The abnormally large kit known as Fiercekit lay in a small ray of sunshine just inside of camp, purring happily and with content. She was close to being apprenticed but she was practically the size of a mostly grown apprentice already. She had been brought to Nightclan as just a kit who still needed to suckle so there was no real question on her age but she found the confused looks of others to be rather nerve wracking. Was it because she looked different? She had once caught sight of her face in the reflection of the water and she knew that she looked... different from the others with her squashed faced and ugly under bite. Did they look at her that way for her looks or because she had done something wrong?
Echokit, a small black and white she-kit with adoring light green eyes, seemed to befriend every outcast kit in the clan. That was the strongest part of her. She enjoyed being friends with all the misfits. They can be the coolest cat if someone would actually get to know them. Echokit looked at herself as more of an outcast. For one, she was way too kind and would rather play with the outcasts. Second, she was found on the Nightclan border near the twoleg place. She has no memory of who her mother was and didnt know if she was a kittypet, loner, or rogue. All she could recall was wondering alone in the forest until Larkwing had found her. Stealthclaw had been kind enough to take her in and nurse her.
The little black and white she-kit noticed Fiercekit and bounced over to her. She hadnt been out of the nursery for long and hadnt really met all of the other kits yet. And Firecekit was one of them. "Hi!" She greeted cheerfully. "Are you an apprentice?" She asked unbeknownst that Feircekit was not an apprentice and never took in account that it could hurt her feelings.

Ironkit watched as Echokit approached her sister. It was not often that the others were brave enough to try and befriend the protruding-jawed kittens. "No, we are still kits." She answered for her sister, stalking up to the two. "We will be apprentices soon." Her chest puffed out at the notion of becoming an apprentice. It was the moment she had been waiting for for so long. It felt like they had been in the Nursery for an eternity. Her yellow gaze then fell back on the other kit. "What about you?"
Berserkkit meandered his way over to his sisters. Even among his siblings, he was huge. His ruddy red fur caught the sunlight as he padded forth, gentle green eyes that did not match his ferocious appearance set on Echokit. "Hello!" he murrowed, his voice as strangely kind as his eyes. "What's your name?"

Fiercekit felt much more comfortable within the presence of two of her littermates and she looked down at the small kit who had pronounced herself to be Echokit. "I am Fiercekit and like Ironkit said, we will be apprentices soon." She nodded, puffing out her large chest with pride.
Berserkkit beamed at his siblings, swelling with pride. His forest green eyes practically glowed. "We'll be great. All of us." He murmured, looking at Echokit.
She grinned, did they mean her too? She hoped they would be friends for life. "I cant wait to be a warrior more than an apprentice! I wonder what my name would be!"
Berserkpaw blinked thoughtfully. "Well your name is already so pretty that it can't be a bad name." he remarked. "I think Echomist would be nice for you though."

"Beserkface." Ironkit commented, jabbing her brother in the side while giving him a teasing smile. "Maybe Echobeast. I think that sounds cool." She turned her attention to Echokit, not thinking at all about that name sounding a bit intimidating. She would love to have a fierce name. "Fiercekit, your name is going to be strong no matter what."
Echokit couldnt hold back the laugh that erupted from her mouth at Ironkit's teasing toward her brother. The she screwed up her face at the sound of Echobeast. "Nah. That doesnt really fit me" she mewed, hoping not to offend Ironkit's creativity. "How about Ironheart for you! That sounds awesome to me!"
