Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
As he pulled his paw back, claws now red, the she-cat dove to go underneath him. He wasn't able to move backwards - her sudden attack had ended up pushing him back into the throng he'd been avoiding. There were too many others for him to escape and he felt his paws yank out from under him. "No!" Beestripe cried, on his side now. He tried to reason with Pollendrone as he twisted his body, attempting to rise back up. "Why are you doing this?! Can't you just leave our kits alone?" Phantom
As Pebblekit was led safely away from the fight, a kit inside the nursery poked her head of the nursery bravely. Brownie caught sight of Mothkit, intuiting her intention and diving forward to grab onto the kit's scruff. She yanked her backward and urged her to stay put. The queen didn't feel confident that she could get all of her kits out so she remained behind, pressing her children against a wall and standing in front of it with her ears back. Mothkit was grumpy that she hadn't managed to escape the den and stayed put.

Hiddenvein snarled as he faced down the SunClan cats, blood trickling down his ear and hot on his throat. He circled the gray-speckled tom, occasionally feints forcing the other warrior until Myriadwolf's back was to a thick bundle of bushes. Myriadwolf lunged, and Hiddenvein caught him; he wrapped his body around the other tom and sank in his teeth deep, and they rolled across the camp together.
There was a heavy thump behind him as another cat stepped into the fight, and Hiddenvein craned his neck just in time to see a flash of teeth. He screamed as Sparrowflight tore through his throat and shook his violently, his head snapping back and forth as his vision blurred. Beside him, Myriadwolf regained his paws long enough to lunge, and his claws thrashed the SwiftClan cat's underbelly again and again until he fell limp in their grasp.
Quickfoot yelped as a paw slammed down on her leg and the soft joint gave way with a snap. She tried to crawl away but Timesquandor sank his teeth into her shoulder and hauled her backward, his paws straining in the dirt under her weight. One kick to his jaw and she was free to scramble away, but then Ghostcrown was there in front of her, smashing her muzzle into the dirt and striking at her eyes. Everything stung. She swatted Ghostcrown away, pushed to her paws. Barely ducked a swipe, limped a tedious step away, and for a moment she hoped her clan would come to her rescue. Then she saw the dismal state of the other SwiftClan warriors, and she knew she was on her own as the enemy descended once again.

Honeysplash had been working on sneaking into the nursery, he was hardly bigger than a newly made apprentice making this sort of mission ideal for him. While the cats fought on around him, he slipped through the fighting, most of the cats engaged in their own battles and not paying much attention to his small frame. Giving one last glance at the fighting, he entered into the nursery meeting the wide eyed queens with a gentle smile "Sorry ladies, but I think you have something of ours" Cleaver
Romancefable growled in surprise, putting some distance between himself and Steepfall as Goldengrace was ripped away from their target by one of their own. He looked between Slaughterfish and Steepfall, but didn't have much of a chance to question it as Steepfall came at him again. JadieJetclaw
Silverfringe had been hanging back, trying to stay out of the fighting but hearing her sister's cries spurred her forward "Get off my sister Slaughterfish" she growled dropping into an offensive crouch ready to pounce "I don't know what is going on in side your head, but you better think hard about your next move"HoneystormJetclaw
In the nursery, Brownie was still pressed against the wall with her kits when a cat entered. He wasn't very big but she still hadn't been trained to fight. Still, instinct kicked in and she growled low in her throat. Whatever he was in this den for, he wouldn't be walking away. He'd be limping. The brown queen licked Nib on her head violently just in case and turned to face the intruder, taking one calculated look before leaping for him. She hated leaving the kits but she wouldn't just stand there while Honeysplash snatched one of them. racerCleaver
The Priest Promised's voice had her paralyzed the instant the clan stepped into their camp. How could they have known she was here? After an ill-considered romance with a SunClan cat, she knew there was always a risk they would come to claim her kittens, but she insisted upon keeping them a secret from the other clan. She thought if they never found out, they would never steal them... and Bloodyrondo announced his intentions, she knew in her heart she was about to lose her family.
Beachsand was crouched protectively over her family with Honeysplash made his appearance. She bared her teeth as he entered the den. "You'll never take my kits," she snapped at him, her hackles standing on end. "Never!" As Brownie attacked, she felt a surge of affection for her fellow queen, but there was no time to waste on feelings, and she leaped into battle alongside her.

