Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
(Mercenaries from RR and members of SunClan are both free to respond to this. Basically RR is going to launch an attack on an unsuspecting border patrol and then go back into hiding. They may also attack those that come to help depending on the status of the patrol and the number of SunClan warriors that come to aid the patrol)
Reisi was in hiding beside his fellow soldiers. He was at the head of a patrol who's sole command was to attack any patrol that came to this part of the border. It was part of a series of attacks that the Regime had planned. He didn't know the full details, but he did know that this was the best way to start things in earnest since attacking SunClan's camp would most likely be suicide until they had a better knowledge of the land and how many warriors they would be facing. His green eyes were narrowed as he shifted. The wait was the hardest part about this whole mission. The fighting would probably happen quickly, but until then, all they could do was wait and listen for the sounds of an approaching patrol.
Brokestride stretched, quietly padding along with the patrol. It was her first patrol since wormwoods death, but she was glad to be back out. She smiled gently under the warmth of the sun. It was part of why she loved Sunclan, despite everything.
Mountainsound had wanted to stretch her legs. The former medicine cat had spent so long in the medicine den lately. First helping train Firepaw, then helping Littlebird treating injuries, and so on and so forth. She was good at it, but the blind Senator was really hoping to get back into the usual things, hunting, keeping her fighting skills sharp, and the like, though she hardly wanted to join in the fight with the Regime, beyond trying to find a way to get her son, Nightshadeintuition, back safely.
Doomsday didn't really know why she was a part of this, but she supposed she didn't get much choice, really. She 'wasn't considered a full member' since she'd refused a warrior name, so cats used it as an excuse to push her around. Not that she had ever paid them much mind anyway.

Romancepaw chuckled as he ran up to the patrol that he was supposed to join, although he was already late "sorry, my mentor had me busy" of course, that was a lie. He had just lost track of time while sparring with his siblings... Not that his new companions needed to know that
"Ah if it isn't my favorite tom!" Silkenpaw beamed as he bounded over to the patrol giving a cheeky grin towards Romancepaw. A fan of the others with how often the tom sent his sister into fits of hysteric anger. He cast a sideways look towards Mountainsound, as always rather confused with what exactly sort of cat she was really. One could find her almost anywhere in the clan and involved with all sorts of things. He would never want such a burden of being pulled in so many directions; he was fine ignoring all direction and doing whatever he wanted. "I am here to join the patrol by the way." He tacked on even though he hadn't been assigned to it. It provided a good opportunity to hide from anyone within camp trying to track him down while still providing the excuse he was trying to help out.

Beryl sat near Reisi, digging her claws into the soft ground below them. She would never grow used to the mushy grass beneath her paws. Her eyes shifted from each Mercenary as she calculated how they would attack. Being one of the smallest Mercenaries in the Regime, she had the advantage of dealing lethal blows to the stomach and tripping cats up when they weren't expecting. She would have to use her skill wisely against the Sunclan cats, especially since they weren't in the shelter of tunnels this time.
Reisi flicked his tail in the next instant to signal that the group should attack. He leaped forward at the head of the patrol with Serenity and Decimus at his back. Both were newer mercenaries, but both were eager to prove that they were just as dependable as the more experienced soldiers. Reisi's target was Brokenstride. He landed on her back with claws outstretched, prepared to show the SunClan cats just what happened when you messed with the Regime.
For Decimus, his target was Doomsday. His lips were drawn back in a snarl. Like Reisi, he was eager to finally pay SunClan back for all the grief that they had caused the Regime in the past several moons and this would just be the first attack of many. If all went well, SunClan would be afraid to leave their camp for fear of an attack by the end of it all.
For Serenity, SunClan was the cause of a lot of his childhood pain and confusion. The chance to avenge the Regime and himself had been an opportunity he just couldn't pass up. His target was Silkenpaw.
Duskslayer strode in with the most suave walk to ever grace the grounds of SunClan, it was like watching a panther strut across moonlight, dazzling and dangerous. He lifted his turquoise eyes to not just stare at the patrol, but look right through them like they had glass skin and he could see through all their secrets. With a sharp little smirk he spoke, "Jadedarling's the name, I want in on this little patrol fiesta you have going. I have many unique qualities to offer, one of them is being able to tear a cat in half starting with the tongue. Anyways, I maybe a liar, but I think you're all a lovely bunch of cats and I'm more than certified to come along."
He did this about every week, switching personas. One week he would be someone's best friend as Ashfields, the next he was Shootingcomet not afraid to talk behind your back, yet retained no history from a previous persona. It wasn't a case of multiple personalities, he purely just got bored and out of his own accord would switch from personality to personality finding his own to be the most mundane. Jadedarling was probably among his deadliest personas seemingly being all bark and no bite until one day he slit a rogues so deep they could see the bone. Since then Jadedarling had picked up the reputation of being the persona to watch out for.
Xuxa's black fur blended perfectly in the shadows, her cobalt eyes piercing through the little darkness she had to cover herself in with laser focus. She could already imagine the sweet tang of blood on her tongue, some said it was a bitter taste, but not her. Nothing that felt so right through her claws could ever taste foul. They thought they could bully them, treat them like the rest. They defeated BrookClan, this was kits play and right now this was like a cadets battle practice. Maybe they were warriors, but a Renegade mercenary trained to fight their entire life with no other distraction, none of the SunClan cats had a prayer. With a flick of Mars tail she charged for Silkenpaw as well, judging by the fact that there was another apprentice there, Romancepaw was likely to come to Silkenpaw's aid which was when she'd attack him as well.

