Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Senescence had every reason to want to piss off SunClan. After all, she'd saved Innocentia from them not so long ago, and if it hadn't been for the fact that the girl she loved was in need of immediate medical attention, the League and DayClan she-cat would have slaughtered each and every cat in SunClan without a moment's hesitation, Littlestar and Mistyrose especially.
So, she decided to be petty. The demon elemental was a force that wasn't quite so easy to contain. New cats were discovering their powers every day, but she, well, she'd had them prior to this, and hers were particularly terrifying. She could manipulate the forces of death, bring death and decay to anything around her if only she willed it to happen.
As it so happened, she'd picked a particularly comfy tree, loosing just enough of her own powers that the buds fell and the trunk withered and died, the entire thing turning brittle, the thinnest branches breaking and falling down to the earth. A short ring of vegetation surrounding the tree decayed as well, a dead ring in the midst of the spring life. The lacy black stripes seemed to writhe and swirl, lifting from her fur with smoke-like tendrils that only confirmed the she-cat's nature.
Sure, it was scary, and the moment any living creature stepped within range, they could feel power dragging away at their bodies, slowly at first, but growing rapidly the nearer they came. Sen didn't particularly care, though. She wanted a nap, and no SunClan cat was going to tell her to stop. After all, they'd be dead before they reached her.
( For anyone not aware, Sen's a demon elemental, and her main ability speeds up death & decay. Standing too close takes time off your life, and the closer you get, the faster it goes, until you wither and die. c: )
It was sort of hard dealing with Senescence when he wasn't wearing the mask of Everlastingfire. She was compliant toward him in DayClan, but he knew she wasn't going to listen to him now. Worse yet, Bloodyrondo hadn't developed any innate abilities, so all he had left were his illusions, which he was learning very quickly he could barely control. He wouldn't use them here, not if he didn't have to.
"Senescence, get down from there," It wasn't so crazy that he would know her name, this cat was infamous. Unbeknownst to Bloodyrondo, life force was being drawn from him, but not his own. She was attacking Wanheda's amulet, the very one that gave the Priest Promised God status, and odds were Senescence would recognize that, "This is SunClan territory and you are not welcome. Unless, of course, you want to initiate." He added that last bit as a joke, he always offered this option to intruders, although in this case he only did it because he knew it would be denied.
"Hey Sen, Sen, SEN!" Lucistic called from a distance before laughing, "Hey, watch this!"
His black pelt dissolved into liquid shadow, morphing into the darkness that coated in the trees shade before bursting out in front of the tree trunk Senescence was in. Unfortunately he was facing the wrong direction and ran straight into the tree, falling onto his back staring up into the blue? Green? Hazel? Eyes of Bloodyrondo. His massive paw reached up booping the tom on the nose, "Why hello there. You look lost, do you want me to give you a tour?" He asked as though he already lived in the territory.
The rust and shadow feline let her eyes open a fraction to peer at Bloodyrondo as he arrived to annoy her. Rather than the usual mismatched haint blue and blind violet, both of her eyes were a worrisome shade of coppery-red. She considered replying, but then, naturally, Lucistic showed up, and her gaze drifted to him just in time for him to materialize and run face first into the tree, that shuddered on impact, as though even the force of a cat bumping into it on accident threatened to topple it. "So you learned how to dissolve yourself." The Proxy commented. Not that she was too surprised. She'd done something similar when they'd seen Funk that one time.
Bloodyrondo jumped back with a hiss and swatted Lucistic's paw away from him, "Lucistic too... You two are the reason why Glowstar wants forest-clan-wide rule in place for the Elementals. She can't even remotely control you." Normally the ginger Priest Promised would have more fire for intruders, but he felt like he knew the two of them on a personal level. They wouldn't know that of course. It was, however, enough for Bloodyrondo to now that these two cats couldn't be handled traditional ways. He could get as mad and preachy as he wanted and he would never get through to them. They were too far gone. That being said, it would be an insult to the Sun God to not even try.
"And Sen! Stop ignoring me!" Okay, he was trying to control himself but that really wasn't possible, "Get down from there and go home. You're lucky I was the one to find you two, otherwise you would be killed by one of SunClan's super strong elementals!"
"Nope!" Lucistic said cheerfully in response to Senescence and then back at Bloodyrondo, "Nope to you too!"
He got up rubbing the side of his head, listening to the rest of what Bloodyrondo said, "Super strong elementals?" Lucistic asked with short slanted grin, "You mean like that Everlastingfire guy?" He cleared his throat mimicking Everlastingfire's voice with insane accuracy, "DayClan, with an attitude like that, you're shaping up to be a pathetic accessory to SunClan." He laughed, dropping the voice, "Yeah that guys powerful I guess, but you know who's super powerful? Sun God. Hey Sunny if you exist, I want the ground to burn under my paws so bad that a layer of skin peels off. C'mon sunny boy, prove you're real!" He taunted up to the literal sun itself. Which was typical Lucistic behavior to try and bully someone into hurting him, but no one ever fell for it...
