Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Snowpaw was yet again struck with awe. "Wow...and all of this belongs to DayClan?" he asked as he looked around taking in the scenery. The water looked clean and crisp, making his thirst more prevalent than he thought it was. He stepped toward the water's edge and took a quick sip to cautiously test it. His eyes widened briefly before lapping up more of the cool liquid. After he had quenched his thirst, he sat down and let out a satisfied sigh. Glancing back at Lilacpaw, he asked "How often do you come here?"
"I don't come here a whole lot, only people with something to hide come here," Lilacpaw retorted sourly before realizing that they were now a part of that category, "But y'know, it is pretty cool and all," She grinned. Typically she judged other cats for being around outsiders so much, but Snowpaw was different from most outsiders in a million different ways. For one hew as respect, two she could respect his combat, and most importantly, three he was completely cute! The way he muscled on even when he was hurt and how excitedly he looked at DayClan, she could watch him for hours. But she had to play it cool, of course.
"What's your territory like anyways? Because of the giant pond I don't really get any view of your side of the border typically," She said with a yawn, the sun was beginning to put her to sleep. She settled down next to him in a lying position, placing her head over her paws.
"What's my clan like?" he repeated the question to give him some time think of a good answer. "It's pretty nice, but not nearly as nice as DayClan. There's a river that runs through our territory that's really refreshing to take a dip in on hot days like this. And oh! There's a water fall that has this neat cave inside of it. Maybe I can take you there sometime, you know, if you want to." He felt a yawn coming onto him as and he tried to stifle it to no avail. The ambient sounds of the water was making him drowsy. He looked over his wound to make sure it was safe to lie down without risk of ripping it back open. The scab still remained but there was no stinging pain with him. He sighed a sigh of relief and lay down next to Lilacpaw. "Is it nap time yet," he said jokingly.
Lilacpaw smiled lazily, but her eyes were still alight in excitement, "I would love that, can we go tomorrow to the cave?" She asked moving in next to him. Everything felt so much warmer all of a sudden from the sunlight to him to the ground. "Yeah I think I might take a nap, the battle, the walk, I'm beat," She smirked.
(In my next reply we could jump forward in time where they're at the waterfall together?)
His fur burned from the close proximity of her, but it was a comfortable warmth. He laid down next to her, closing his eyes. "Of course we can do that tomorrow," he responded sleepily with a smile on his face. In that moment, he had forgotten about all of his responsibilities back in MoonClan. He was enjoying this time he had with her now; everything else came second. "Let's rest up until then." Curling up into a ball, he fell asleep.
Lilacpaw looked around the large waterfall, her tail high as she explored every nook and cranny. They were only at the outside of it, hadn't even gone in and yet she was fascinated. DayClan had quite a few waterfalls, in camp, a small one at hidden pond, and then the endless waterfall, which was tall, but very shallow as well as a bit narrow. Here the waterfall was massive, it roared like thunder with water levels that looked deeper than space.
"It's so loud!" Lilacpaw called above the pounding water with a smile.
"I know right!" he yelled back to the she-cat. He couldn't help but sit back and smile as she searched the waterfall and all it had to offer. It was another clear, bright day he was spending with Lilacpaw and he was loving every second of it. It was definitely a lot better than what he would have been doing back at camp.
In hindsight, it was funny how they got this far - from sparring with one another to what some cats would call "dates". He didn't know how to describe it, especially in their short time of knowing one another, but Snowpaw felt something for Lilacpaw. He didn't want to say anything about it just yet though; he didn't want to make it awkward. But he did have a sneaking suspicion...
"Hey, Lilacpaw, are you reading to go in?" he asked as he excitedly bounded towards her. "You think the outside is amazing, the inside is going to blow your mind!"