Romancepaw's pelt bristled as the cats came charging out of no where. His golden eyes jumped from place to place until one cat finally came close to him and silkenpaw. He hadn't even had a chance to answer his friend, before the were set upon by the patrol. A shadowy figure approached them quickly from the side "Watch out" he warned before lashing out at XuXa with his front claws. He wasn't the most experienced apprentice, and had never been much of a fighter anyways. Against a trained mercenary... well this probably wouldn't end very well for him but he couldnt let two cats desend upong Silkenpaw at the same time.

Beryl let out a hiss of annoyance as this so-called Jadedarling spoke. What a frustrating cat. She thought with a snort before locking her eyes with his. "We'll see if you live up to your fantasies." She growled and began to stalk towards him. She was small, but there was clear definition in her shoulders where thick bands of muscles rippled with every step.
Duskslayer turned to see Beryl, "Oh yikes, usually I say no one's hopeless, but no amount of beauty tips is gonna fix that face."
He raised a green claw in front of his own face, but it faced outwards towards Beryl. There was something odd about it, but the way the sunlight caught against his claws Beryl would be able to make out that it was larger than the rest and was a sharp jade stone glued to his claw by sap. He had a lazy look in his eyes like, guess this is the kind of day I'm having before wagging his one jade finger asking for Beryl to make the first move. But for a split second Beryl could catch a childish smile from Duskslayer, it wasn't like they hadn't met before, he could still remember her patrol of cadets finding him being torn a part by Xuxa. While he didn't want to lose character he had already decided that this would be a fun and privileged fight to be able to battle a trained mercenary.
When Romancepaw's claws hit Xuxa's body it didn't feel like he hit a cat, it felt repulsive. Her scars were bulging and practically furless, it felt smooth like a snake, yet slippery, almost wet like it was still oozing with gunk. Xuxa's ebony black claws dove at Romancepaw, they didn't just land in his shoulder they twisted too before she removed them. She quickly leapt to the right and was attempting to hit Romancepaw again, this time for a more sensitive area, the ribs.

Romancepaw let out a piercing yowl, as his own blood flowed from his shoulder turning his pristine white fur into a dark crimson. This was his first time in a real battle, and he was used to sparring with sheathed claws. He stumbled into a clumsy defensive stance, determined not to let that cat before him catch him off guard a second time.

Doomsday wasn't exactly much of a fighter. She was more the type to hunt and keep to herself than anything else, and being attacked was certainly not something she'd expected on a border patrol in which both their neighboring clans were their allies. She spun in surprise, claws launching a warning attack towards Decimus' face.
Mountainsound, for her part, didn't have anyone attacking her. Perhaps cats recognized the she-cat's blindness, had been told she was a former medicine cat, or maybe they simply noticed the lighter shades of gray on her already gray fur indicating her age. Whatever the reasoning, the Senator didn't have a target, and so turned to throw herself into battle against the first cat who caught her attention. Which so happened to be Xuxa, thanks to Romancepaw's scream.
It was a rare moment that the feline had to fight, but unlike most cats, she actually knew how. Despite her age, the she-cat was fluid and quick, ears twitching and mouth half open to drink in the scents of her clanmates and locate her opponents. She slipped right in front of Romancepaw as Xuxa struck again, claws digging into her side as she twisted, hooking her own claws into the odd feeling flesh and digging in.

