among the shadows that hide you.”

Silverdragon quickly sat down, curling his tail around his paws. “I have an answer to your scenario. I am sure of it this time.”

“It is not the leader.” Silverdragon said, soon standing so that he can pace about as he gathered his thoughts. “Nor is it the apprentices, or the warriors. Not even the queens or the kits, though it is close.” He explained. “It’s the next generation of Sunclan. That is who the “king” is.”

"The king," Silverdragon continued as he began to circle around Alios, his ears twitching excitedly as he spoke. "Or the next generation are the ones that will continue to lead Sunclan. They are the ones that hold the clan's futures in their paws. Everything we do now presently is for their benefit. If we fail them, we fail the king."

Silverdragon had paused at her next question. He hadn't thought about that. He was so focused on figuring out the first part of her riddle that he hadn't even thought to think beyond that. The gray tom sat down, wrapping his tail around his paws before he looked back up at her. "In truth... I don't have an answer to that. Warriors... we're both knights and pawns. We are the first into battle, the sacrificial pieces, but also the protectors. The apprentices... they can fight but their energy is best directed to help evacuate those that can't fight. In truth, I wouldn't know who to save first. I would just be acting on instinct"

He chuckled for a brief moment as he glanced up at her. "Yes, that is true. When I was younger I always tried to find the answer to everything, even if there was no answer to be found. I would drive myself crazy with it."
