Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
PRIMAL INSTINCT Blue (Mage)Cyanide "Once we are back in the city, I'd love to hear your Gathering report..." Blue replied with a dismissive swish of her tail, "... but I suppose I can agree that, at the very least, our proxies can use the socialization. I'm one to talk, of course." She found her eyes drawn to Funk and Glowstar and was surprised, but also not surprised, to see the bengal Nemesis not at the DayClan leader's side, but fawning over some new one-eyed tom, "Who the heck is that?"

Fallclan
"I could never be a better leader than you, Chim." He purred with a wink. Cal gave a little chuckle at Funk's act, completely oblivious to their previous interaction. At Chim's question, Cal glanced uncomfortably at the Regime Commander. She had a familiarity that made him slightly uneasy. "Oh, oop, sorry, I zoned out!" He meowed quickly after an awkward moment. "That's Gossamer Alessandra, the Regime Commander." Relief flooded over him at Thistlestar's arrival and Cal bounded over to the Springclan leader he admired so much. "THISTLESTAR, THE GREAT THISTLESTAR." He purred in greeting. "I'm so glad you're here now!"
Calamitystar's unexpected and rather passionate introduction left the Springclan flustered in a small moment of embarrassment. A crooked smile graced his usually stern face as he faced the animated Fallclan leader with quiet content and respect "Calamitystar, I see you are feeling pretty good tonight." He chuckled, his spring green orbs bright with content as he scanned the faces of the other leaders in the circle. "I hope everyone is doing well too."
He rolled his eyes; Cal had always been flattering, but at least he could try to be honest about it. Everyone knew that he'd done a terrible job as the leader of WaterClan, but he'd be putting in his full effort this time... whether it helped or not. He shook his head, stopping his anger at hearing the Regime had replaced their leader before it had time to form, and turning instead to look at Thistlestar coolly. This was a new one to him as well, and a young warrior at that. "Hmph," he muttered, his gaze narrowing. "I'm Chimerastar," he introduced with a slight dip of his head.
Wow, what a rare sight, she was witnessing, what in tom culture is known as a, bromance. This one appeared to be a bit complex. The new alpha male that had joined had delighted the other two alpha males, but Chimerastar seemed only interested in Calamitystar. Therefore being a monogamous bromancer.
"Sooo are you like... Inventing a new clan? Is that why you're up her? Cause I'll bite and ask since no one else is," Glowstar said, but was relieved that so many cats said he was Chimerastar after briefly wondering who this guy was who clearly knew her.
With all the commotion the leaders were making, Hystericplague thought that the world was going to end again, but when he glanced and just saw Cal making a fuss over a new cat, his interest faded. He was sure to hear all about it on the walk back to camp, whether he wanted to or not. "Must he always act like that?" he muttered, not really caring if the other medicine cats heard him. It was really no secret that Hystericplague and Calamitystar had a rather odd relationship, with the latter always singing his praises about the medicine cat, and the former begrudgingly following behind the leader to keep him in check.
Chim considered being evasive and telling Glowstar all would be revealed in good time.... but that was too traumatic even for him, so with an amused twitch of his whiskers, he gave her a nod. "Something like that," he agreed. "I lost my clan, and now I have another one. Is that going to be a problem?"
"You're kidding me, right?" the siamese feline meowed to Chimerastar, her eyes wide. "You're telling me I could have just created a clan? That seems so much more fun than taking over Bootlicker Island. I love them, of course, but damn, if I could have just made a clan, I probably would have done that." She glanced apologetically to where the Regime gathered, offering them a blown kiss. She then turned back to the others. "But, I mean, I guess I wouldn't ahve technically won the bet, so I guess that doesn't really work, but still! I woulda tried that!" She was mostly muttering to herself, although hey, if Chimerastar hadn't blocked her out completely yet, well, good for him.
"I don't know, buddy, what if I do? What if I say no, give you a big fat fine right at your border, say you owe the community 20 ground squirrels half way. Uh oh, it's winter, you can't find ground squirrels. Suddenly the dealers are getting itchy, they want those squirrels, but your fake clan can't pay up cause the squirrels are hibernating. In a desperate attempt to scrounge for the payment you go to some back alley city slicker who don't know a ground squirrel from a tree squirrel. So next thing we know you come in with 20 red squirrels like we're damn FOOLS who can't tell a tree squirrel from a ground squirrel. Then we got issues. But nah, it's probs all good. I love that you look at me like, maybe she gives a heck, I don't. Do what you want! I mean, we literally had like, what? 14 clans and groups, so it's not like we don't have room for you." Glowstar said.
SPRINGCLAN Thistlestar's brows rose slightly in confusion, but he dipped his head regardless out of respect. He had heard of tales of a Chimerahunt and Chimerastar at one point of his life, but this is the first he had ever seen the cat. He remained observant and silent as the leaders progressed in their conversation, listening carefully as the other leaders began to speculate Chimerastar's position. In the midst of accusations and theories, Thistlestar watched Chimerastar carefully, noting his calculating response "Do you mean to insinuate that you've created a clan out of thin air?" The words could have been misinterpreted into a taunt had the tone allowed it, but Thistlestar was genuine with his inquires, serious yet careful not to overstep.

Calamitystar had almost an opposite reaction as most. There was no surprise in his gaze as he turned his attention back to Chimerastar. "I'M SO GLAD FOR YOU." He purred and bounced up and down excitedly like a kit with a new moss ball. "So tell me, how is it going? How are our friends?! Are they doing well?!" It was almost like the black tom foresaw this happening all along. He knew Chim didn't take to other clans very well unless they had pretty leaders so it made perfect sense in his...odd...brain that the ginger leader would form a group of his own.