The green object matched her eyes as they blazed with fury. "That's cheating!" She growled, although it made her sound like a kit for a second. Clearly agitated now, Beryl leapt towards Duskslayer and dove under his belly, attempting to throw him off balance. As she did so, she finally recognized who he was. It's that apprentice! The thought almost made her stop completely. It caused a little hesitation in her movements, but she rolled away before he could get her. "Who did you say you are again?"
"I don't recall us agreeing to any rules prior," Duskslayer purred before letting out an omph sound falling to the side. Luckily Beryl had taken the opportunity to back off so he could get back up, "The names Jadedarling, backstory in progress."
Xuxa cried out falling onto her side, but used her rear legs to kick Mountainsound off of her before throwing herself back at Romancepaw with the full intention to kill. None of this felt like it was ever going to stop and until she made an example out of someone it probably wasn't. Blood, pain, whatever happened she'd attack till her dying breath or the call to retreat.
Duskslayer was distracted by Xuxa now seeing that Mountainsound was Romancepaw's only defense which wasn't exactly good since Mountainsound had contributed enough to SunClan and shouldn't need to be the last line of defense so he quickly abandoned fighting Beryl to try to help him.
You're not getting away that easily. Mountainsound thought to herself, stumbling back a few steps as Xuxa shoved her away. She regained her footing quickly enough, however, and turned slightly with the Spy's pawsteps, rushing full force to tackle Xuxa into what was really just a glorified bear hug. Damaging? Probably not. But it would disable her, hopefully, if only for long enough for the others to help.

Beryl shook her head, confusion making it spin. She knew she recognized him, but could it really be Duskpaw? Why did he have a different name? What an odd cat. As soon as she had the thought, the tom broke away from her. "Wait, you're not getting away that easily!" She growled and barrelled into his side to stop him.
Duskslayer rolled over from Beryl's impact and landed awkwardly on his leg wincing before getting back into Jadedarling's character and looking up at her with a darling smile, but glaring eyes, "Fine, you have me all to yourself," Duskslayer declared. Getting to his paws he licked the blood off the end of the sharp jade crystal, "Show me what you got shadewalker."
He tilted his head as if to get a better look at her, he knew who she was enough. But he couldn't call her Beryl because his character Jade didn't know her yet. Still he wasn't sure if even Jadedarling could take on Beryl, she was a trained mercenary, they had already killed SunClan cats and taken them prisoner, he had already been hurt by the one fighting with Mountainsound. He wasn't exactly sure how this battle was going to end or start.
Xuxa growled at Mountainsound, she could find a way to throw her down again, but she wasn't going to stay there. But the cat was clearly blind, she could see it in Mountainsound's eyes and definitely on the older side. An apprentice was a future enemy, but it felt wrong to attack Mountainsound when she was likely retired and only fending literally her land. Her black fur bristled as she lied on the ground, her cobalt blue gaze turning to Romancepaw, there was no way she was ever going to land much of a hit on him with Mountainsound in the way and the thing was she couldn't get her out of the way without hurting her. Xuxa relented her attacks deciding to stay down for the moment, her arm over her neck and made sure to keep her belly down so none of her vitals were exposed. She looked to Reisi for orders because she was not about to beat up an old cat and really needed a different way of going about this.
Mountainsound tightened her grip on the younger feline before turning her voice towards Romancepaw to yell a single word. "RUN!" If the Regime was attacking, he needed to get back to camp. And with Xuxa preoccupied, even for the few heartbeats that it would take the apprentice to get a head start, that should be enough for him to beat her. After all, they knew the territory best. The Regime would be left to follow by sight or scent.

Romancepaw stood frozen in place, staring wide eyed at the battle that raged on around him. It didn't take a genius to figure out that he was out of his league. It was only Mountainsound's words that managed to snap him out of his pain induced stupor. He turned and began to flee back towards camp, the movement forcing more blood to pump through the wound on his shoulder leaving a trail of blood behind him.