Swiftclan
It hurt. It hurt so bad he wanted to cry. To scream, even if those screams would just get lost in the others or stuck in his throat. And he knew why. Maybe others saw this coming but he didn't. He took the second blow from Spellmania, but used her paw off of him as a chance to wiggle out of her grasp. Even out though, half slumped against the ground, Romulus had nowhere to go. Running into the fight would lead to him getting hurt, and running away would get him caught by Spellmania. He was truly stuck. Dry swallowing, he knew he wasn't an opponent. He was a punching bag. But he... didn't mind. Dropping into a play crouch, he took a deep breath, letting the pain settle in his toes. "Let's then."
"As if I'd believe a single word from your mouth! A mistake like that is what twisted Autumgossamer's mind against the Sun God." Bloodyrondo could hear the sounds of fighting break out around him, but he did not waver, expecting his guard to keep the pathetic SwiftClan cats out of his way so he could take care of Firetooth, "I'll take what belongs to SunClan and would have left everyone else out of this had you simple minded fools listened to me from the beginning!"
With that, Bloodyrondo lunged at SwiftClan's medicine cat, his claws glinting in the SunClan as he aimed a blow at the left side of the other tom's face, starting at the ear and then downward, across the eye. He was going to draw this out. All of the anger and sadness he'd been feeling was fueled into this attack, and it wasn't just the loss of the Sun God, but also his mate, Satinlights, as well as his trust in Littlestar. He was done taking the blows. From here on out, he'd deal them.
Time felt like it had slowed down as cats began to charge at each other in a cacophony of claws and teeth and fur, their battle cries a muted roar in his ears as Bloodyrondo launched forward towards him. Firetooth had enough sense to lunge to the side out of the Priest Promised's reach, but not quick enough - his claws grazing across his right cheek, digging down to his chin before breaking contact. Every instinct in the Medicine Cat's body screamed at him to run; he was thoroughly outmatched here. He had never scratched a cat in his life, and now he was fighting against a far more powerful opponent who wouldn't stop until one of them was dead. Running wasn't an option. Escape wasn't an option.
It felt like a million thought whirled through his head in the span of a few moments; how could he survive this? Was it even possible to slow Bloodyrondo down now? There had to be something. Anything, to give his clanmates a couple more seconds to get away. Glancing to the side, he noticed that the spot he had landed extremely close to Swiftclan's fresh-kill pile. And for possibly the first time in his life, he didn't think. He acted.
In one, quick motion, he grabbed the tail of the biggest corpse on the pile - a particularly fat squirrel - and swung it at Bloodyrondo's head like a bat. Jadie
Bloodyrondo grinned as he felt Firetooth's blood dust his whiskers. It seemed they really didn't train medicine cats on how to fight, he didn't even know the first rule of defense, never take your eyes off the enemy. As Firetooth pulled away, Bloodyrondo pivoted on the first front paw to touch the ground and redirected his momentum toward the SwiftClan medicine cat, "Trying to run away? Pathet---"
SQUIRREL!??!
Firetooth's aim was true and Bloodyrondo received a good whack right on the top of his head. It wasn't enough to make him see stars, but it was enough to unbalance him. Loosing his footing, the Priest Promised found himself falling right at Firetooth, their chests ramming into one another into the most awkward hug of all history.
Relief came on swift paws as the ginger tomcat burst into the camp with a flock of fresh warriors at his back. Chimerastar stopped at the entrance to scan the fight as cats streamed in around him. When he heard SunClan was coming, he had turned and ran the other way: he had run for help, and it was a patrol of MoonClan warriors that had come with him to save his failing clan.
But it wouldn't be enough. Chim was not foolish enough to believe that now. He could see bodies limp on the floor in pools of blood, his own family and clan, and the living fared no better; Shatteredshine was hissing as she struggled to fend off two warriors, and Luckypaw was cornered against a den with strong cats surrounding him. Romulus Fauna - where had he come from? - was being beaten up by a larger warrior, and even his medicine cat had been dragged into the fight, with a squirrel in his mouth, strangely enough. It took Chim a second to recognize Firetooth was currently hugging the Priest Promised himself.
"Enough!" he yowled over the crowd, bounding down to stand before the fighting pair. His furious half-gaze burned into Firetooth, I told you so, but he spoke to Bloodyrondo.
"You've won. Take what you've come for and go."
His clan may want to fight, but Chim was not losing any more lives tonight.
