Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
(Well this is ridiculously overdue and something that i kept meaning to do since it's actually important to her character. I still need I think six cats to give lives if anyone is interested)
Frostcloud exited the warrior's den just as the sun was peeking over the horizon and waited in the middle of camp for the rest of the group to join her. It was finally time for her to go the Moon Creek to receive her nine lives and new name. It was long overdue but several things had come up that had prevented her from being able to go.
The group she had invited included the Medicine Cat, Graythorn, her deputy Ravenstone, sister Reedleaf, and any apprentice that wished to make the journey for the first time.
Reedleaf came out of the warrior's den a couple of minutes after her sister and joined her waiting in camp.

Ravenstone wasn't far behind Reedleaf and greeted them both cheerfully, "Reedleaf, Frostcloud," the jet black deputy meowed. "Are you ready?" She asked. It had been some time since Angelstar stepped down and it was finally time for the she-cat to properly receive her lives, it was an exciting time as it was not something that happened all that often. Angelstar was the only leader before Frostcloud that she could remember although she was still considerately quite young.

Graythorn exited his den looking like his normal grumpy self. "About time," he grumbled. He knew this should had been done long before now, even when Pyriteessence was still the medicine cat. Now the responsibility fell to him and he felt inadequate. Sure, he spoke to some of the other medicine cats at their last meeting so he knew what he was supposed to do but he was still nervous about it. He hid his feelings well however, because he showed no outward sign of any insecurity. As he joined the group of gathering cats his sister, Pantherpaw, came running up.
"Good I'm not late!" she meowed as she skidded to a halt. She was one of the apprentices who wanted to go to the Moon Creek for the first time. "Isn't this so exciting?"
"Yeah, right," Graythorn grumbled. Sometimes his sister's exuberance was just too much for him. He stood next to Ravenstone to wait for any others.
Frostcloud smiled when Graythorn came up and nodded a greeting to the perpetually grumpy young tom. When Pantherpaw came bounding up apologizing for being late, she laughed. "We couldn't go anywhere without your brother and you weren't much later than him." she said. "Although it looks like nobody else is coming."

Graythorn greeted Frostcloud with a nod of his own.
"No one else?" the black apprentice asked, disappointed that no one else was making the journey with them. Another apprentice at least would make the trip more fun. "Oh well," she mewed. "They don't know what they're going to miss!" She bounced around excitedly.
"Right - sore foot pads, hunger, and tiredness," complained Graythorn. "And may I add, a warm nest to sleep in too."
(I like your new name. I'll just have to get used to it though. It's been almost 10 years that I've known you as Riverpebble. I'll probably remain as Whitemuzzle until I enter StarClan!)

(Sure I need cats still. Although you’re not listed anywhere as leader with that cat or just as that cat as leader?)
“Of course you may come as well.” Frostcloud said to the nervous and excited apprentice.
(Muzz you are literally the first person to notice that I changed my username. Katiana is one I use literally everywhere but wiki and for some reason the transition here made using Riverpevvle still seem kind of weird. Feel free to call me whatever you want because I think I’ll still be mostly called River by people here.)

Pantherpaw ran over to Sunpaw. "Isn't this great?" she asked with her excitement showing in her voice. "I'm so glad you decided to come along too! I can't wait to see what the Moon Creek looks like. Do you think we'll see any of our ancestors?"
Graythorn overheard his sister babbling and came over to the apprentices. "Hardly," he huffed. "Only Frostcloud and I will see them. It'll be your job to watch over our bodies while we're visiting StarClan."
"Really?" Pantherpaw asked in a more sober tone. "We'll do a good job, won't we?" she asked Sunpaw.
"Well if that's everybody we should get going before it gets too much later." Frostcloud said getting to her paws and looking back at the others to make sure they were ready to go.

"Finally," Graythorn meowed under his breath as he followed Frostcloud. He was ready to have this whole thing done already and be back in his nest. What cat in his right mind wanted to be traipsing around on journeys this time of year? Not him, that's for sure.
"Alright!" Pantherpaw meowed enthusiastically as she padded next to Sunpaw. "I can't wait to see what it's like around the Moon Creek. I've never even been out of our territory." She knew Sunpaw had traveled before because she used to live with twolegs. And to tell the truth, the black apprentice was a little envious of her denmate for being more traveled than she.
Sunpaw gave a soft purr at Pantherpaw's presence by her side. The kinship she shared with her denmates was truly a gift. She'd known nothing of the sort since she'd been separated from her brother.

Ravenstone chuckled at the two apprentices enthusiasm and Graythorn's impatience to get moving. These were the moments she lived for, the beauty of the bond they all held as clanmates and the feeling of closeness and familiarity.
"Wait! Can I come?" Lupinepaw rushed over to the cats just as they were leaving the camp, looking up hopefully at his mother and Frostcloud. If Sunpaw and Pantherpaw were going then he didn't want to miss out on this opportunity. He may never get the chance to go to the mooncreek.
Sunpaw's ears twitched excitedly. She looked forward to getting to know the other apprentices on the trip. So far, she'd really only spent time with Lionesspaw.
Sunpaw's tail twitched with impatience, but she stilled it furiously. Impatience was so not her style, and it certainly wasn't the face she wanted to present to these older cats.