Ah, of course not. Senescence lazily waved her paw at Bloodyrondo, looking rather dismissive. She could feel the unnatural power that decayed within her range, but chose not to say anything. She recognized that power rather easily, and combined with Lucistic's impression, she knew exactly where from, if she hadn't already realized before. Not that she was inclined to let the Promised know. "Nah, not going anywhere. I like a challenge."
Okay, the deity was the sort of type to be easily pushed into action. Especially since someone was just asking for fire! In an instant, the tom's paws were downright bathed in flame, though it was only the bottom of his pads that burned. And they burned quick and hot as if the Sun God himself had perhaps gotten just a tad too excited to oblige. Maybe he just really liked Lucistic.
"Who's Everlastingfire? Never heard of him." Bloodyrondo replied unconvincingly. He really was in a pickle now. He was pretty stupid but not stupid enough to pick a fight with both Lucistic and Senescence at the same time. Maybe he could take Lucistic if he used his powers, but he wasn't so sure he'd be able to do much more than stall Sen. Seriously, all she had to do was sit in a tree to kill it, he wasn't even confident that that had been her intention. He' just have to try and annoy them to death, seemed to work for Glowstar.
"Luc, you shouldn't talk about our God like that! Someday when you truly convert to the Sun God just like all of DayClan should you will really regret being so informal. He is to be worshipped and praised because he deserves it. I really hope he does set your paws on fire, you need the discipline," He was shocked, however, to see Luc's paws actually go ablaze. He looked around for the Sun God but didn't see him anywhere. Bloodyrondo hadn't tried to use to amulet so that mean the only explanation was that he just unlocked his innate powers he always knew he had. He looked up to the branch that Sen was sitting on and willing it to catch fire, too, with several fervent prayers to the Sun God hoping that these abilities were really, really true. Fire manipulation was super dope.

Unfortunatly for Bloodyrondo, that power seemed reserved for the High Priestess as she moved out of the underbursh into full view of the two cats. Looking between the two DayClan cats "And what have we here?" she chuckled "Your time in DayClan making you to soft-hearted to DayClan cat's Bloodyrondo?" she questioned, amused by the fire that had been sent to burn the cat's paws.
Senescence wasn't the angry sort, and yet, the moment that Littlestar appeared, her power crept just a little bit farther, and the vegetation that wasn't already dead in the area around the tree slowly seemed to wither. She stopped it just short of the Priestess, though Bloodyrondo was likely to notice her reaching power. Not like she was being subtle about it, and he'd clearly already noticed the tree that seemed to deteriorate further with each passing minute. "I doubt you'll have much luck either." Wanderingwight drawled. The heavily scarred feline certainly didn't seem concerned about either cat's presence.
Leucisticcrow let out a gasp like he was just gifted a pair of new studded cut diamonds, "I LOVE THIS!" He cried running around the dry grass before realizing he was going to set SunClan on fire and trotted back over onto the stone with the theory that this would keep the fire going, but instead he had accidentally burnt it out, but luckily the scolding heat was sticking to the stone still causing him suffering, "Thanks Sunshine!" He called up to the sun, but looked confused at Bloodyrondo's statement before turning to Senescence with a laugh, "Man, what a nice guy... Do you think that little red dude is right and we'll be praying to the sun?" He asked. Memories of Gods of old flickered into his mind, one of which was Rane, but his head lurched in the opposite direction when he heard Littlestar, "Oh hey! You're that pretty little cultist Foxbane used to drag around. You look less miserable now, I'm so sorry," He said apologetically, his German accent slipping in and out, before he managed to stop it at the end.
He could sense something was wrong when Senescence showed even the slightest decimal percent of care and his demeanor dropped from puppy dog curiosity to calm and observant.
"Of course not!" Bloodyrondo's entire demeanor changed at Littlestar's approach. His fur ruffled, his tail went straight into the air. That was more like it. He had let down his guard because he knew these cats but would have treated any other intruder much, much differently. Now that Littlestar was around he had to act like he was defensive and ready to fight which wasn't so hard to fake because he was still ticked off at the High Priestess for demoting him for so long, "Don't get too close to the tree, Littlestar, unless you want to loose a life. She's an Elemental who causes decay. The other one is a harmless moron, still an Elemental though, but he will probably get himself killed without your intervention."
