Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"Thank you for your help, Turbulentpaw" Larkwing nodded to the medicine cat, gratefulness reflecting in his eyes. They were blessed to have Turbulentpaw as their medicine cat.
Bleakwind had heard about an intruder needing treatment, so he went over to the medicine cat den and poked his head in. "Hows it going Turbulentpaw?" He asked.
The young tom dipped his head grateful that one of his mentors was here to help out "I have treated and stabalized the worst of his wounds... but would you take a look?" he asked, a little embaressed. "I have never dealt with anything like this before. I'm worried he woun't be able to talk again"
Bleakwind frowned moving forwards to inspect the work. "Well... I cant say for sure. But you've done all that you reasonably can. Now we'll need to just observe," Truthfully he'd never seen this before. All they could do was try their best and hope StarClan smiles on them.
"Our flea brained clan mates are trying to use our resources and effort to revive this kid," Ericanorth said, gesturing to the rogue, "Watch, he's going to join. I swear, he is. I mean what else are our soft hearted clan mates going to do?"
She clicked her tongue, but her expression smoothed over, "Then again, he's tough to be able to survive me so. I guess if I'm okay with anyone joining it's him. So long as I didn't cripple him useless."
The toms near to white eyes stared at Turbulentpaw glaring hard at him for thinking he was so weak as to never recover. Slowly the rogue began to attempt to rise up, his claws unsheathing to try to stabilize his grip as he rose up enough to lift his stomach off the ground, all the while staring at Turbulentpaw, before anyone could try and push him back down he forced himself to stand up fully and for a moment it looked like hew as going to black out completely, but he only kept himself balanced more and made sure to stand for at least three seconds before gently lying back down. Turbulentpaw had his life in his paws, he needed to show him he had the will to live so long as he put the effort in and right now... He was pretty certain Turbulentpaw didn't have the urge to save some random rogue at the border and why should he? He wished he could say something to encourage them that he was worth saving, that they made it this far. But he couldn't.
“Whoa, easy there buddy,” Bleakwind meowed resting his tail on the rogue, “You need to rest and heal up. If you’ve got the will, we’ll help you find the way,” he said.
///—-/// Frozenfire snorted. “This clan is so soft hearted, I hope he is at least useful if they do.”
Burningstar padded over to them. “Ericanorth, can you tell me what happened?” The ginger leader asked voice stern
"There I was, providing for my clan when I noticed something out of the corner of my eye. Hark! I cried, it was an apprentice age cat. I was so startled I slipped and slit his neck in a full 360 degree angle. I twirled really. I was frantic, no one would believe me, I have to hide the evidence and-"
Ericanorth paused in her story and blurted out laughing, "I mean what did you think happened? He intruded, I attacked. Went back to bury, kid survived."
Larkwing had left the three toms in the den and went out into camp just in time to hear Ericanorth's story. Anger bubbled inside of him as she laughed. He had a few choice words he would love to lay upon Ericanorth but it seemed like Burningstar had it handled; at least he hoped.
Turbulentpaw nodded "just relax, as long as you fight we fight right along side you" he murmrered in agreement. "I'm not ready to give up on you just yet"
Burningstar frowned at Ericanorth. "Ericanorth, while I am glad you wish to defend our borders so fiercely, this was over the top." She said sternly. "The tom is clearly around the age of an apprentice, most apprentices make stupid mistakes. You should've driven him off with scratches, not aimed to slash his throat and leave him to die."

Bleakwind nodding approvingly to Turbulentpaw. "We're going to do the best we can to make sure you're back at your best soon."
Larkwing agreed with Burningstar and gave a curt nod in agreement. It sounded like Burningstar knew how to handle this. His mind wondered for a moment as he wondered how he would have handled this if he were leader. Would he be as good as his leader? He hoped that when the time comes, he would make Burningstar proud of her decision in making him her deputy.
