Weepingpaw: HoneystormCleaverJetclaw Weepingpaw could feel the tender flesh of the she-cat's throat giving way under her claws, her death imminent before the ground disappeared from underneath her feet and she was lifted into the air as the familiar voice reached her ears. She didn't struggle staying strongly still, her eyes boring into the two she-cats with no emotion as she spoke "You killed my father, prepare to die". Her was was sillky smooth, giving no indication as he back legs struck out at her mentor getting tangled in his long fur as she tried to push off and go back into the offensive causing her to fall forward, her back feet still tangles in his fur as she tried her best to jump back in the fight
This tunnel was getting far too crowded. Senescence and Elyon had joined the bickering trio and he had no interest in dealing with them as well. Festeringfruit cursed as Weepingpaw pushed off his chest and she entered the fray once again. He stumbled backward as Elyon pushed him, his tail lashing from side to side.
"Fine then," he threw back at her, "see if I care! Burningsummer, kill her, kidnap her, I don't care, just get this idiot out of my sight."
His curly fur bristling, he whipped around and stalked toward the camp once more, only he found Weepingpaw's feet were hopelessly tangled in his chest fur still. Festeringfruit hissed in rage, planting both paws on her back and straining to free himself.
Weepngpaw struggled to free herself, but only succeeded in entangling herself further in his fur as he began to walk of dragging her with him. Her front paws were entagled now too, hopelessly sticking the two cats together.
DayClan Burningsummer grit her teeth, but conceded that Senscence was right. She moved forward, grabbing onto Vixenkismet and after some straining got her friend on her back. "Hang on Fox." She muttered, hauling her friend with her through the tunnel.
Primal Instinct
Elyon let out a laugh when she saw the apprentice getting tangled up in Festeringfruit's fur. "Wow you look ridiculous. But come on now, the tom said he didn't want you. You look like you could make a good snack or something." The golden she cat mused going over and snatching up Weepingpaw's scruff and began to tug at the apprentice trying to yank her off Festeringfruit, letting out a laugh around her mouthful of fur when she found there was some resistance. A fun way to end this failed war! A game of tug of war with an apprentice as the rope.
Festeringfruit was swearing up a storm as they fought to free him from the leech clinging to his pelt. This was why he hated apprentices... this and a thousand other reasons. The mop bucked and struggled, but even with Elyon's help, it was the most difficult battle he had faced today.

SC: Paintedcanyon “Desertpaw!” The long furred tom called up to the young tom. His tail lashed from side to side as he stayed on alert, while also dodging any rocks that had fallen from the pile his apprentice was using. “When I said to keep out of danger, this is not what I meant!” He looked around at the fleeing cats, making sure it was safe before he quickly leapt up along the rocks towards his apprentice. “Did any of them come up here? Are you hurt?” He asked quickly looking the young tom over briefly to assess any sort of damage. “Chip a claw on any of the rocks you’ve been throwing?” racer
SC: Weed Weed had carefully helped Swelteringeclipse as she was lifted up gently by Lionpride. The initiate carefully helped support her back end, being cautious of her injury. The nursery was the closest place for them to go to, but what would that do to Pollendrone. She told herself that the nursery was the best place for her for right now considering the extent of her injuries.
SC: Scorchedwhisker His vision had started to blur, and his senses were leaving him. Not good. Scorchedwhisker refused to die here. It was going to hurt, but it had to be done. He just hoped he wouldn’t end up slitting his own throat. Just as he threw his head back, the soft flesh of his neck tearing open, he heard the familiar sound of his father’s voice. The cream colored tom stumbled back just as Burntphoenix launched himself at Dr. Pickles. Scorchedwhisker was doubled over, his neck and chest slowly turning red as the blood dripped down in thick droplets from his wound and a small trickle of the red liquid dripped down his chin from his mouth. Weepingpaw: Weepingpaw struggled pulling at Festeringfruit's locks painfully as she tried to free herself, but she never let out a sound. Quietly working to free herself as she tried to get away to go back and fight with the cats that killed her father.