"Littlestar already knows who I am." Maybe not the elemental part, but the Priestess would certainly recognize Senescence. If nothing else, she'd recognize her from the gatherings, but far more likely, she'd recognize the Proxy from when Sen had saved Innocentia. Tried eating Arcticpaw, and then Mistyrose and Littlestar had nearly killed her. Luckily, Innocentia had made a full recovery since, but Senescence hadn't forgotten. "Or at least, knows well enough, I'm sure."
"If you won't come down then will you at least share with us why are are here in the first place?" Bloodyrondo said as he looked back up the dead tree at Senescence. He really wished that he could have gotten this situation under control without Littlestar being here but there wasn't much he could do about that now, "Or do I need to go find Strik so she can take you home?"

"Yes I know all to well who you are deary" Littlestar meowed rather amused with the cat's presence here on SunClan's land. Bloodyrondo didn't know about their little run in with each other, few cats did "The real question, is not why you are here rather your intentions. Since you hail from DayClan, you already know the consequences of stepping over our borders yet here you are anyway" she narrowed her eyes on the cat in the tree

"You imply I care." Senescence replied, unfazed. "I wanted to sleep in a tree, this one looked comfy." She stated it as though it were rather obvious, certainly not affording the pair any ounce of the respect they deserved. Which, really, for any other cat, was a death sentence. But it wasn't so simple dealing with the League Proxy.
"I'm beginning to realize why there aren't many trees in DayClan..." Bloodyrondo sighed, glaring at Senescence. As much as he hated to admit it, this she-cat was essentially untouchable. He couldn't use his element, he wasn't confident at climbing trees and, most importantly, he knew he'd lose his fight if it got to that. It didn't seem like Sen wanted one anyway. Of course, Bloodyrondo really had no idea what she wanted. She was being the opposite of forthcoming, "Leucisticcrow, can't you do something about your sister? Like, I don't know, knock her out of the tree or something? Or are you too afraid?" Well, if Bloodyrondo wasn't going to do it, then he'd bully this tom into it. He was the easier of the two to control when in DayClan. Maybe, just maybe, he would be obedient here, too.
Leucisticcrow tapped his claw against his chin with interest, "I don't know, I find it silly to want her to leave the tree. She's just lying in it, you're causing yourself more stress by caring that she's in a tree. If I get her out of this tree next you'll find a cat in a bush or a cat in the river and you'll be annoyed by that. I think the better lesson is to accept that you can't always control everything. But here, I got a challenge for you little boss man."
He raced off for a moment, but his shadow slid back in morphing his physical form, "This." He held out a seed to Bloodyrondo, "If you can successfully grow an apple tree sapling you'll actually have me at your beck and call to serve you forever. Life is chaos, there's no saying you'll plant it in good soil or that the air won't turn dry. Step into chaos with me, try for once to just do something without controlling every aspect of it like the soil, hydration, or nourishment. I dare you to plant it here and if in a moon it's a sapling you got me, a member of the bright brigade and past guardian of WaterClan at your side. But if it doesn't grow then maybe you'll just finally accept something wasn't in your control and move on." His smile widened when he spoke, shifting into that genuine, contagious grin that resembled Glowstar's so closely. He was massive and above all else lethal from his killer instinct and sadistic arsenal of battle moves, but in this moment he had such a puppy dog expecting expression it was hard not to smile back at him.
"This is SunClan territory and she is not a SunClan cat. That's why I want her out of the tree." Bloodyrondo said adamantly, narrowing his eyes on Leucisticcrow, "You, for the record, are in the same boat. This is not DayClan, we have rules, borders. But at last you half listen to me most of the time, I might even call you my guest if you weren't so... unpredictable..." He blinked and, just like that, Luc was gone. He frowned. This couldn't be good. Just as soon as the dark-furred tom was gone, though, he was back in front of him again, a shadow into a cat. Bloodyrondo accepted the apple seed with a confused expression on his face. Apple trees were not native to SunClan but he knew the orchards of DayClan better than he'd ever admit. He loved apples. But... would a tree really grow here?
"Your sister just killed that tree and surely all of the nearby soil has lost its fertility for many, many moons. There's no way it'll grow here. I don't even think it's worth trying... But... If I do manage to get this tree to grow..." Bloodyrondo finally returned his grin, "You'll join SunClan, right? And offer your soul up to the Sun God. This sapling's only hope is through his blessing, after all!"
"HA, soul. That's what I like about you, always optimistic," Leucisticcrow said, with a smile more cunning than a fox, "But yes! If your request was for me to join SunClan and place my life in the paws of the Sun God I would do it. If you get that seed there to sprout into an apple tree sapling, that is." He smirked revealing his long row of fangs, "But let's not forget, if you can't hold up your end of the bargain then you need to accept that somethings are out of your control. Including accepting that I would much prefer being burned alive than lower myself to flock with sheep. Deal, little boss man?"
