The ginger and white she-cat nodded. "Fawnheart and I found him, she moved back to her birth clan not long ago, she is a good friend. The two of us found him on the border,he told us his mother had led a fox away and from what we could find out she didn't survive... I've never had kits, only him, he attached himself to me from the beginning and So I adopted him as my own." Pain flashed in her eyes for a moment but she quickly shook it and the memory of her own kits who had never had a chance to take their first breath when she had miscarried, it had been her only pregnancy to this day and had nearly cost the she-cat her life.

"He is a pawful, I only hope he begins to warm up to others... perhaps you could help me with that at some point." She smiled at Toadstream her stomach suddenly fluttering as her amber/green gaze met his.

Feeling her face grow warm she shuffled her paws on the ground. "The three of us can spend some time together, until the two of you are more acquainted." A purr vibrated in her chest, as protective as she was over the kit she knew she could trust Toadstream with him. "For now though, I do believe I owe you a tour of Fallclans territory. You've been stuck in camp long enough dont you think?" She curled her fluffy tail around as she spoke and playfully gave his ear a light flick, it had been some time time since she felt like a normal warrior, being able to shed the stress of being leader.

She smiled happily her eyes lighting up as she thought of where to take him first. "Firefly meadow is a wonderful place, but it's better to go at night when its lit up, I'm sure you'll love it! Um... let's see, oh! I know!" Excitment flowed through her words as she spoke, turning she began to pad toward the entrance to camp, looking back to be sure he was following as she disappeared. The she-cat stopped right outside as she waited for him to join he. "I know the perfect place." She purred

A calm breeze blew through the air ruffling her thick pelt, she loved when the weather was like this, it was perfect for an outing. "I hope you don't mind a bit of a climb, it's a bit of a trek to get where I have planned." There was a wide smile on her face, the best view in all of Fallclan was what they called Scenic lookout, the spot lay a good ways into the mountains and overlooked almost the whole of the territory. She turned her shinning eyes to meet his, her heart beat grew faster and she quickly turned her eyes away to watched the path as she walked, she couldn't place it but something about him made her feel light, it was a good feeling.

Loststar returned his purr with her own, they had covered a good distance while talking and she could now see where the thick forest gave way to rocky mountain. "It shouldn't be too long now, we just have to go up from here." She smiled playfully at him, he wanted a good stretch and he was sure gonna get it. The she-cat stopped at the base of the rocks where a path had been worn into the grey stone, looking up you could see its winding trail. "That's where we are headed." She purred using her nose to point up.

The she-cat laughed and lightly bumped into him, regretting the action almost instantly as their pelts brushed momentarily. She could feel the heat rising in her cheeks as she drew away a little. "You are the last cat id want to see dead." She purred. "I used to come here any chance I got, but I haven't been able to in awhile." Her voice was soft, this was by far her favorite place in Fallclan.

"I'm happy to share it with you, when I first joined the clan I came here to think, I always felt closer to Starclan when I came at night too." She felt she could share all of her thoughts with the tom, talking with him was easy. The leader stopped as they reached the top, a flat expanse of stone lay before them, she turned and looked at him with a smile before walking forward until she was near the edge looking over her home. "Welcome home Toadstream." She purred with glowing eyes.

Sadness crept through the she-cat seeing the light in his eyes dying, and without much thought she moved to his side lightly pressing her pelt to his in a comforting manner. "Its not impossible to have two homes, I know Earthclan will always remain in your heart and so it should, I never want you to forget it. Hold it close and keep it alive for moons and generations to come. I only hope that one day if not now you will also be able to think of Fallclan as home, here with me." She took a shallow breath, and despite the warmth she was feeling she did not pull away from the tom, keeping her side pressed to his.

The she-cat felt a stab of pain in her heart, she had gotten too comfortable too fast and Toadstreams declaration that this was not his home hurt far more than it should have. As he pulled away she took a step back to further the distance and give him space, she wanted him to be happy and if finding his family would put a smile back on his face then that's what they would do. "A lot of the cats from the affected clans got separated, many joined various clans but it's hard to know who went where exactly... ill... I'll help you find them." It was hard, but it was the right thing to do, she would want the same if she were in his position. She just wished the thought of never seeing him again didn't bring her so much pain. "I understand if you want to be with them, but always know you are welcome and wanted here." It took a lot for her to steady her words as she spoke, her amber tinted green eyes becoming glossy. She wanted to be selfish, to say whatever she needed to so he would stay, but she couldn't.