Lionpride: NovaPhantom Lionpride gently laid down swelteringeclipse into the nest he had made for himself and Pollendrone in the nursery. It was big and soft and hopefully would help cushion her injuries well. At least in hear she wasn't in danger of being trampled any more. He sat down looking up at Pollendrone and put his paws onto hers, he didn't want to make false promises, all he could do was be there for her
Elyon growled lowly, grinning around Weepingpaw's scruff as she yanked harder and harder, digging her claws into the ground as she pulled back. Starting to pull in bursts pulling then holding, pulling then holding.
He had fought difficult battles, he had been injured even tonight; but never before had he shrieked such an ear-piercing high-pitched scream. Festeringfruit stumbles backward, free, only to find his skin red and bleeding where his gorgeous pearly dir had torn away.

Weepingpaw CleaverJetclaw Weepingpaw screeched, a loud pop and then another filling the air, as her shoulder and hip were popped out of place as the fur was ripped out of Festeringfruit's flesh. Her voice was loud and piercing, but the quiet just as sudden as she passed out from the pain. She was limpy in Elyon's jaws, tendrils of furstill wound tightly around her paws trailing and dragging on the ground from her limbs that now hung at odd angles.
Funk didn't go that far in. He wasn't much a fighter. The few Sunclan cats that leapt at him would meet his claws before falling to the ground. Unlike Fox, he didn't carry an antidote. That was too much work for cats he didn't care if he killed or not. Squeezing in was a problem, so Funk spent his time going along the edges, trying to find any sort of break in their camp. And the bengal almost had one when a yowl caught his attention. They were retreating? Really. Fine. "All right. Pack it up for now. Get off that guy, Pickles." Funk casually walked through the crowd, it almost parting around him. And frankly, would have not noticed Foxbane if there wasn't so much screaming over there.
Like wow, way to hog the show. Though, seeing her now dragging her pretty much dead daughter while dying herself was... kinda alarming. Funk bolted over, paws thudding underneath him as he reached them. Going ahead, he grabbed hold of Foxbane's scruff to help pull her through the tunnel. "You might need to let go so Burning can get that other one through." He spoke through gritted teeth, eerily calm.
Renegade Regime
He wasn't supposed to be here, but when was Huntleigh ever where he needed to be. Supposedly, to his grandmother, he was back at home. Training, or whatever he was supposed to do. But nah, that was lame. He snuck into the attacking group instead, making sure to cover himself in the Sunclan stench and mask the marking next to his side. Slipping into the camp was easy for one as small as him, and disappearing into the shadows was just as easy. Coat as dark as midnight, he held back from approaching his father. Barely trained, but still desperate to rake his claws across something. For now, he needed to wait.
Elyon racerCleaver Elyon held up Weepingpaw and let out a breath. "Well, that was fun, time to run." She said adjusting her hold on the apprentice before taking off, apprentice, fur and all towards the exit. Wanting to put as much distance as possible between herself and Festeringfruit
SUNCLAN racer@novaamaro Pollendrone stood frozen as Lionpride tried to reassure her, watching as he walked away and then returned, him and Weed carrying her mother into the nursery. Her eyes wavered towards Scorchedwhisker one last time, worry still gripping her even as the toms father showed up to aid him, she shook her head and slipped into the nursery, laying beside her mother with tears in her eyes. "Itll be okay mom, I'm right here, I'll keep you safe." Her whole body felt numb, she hadn't even noticed Lionprides paw on hers. "Shadeflower, what happened? Did you see what happened?" Her brown eyes turned to Weed as she asked.
Swelteringeclipse bit back a cry as her son-in-law and Weed worked together to move her, it was so strange, she couldn't feel her back legs but still there was so much pain. Her head became light and a wave of dizziness took hold, she screwed her eyes shut willing herself to stay awake, when she opened her eyes she realized they had brought her to the nursery and that Pollendrone was beside her, she smiled weakly with her head resting on the ground. "You worry about keeping those grandbabies of mine safe." The older she-cats eyes moved to Lionpride, she didnt dare say anything m, but hopefully he understood, another wave hit her and her eyes fluttered shut as she lost consciousness.
Dr. Pickles was enjoying this, he took each of his opponents blows willingly, allowing the pain that was coursing through him to grow. "You are a tough one." He smirked, just as Scorchedwhisker doubled over, the strange tom let out a sigh and looked down at him. "But it seems you have reached your limit, I'll remember this for my next test subject." He had barely gotten the last word out when he was attacked from behind, he growled lowly and let Burntpheonixs weight roll them over. "I hope you dont mind, but I must be on my way." He was against the ground beneath the tom, looking up at him with a cheeky smile. Of course he knew that he wouldnt be released as easy as that and so he aimed a blow to Burntpheonixs chest with extended claws and used the opportunity to wriggle out from under him. "It was nice to meet you!" He purred, flicking his tail in Scorchedwhiskers direction as he turned and bolted off.

