Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Foxfoot just honestly could not believe it. Is confessing supposed to be this easy? He didn't know exactly what to think. He barely knew Fawnheart and yet, he feels like hes known her forever. She was practically a stranger not a quarter moon ago. Foxfoot didn't care, however. There was something he felt that he couldn't explain, and she was the cause.
She felt warm inside when she was around him and she loved it. There was definitely something there that she liked about him. He was charming and fun to be around. "How about we go talk to Thrushstar now?" she suggested.
(I can send a message to them and let them know that Fawnheart is joining Fallclan)
He purred and smiled warmly. Foxfoot lifted himself from the ground and burried the remains of their meal. He lightly wrapped his long feathered tail around Fawnheart, walking back to their camp together. (yeah! sounds like a good idea)
Thrushstar sat near the fresh-kill pile, deciding whether to go hunting or not. The pile looked meager, but there was currently a hunting patrol out now. He looked around the slow-moving camp. The greencough had grasped it's claws on most of his warriors and a few queens, but he could still tell how strong FallClan had gotten. Unfortunately, his boredom got the best of him. He pushed himself from the camp's entrance, just catching Foxfoot and another adult cat. His fur bristled, as the she-cat carried another clan's scent on here. "Hello," he said, wrapping his tail around his paws. "I was just about to go hunting, but it seems Foxfoot here had already caught something. Your name?" he asked pleasantly. With the amount of spies and captures going on between the clans, he made sure to keep his attention on her.
Foxfoot dipped his head to his leader. "This is Fawnheart, medicine cat of SpringClan. She was sent to assist Softpelt with the greencough outbreak." He answered for her. He kept his tail wrapped around her body, as if protecting her.
Thrushstar narrowed his eyes. The pair seemed.. together. He nodded and with a grunt, swiftly turned to return back to the center of camp. He appreciated the help, however he knew nothing of this. He didn't mind though; in fact, with the outbreak of Greencough within the camp, it comforted him.
"Thank you!" she called after him as he walked away. "Is it me or did he seem like he didn't want me here?" she whispered to Foxfoot. She understood that he was weary to allow another clan member stay on his territory. She would be weary too if she were leader. Though, she didn't mean any harm to the clan or to Thrushstar himself. She hoped that with time, he will finally be able to trust her and perhaps allow her to stay.
As they followed him into the boundaries of camp, he started towards Softpelt's den. "She's this way. I am sure she will appreciate the help. Are you familiar with Greencough?" he asked, turning his head towards the she-cat. Jetclaw
Fawnheart followed and nodded at the leader's question about greencough. "Yes. I know how to treat it and remedies that will help speed up recovery" she answered, hoping to empress him.
Foxfoot shook his head. "Don't worry, you got this." He smiled and walked with the leader and medicine cat. "Fawnheart is very knowledgable. I think she would make a great help for Solfpelt."
Foxfoot sighed. "If only things could be simpler. It's not all that often you even find cats that are willing to help their neighbors." He finished by flashing Fawnheart a smile and wink.
