Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Larkwing laid at the edge of the pond, staring as the Lilly pads float weightlessly. The Lilly pads reminded him of someone. Someone he couldnt get off his mind. He dipped a paw into the water and watched as the ripples grew. He let out a sigh, how much he wanted to tell Cannalilly the truth about his feelings. How could he? She had been spending more time with Shadowfeather and seeing them broke his heart. However, he didnt blame them. He blamed himself for not speaking up and being foolishness enough to believe that Elsie actually liked him. He began to think that maybe he was destined to be alone. Kits were being born left and right now in all of the clans. It almost seemed like there was a new litter daily. Yet, here he was, without even a mate. He knew he should focus on the clan more so than himself. Especially now since the earth quake. His clan needed him. Though he felt lonely.

"L-Look out!" Came a cry from behind Larkwing
Tumbling out of the forest like an over-excited kit was Cannalily herself. She tumbled all the way down tot he edge of the pond where she managed to stop just short of a cold bath.
"FEHW!" Cannalily exclaimed, staring at the water she had almost become well acquainted with. She looked up and saw Larkwing. "O-Oh, h-h-hey, Larkwing!" She mewed, embarrassed.
"Cannalilly!" he exclaimed as he leaped out of the way. He felt kind of bad for not catching her but he was relieved that she didn't fall in. "Are you okay?"

"Y-Yeah!" Cannalily meowed, getting up and shaking the leaves and grass from her fur. "I'm fine! Utterly fine! Didn't trip myself chasing a mouse or anything, not at all..."
He couldn't hold back the laugh that escaped, "you need to be more careful! You could have gotten hurt!" He flicked a leaf from her pelt with his tail.

"I didn't get hurt though, or wet more importantly, so it's fine, right?" She purred. She sat down and curled her tail around her feet. "So, why are you out here?"
"Definitely!" he purred, grateful for her company. However, just as he agreed to her company, the sky got dark and Larkwing lifted his chin to look at the sky to see a dark cloud creeping across the sun, blocking it out. Before he could say anything, it started down pouring. "Hurry! Over here!" he shouted over the sound of the rain as he ran under some low hanging branches to get out of the rain.
"Hey now, don't be twisting my words" he purred, giving her a nudge. "Your beauti- I mean, you look fine...er...I mean..." He suddenly felt warm under his pelt, trying to reword it so that she wouldn't suspect his feelings for her but he also didn't want to offend her by saying that she wasn't beautiful. Though he knew she was quite beautiful but he didn't know if she felt the same way about him and he didn't want to freak her out or get shut down.
"Anyway, how is Shadowfeather doing? He has been with us for quite a few sunrises now." he asked, trying to change the subject. He really just wanted to know if they were together.

"Shadowfeather is doing fine. I think he's making friends! Or I guess I hope he's making friends, haven't seen him today." Cannalily said. "He sorta sticks out, he's not used to everything yet. I think he's overwhelmed."