Weed had made sure to help lay Swelteringeclipse down comfortably. She hoped that moving her had been the right thing to do, and looked at the older she-cat worriedly. The mottled tortoiseshell looked up at Pollendrone, her green eyes brimming with sympathy and sadness before she glanced back down at Swelteringeclipse. "I'm... well I'm not entirely sure what had happened..." She admitted. Weed didn't think that Mountain had purposefully trampled Pollendrone's mother. She wasn't even sure if he had seen her until it was too late. "I was keeping cats away from the nursery... and I turned around after hearing Mountain. He was dealing with the invaders as if they were nothing and then suddenly... well he had knocked Swelteringeclipse down and... well..." Weed wasn't sure using the word trample would be appropriate as she explained what she had saw. "I don't think the brute even realized there was a cat underneath him as he chased away one of those Primal Instinct cats..." Phantom

Lionpride took a step back, giving the two she-cats some room listening to the chaos outside. However it seemed as if their enemies were retreating when Swelteringeclipse's words and caught his attention. He gave her a subtle nod, before moving towards the entrance and peeking out "I''m going to go get Bloodystar or Mountainsound " he mewed, seeing as in most of their enemies had fled up through the tunnels. He also wanted to double check for himself that they were gone "I will be right back" Time was of the essence@jadec@novaamaro Phantom

Burningpheonix growled, lifting his paw to deliver a fatal blow when the long claws pierced into his chest. Blood trickled out of the corner of his mouth, as he staggered back coughing and gasping, and before he could do anything else the strange cats was gone. One of his paws want to his chest, blood flowing from the wound splattering onto the ground as he limped over to his son that was in even worse shape "Scorchedwhisker" he gasped his tongue gently rasping over his ears "Can you hear me?"his licks became more frantic "You have come to far for me to loose you now"Phantom

Scorchedwhisker vaguely felt his claws flexing into the dirt as his legs shook, struggling to keep him upright as he swayed. Everything hurt. His ear, his eye, his throat. The siamese tom choked and coughed up more blood as he struggled to hold his paw up to his throat. His lip curled weakly, looking like nothing more than a mere twitch as his blue eyes struggled to focus. He'd kill that freak if he ever saw him again. Scorchedwhisker could hear his father, but it was muted and low. Nothing more than a small buzzing sound in his ear. He could feel him close by, and the tom struggled to look up at him. He saw the faintest hint of blood on his father's chest from his good eye and he quickly felt something he hadn't in a long time. Fear. Fear for his father, fear for himself. He didn't think he was dying, but he couldn't be sure. He managed to meet Burntphoenix's gaze, his uninjured blue eye beginning to glaze over as his body began to lose the fight of keeping him conscious. "D...da... dad..." He could barely get the word out before his body lurched forward as pain overtook him and his vision went black racer
It was wise of Burningsummer to stay on the offensive even after Vixenkismet had administered a lethal dose of poison: Oakshade didn’t go down right away. His large size and elemental edge slowed down its spread and he was able to take a few steps - and swipes - before he suffered any effects. It started as burning at his neck wound but soon it spread to the back of his throat and from there his entire body. It felt like he was on fire, but he kept moving, pushing forward even after his balance was gone, nearly making it to the two she-cats before finally he couldn’t keep it up anymore and collapsed.
Oakshade’s vision blurred as his body began to shut down, but his sense of smell remained, he knew where his mate was, just over there… if only he could get to her… tears of frustration rolled down his face as he tried to move, her name on his tongue, but his voice too muted to carry. He tried to fight it, he kicked and growled and tore at the air, but he couldn’t gather his bearings.
When he felt pressure on his stomach, however, all of his movement stopped. Oakshade didn’t need to smell or hear or see to know who that was, she was the final piece to his puzzle, his entire world. Tinymutiny. Even though he couldn’t catch his breath and his whole body was going numb, he managed to force out a deep, rumbling purr, exactly as he always did when they laid like this. He even managed to gather enough strength to lift his head and, just once, stroke the tears off one cheek. A healer would have sworn a cat in his state wouldn’t have been able to do that, but it wasn’t the first time he had defied all odds...
