Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Lamia-kedi didn't understand why Jezebelle was suddenly the Heda. She wondered where Nemyes had gone. She wasn't sure if she should ask anyone what was going on, and why things were starting to change.
Pluto glanced at the younger cat, curious as to what had their face all scrunched up. Though he hardly kept up with clan gossip, he'd heard the questioning whisper about their previous leader. Somedays he wondered as well, but then he found it none of his business to pry. The tom thought that maybe Jezi knew, but he couldn't be sure. He turned back the prey he was eating, and continued on to the next cat to cat watch.
Pluto didn't really have an answer to that. "Becuase we do." He sounded like a child! But he merely stared at the apprentice, wondering why he was asking the High Sage of all cats. Like he expected Pluto to actually know things besides herbs? Who does that? Such high expectations! (lol the sarcasm!)
The tiny she-kit frowned at the High Sage. That wasn't the answer she was looking for. She wasn't sure what it was that she was wanting, but just because wasn't it
"Well? Are you injured?" Surely, that was why this kit was talking to him. The tom looked around for her mother. Maybe the charged could come to his rescue. Pluto was almost desperate for someone to take this kit off his hands. He knew nothing about kits but how to deliver them and treat the few injuries they end up with. All those times he was sure to make it quick.
She shook her head. "No." not yet anyway. She was sure she'd be injured sooner or later. Why did the Higbee Sage not want her to talk to him? Was she annoying?
"Your a strange little kit." Pluto wasn't one to talk, yet he cocked his head to the side and continued to stare. This kit reminded him of someone but the poor fool couldn't put is tail on it.
Oh, this was a staring contest! He'd win at this. Pluto settled down into a crouch, much more comfortable on the neck then sitting or standing. His gold eyes were locked with the other's, unblinking unmoving. Many grown cats found his stare invasive, creepy, and soul searching. It was what had won all the stare contests in the past.
Pluto gave in, was more like forced to when a sneeze over took him. Losing to a sucking, Jezi would never let him hear the end of it. The tom could just see it now, their dear Heda demoting him. The shame.
(He's such a drama queen lol. Originally he was supposed to be dark and angst and he's just morphed into a drama queen full of sarcasm and clumsy awkwardness)
The kit stopped rubbing her eyes for a moment to glare at the High Sage. "My eyes hurt.: " she mewed in mild annoyance at him asking if she were tired!
