Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
She stared off in space for a moment before responding, "I have new siblings..." She mewed in a soft voice, barely understandable. It was almost like she couldn't believe it. Then her heart seemed to crack. They would probably never know her. They would probably grow to hate her.
"Yes, you do and a chance to start over... in MoonClan with your family. Please come back!" Pinesong said gently, almost desperately. "I've missed you."
Her gaze slowly hardened once more, "No. I can't come back." As much as she wanted to return, Primal Instinct was where she felt at home. Besides, she had a plan and she must not abandon it now.
"Power, mostly" she answered, casually. "They are my kind of cats." She didn't want to tell her sister that she was possibly in love. She didn't want to believe it. She was in denial. She didn't want her feelings to get in the way of her plan. Besides, love really wasn't her style. However, the thought of that specific tom made her feel warm under her pelt and he wouldn't get out of her mind.
Pinesong stared in dismay at her sister, not sure of what to say anymore. "What are you doing out here anyway?" she sighed. "It would be nice to enjoy your company for awhile again."
Flame looked at her sister for a long moment before replying, her expression unreadable, "don't worry your pretty little mind, Pinesong. However, other than your strike, I enjoyed our time spent together." After the last part of her statement, her lips curled into a smile that wasn't exactly sweet but didn't seem hostile either. Though, perhaps if someone were to think more into it, there may be something lurking behind it.
"Sorry about that." Pinesong said, guiltily. She did feel bad for striking her sister, but at the same time she was happy she was able to tell Flame how she felt about her leaving the Clan. "Can I at least walk with you to your destination? Wherever you are heading." She asked.
Flame opened her mouth to respond then quickly closed it, unsure of what she should say for a moment. Then she replied, "I think I should be getting home, anyway. Its a long travel."