She said while rolling her eyes, he’d never heard any cat call a snake their favorite, much less one that had one actively coiled around her leg. He didn’t think it was a SunClan thing either. But regardless, he believed her, especially after she went on to explain just what made snakes her favorite despite her present circumstance.
"Eh, you've got a point I guess," Oakpaw eventually replied. He really wanted to help her free herself from the snake but it seemed she was adamant about doing it on her own, so he decided to just keep talking, “I… I guess I should formally thank you for ridding your rival Clan's territory of a hazard, miss...?”
She glared at him and he was stricken by the intensity of her golden eyes. It was like facing the sun itself. He felt that if he got too close they would surely burn him… but he also didn’t think he’d mind that?
“Give me one good reason why I should tell some random MoonClan tom my name.”
She was so beautiful, especially when she looked annoyed like that, it took every bit of his self-control to not draw her in close, tell her that she could rely on him, that he’d never tell a soul that she let a MoonClan apprentice help her, it could be their secret. Was this what it was like to fall in love at first sight? He’d never experienced it, but the thought invigorated him, and he abruptly got to his paws, boldly declaring, “I think I should know the name of the girl who’s stolen my heart.”
Where did that come from? They both looked equally surprised, but she was the first to speak.
“Your... you WHAT---?!” The silver she-cat squeaked but she didn’t have much time to reply as Oakpaw took the opportunity to hold down her paw, pinch the back of the snake’s head with his teeth and tear it away. Just as quickly as he had acted she reacted, scoring deep scratches in his flank, it was deserved, not only was he talking crazy, he was acting crazy. He let her go and gave her some space.
Silence again as neither cat moved and stared at anything but each other. After seconds that felt like hours, Oakpaw opened his mouth to apologize, say he didn't know what had possessed him, that he hoped that she would forgive him because that was uncalled for, but she spoke first.
“If I tell you my name, will you promise to never ever talk to me again?” Her voice wavered at the end and Oakpaw dared to steal a glance. Ears pinned back, ears pink as lotus petals...
“Sure.” He lied.
“Tinypaw.”
“I'm Oakpaw,” He said, taking a step away as if to leave only to turn around and touch noses with her, a stupid grin on his face, his mind made up, “And I’m sorry, I can’t keep my promise. However, I will promise that I’ll always be there to help you… unwind.”
She’d beaten him up after that bad joke, but it only made the two of them more smitten. It wasn’t long after their meeting that Foxbane forced him to initiate into SunClan and later become official mates at the mate choosing ceremony. He’d passed initiation, fought in some wars, made a name for himself, even befriended the Sun God, but Oakshade’s proudest accomplishment had always been starting a family with Tinymutiny. Having her on his chest just now was all he had ever wanted, it was his heaven, his home. If only this moment would never end... there was nothing more in the world that he wanted more... but he wouldn't get his way.
He felt the pressure of her being pulled away and he tried to grab hold of her, but he just couldn’t muster the strength. Vaguely he remembered that they had always been like this, high highs and low lows, there one second, gone the next. He wanted to laugh at the irony but couldn't, so he smiled. That goofy smile of his. It drove her mad, always had, but it only made him smile more. After all, annoyed Tinymutiny was the one he'd fallen for. But she was also so much more than that. Brave, powerful, fiercely loving... he didn't want her to be trapped in that lonely place she had been when they first met.
With the last of his strength he mouthed the words, ‘Stay happy.’ There was more he wanted to say, but his time was up. With her off his chest there was nothing left to keep his heart beating. Oakshade’s flank heaved one last time and he was gone.
SUNCLAN -- hey i'm late to the party, someone attack? Dapplebreeze scanned the crowd frantically for her friend. Finally she found the ginger fur and shot toward him, using her smaller size to avoid the tangles. "Carrotpaw!" she cried, reaching his side and pressing herself against him. For the moment, neither of them were being attacked. racer
NIGHTCLAN -- also need a sunclan cat to fight Giantpaw had never left the territory before. He was surprised to see just how big the world was. The huge apprentice kept his eyes out for a lone SunClanner, not protected by anyone.
