Silverdragon didn’t like this one bit. He was far from comfortable resting in the land of another clan. Especially Moonclan. But this is what Bloodystar wanted. The high priest said that it was good for the clan and so Silverdragon believed him. The charcoal pelted tom hadn’t necessarily bothered to explore Moonclan territory at first. But his curiosity seemed to have gotten the better of him. He had left the camp a few times, marveling at the beauty and serenity of the territory. Silverdragon wanted to see more of it. The medium-furred warrior had given him self a good stretch, taking care to flex each of his legs before he made his way towards the entrance of the camp. The cats of Sunclan, for the most part, seemed to be fairing well now that they had access to more prey. Every time the fresh-kill pile was full it had quickly become depleted with how many cats rushed for food. With one glance, Silverdragon knew that it was time to restock and it was the perfect excuse for the large tom to go out and explore. Of course, he would do his best to bring back a rabbit or two for his fellow clanmates. Without a second look back, the dark gray tom made his way out into the woods of Moonclan.

"BROTHER" came a boomingly loud voice from the the darkness, a massive solid black tom pouncing from the shadows onto Silverdragon's back putting his full weight into the attack. Crownedstag was at it again, his laughter rolling through the trees like waves in the sea. Even though he had starved alongside all the other, the tom that seemed to air on the pudgier side still was gigantic and doing rather weight. He was far more trim and rugged looking, a certain scraglieness to his pelt

He heard the voice before anything else, and Silverdragon couldn't help but let out a soft groan. The normally composed tom let out a loud yowl when his larger brother suddenly pounced on him. The action sent the smokey colored tom sprawling along the ground and every muscle in his back screaming. "Crownedstag...!" Silverdragon hissed, worming his way out from under him. The warrior quickly set about smoothing down his ruffled fur before he took a deep breath and slowly let it out. Just breathe, he thought to himself, before turning back towards Crownedstag. "A little decorum, if you will. You'll disturb the entire clan with your loud boasting."

"Then let them be disturbed dear brother" the black tom's voice rang out without any shame "For the day is ours" even as Silverdragon move away Crownedstag was near him "and if anyone stands in our way and we show them what it mean to be true brothers"

“Most of them need rest, brother.” Silverdragon replied dryly. He gave his pelt a good shake before turning his head and smoothing down the fur along his back. “You could at least respect that. Many of them are still recovering from the previous battles.” Even Silverdragon had spent a bit of time in the soothsayer’s den, though he had not been as severely hurt as others. It was just precautionary, or so he was told.

"All the more reason to keep pushing forward" he chuckled, his laughter rolling over the flat lands "Our strength will inspire others to recover faster" the black tom was an idealist, having trouble differentiating between reality and his ideals "Now isn't a time for weakness. We should bring back food so that our fellow warriors will be back in fighting shape sooner"

Silverdragon had truly been hoping to have some time to himself. He needed a moment alone, and he definitely needed the quiet. His brother’s optimism had been cute when they were younger... but surely Crownedstag would have seen that it would take more than a small display of strength to heal the damage done to their clan mates. The smokey gray tom let out a soft breath before he rose to his paws once more. “That is if there’s any prey left... I’ll be surprised if any dare venture out of their burrows after hearing you...” He commented as he made his way through the tunnel. “Come on then... let’s see what it is we can find”

Crownedstag was on his paws quickly, bounding forward into the forest nearly bursting with energy "So the romance festival is coming up. Got your eye on any of the lovely ladies SunClan has to offer?" his brother had never been all that involved on the dating scene, unlike Crownedstag who was know for flirting it up with the ladies. Crownedstag had standards though, only approaching she-cat of SunClan blood that were in good standing and he refused to get with any she-cat until they were proper mates.

Silverdragon swallowed the groan that threatened to escape him. He had been hoping to avoid that conversation with his brother, whatever the cost. Crownedstag was much like their father in that respect. Ever the flirt, though he never really approached those outside of Sunclan... unlike their father. “Is this your way of preparing me for news that I’m to be an uncle?” The silvery tom asked, hoping to avoid answering Crownedstag’s question. “I do hope don’t take after father too much... Sun God above it seems as though he’s in some unspoken competition...”

"Not yet dear brother, but I have hopes that soon enough you will have plenty of nieces and nephews running around. I have a few lovely ladies lined up for dates, and we will see if any of them are worthy enough of my heart. I have a few ladies that would like to go on a date with you to" he purred warmly. Though he was flirtatious he had yet to take on a mate or father any kits, so at least he wasn't to much like Honeysplash "You know I could set you up with someone nice..."

It seemed as if there was no getting out of the conversation that he so wished to avoid. Silverdragon glanced over at his brother before he quickly shook his head. "There's no need, Crownedstag." He sighed. "You know that I'm not as... romantically gifted, I suppose, as you or father. Though..." Silverdragon hesitated, unsure if he should reveal his small little infatuation with the curious she-cat and her many interesting scenarios. He wasn't sure if he was ready for that sort of conversation just yet

Crownedstag knew his brother probably better than he knew himself, and there was one word in that phrase that he focused in on immediately ...though... His eyes widened and he leaned in close "Oh so the might Silverdragon DOES have a lady on his mind" he teased gently, his curiosity nearly brimming to the point of overflowing "You don't have to tell me her name, but tell me about this she-cat. You have never shown even the slightest interest before"

Silverdragon felt his pelt flush hotly at his brother's teasing, but he quickly shook it off as if something had landed in his pelt and irritated him. "Don't start creating fanciful ideas in your head, brother." He said quickly. "It's an acquaintance of sorts, that is all. Besides, I fear if I tell you any more about her you might try and steal her away. I'd rather not have my big brother stealing my friends right out from under me"

"I'm... I am not blushing...!" Silverdragon stuttered, pinning his ears back. "I'm not some... apprentice fawning over a crush. Besides, those she-cats only ever talked about you and you're charming personality. I think by going on my dates I inadvertently gave you more." The smokey pelted warrior ran a paw over his face quickly. "Besides, this she-cat... is quite the mystery to me"

Crownedstag was nearly grinning from ear to ear "That's exactly what you are. I have never seen you look like this. So what is it about this mysterious she-cat that has you so captivated?" the back tom sat down and wrapped his tail over his paws leaning in close "Come on, you know you are terrible at secrets"

He should know better than to argue with Crownedstag, he knew better than to let him ruffle his fur. "I'm not terrible at secrets, I just don't tell you everything, and for good reason." He said dryly. Silverdragon sat down and chewed on his bottom lip for a moment. "Well... being my brother, you would know me better than any warrior in this clan. I'm very logical. Straight forward. She makes me... think, beyond any form of reasoning..."

"Oh one of those. Makes sense" Crownedstag paused, debating on what to say next "Personally I prefer them pretty and adventurous, I like the thrill of the chase. But for you, a thinker makes sense" he ruffled the fur on top of his brother's head with one of his massive black paws "Someone needs to put some thoughts into the empty head of yours afterall"

“Yes, I’m very much aware of that.” Silverdragon replied. He let out a soft grunt, curling his lip just a bit as he bowed under the weight of his brother’s paw. He bristled just a bit as he straightened up once more. “I can assure you, brother, my head is far from empty. I think only if thoughts deemed important. Important, logical, things that make sense. Whether something is right or wrong.”
