(Open NightClan patrol, done as a demonstration of the Pride's control over MoonClan)
Frozenfire chuckled as she led a patrol of several of NightClan's cats into MoonClan territory, head held high. Like they owned the place. Which they did.
MoonClan belonged to them, and thus this patrol was meant to both remind MoonClan of who they belonged to, as well as keep an eye on MoonClan's borders. Keep an eye out for trouble both outside and inside.
"Anything you happen upon that you can eat, feel free to dig in," Frozenfire called to her clanmates, icy eyes gleaming with malice as she laughed quickening her pace to a trot as she cut a large path through MoonClan's territory on the way to the colony's border.

Mahogany had decided to hunt along with his kits, in order to make them feel more at home. Mistflower had joined them too, just to make her joints feel better. The cool night felt good as they trotted along looking for prey.
She looked over to see a group of cats walking by them. "Oh?" She simply said, alerting the rest of their small hunting patrol.
Silvershine was among the small hunting group. She figured a good night walk with her clanmate would ease the stress the clan was currently under. She perked her ears as the other patrol neared. She frowned and waited for trouble. What did they want? She wasnt in the mood for hee night to be ruined by unwanted guests. It had been some time since the Pride took over Moonclan and Silvershine was still salty toward Swiftstorm for surrendering them. She would have gladly died for her clan.
The silver tabby queen looked over at Mistflower, her bright blue eyes held concern and an unpleasant expression was laid upon her face.
Emptywords was not a tom accustomed to being around queens, youg cats, mothers, or really any cat that wasn't ready to slit anothers throat at any moment in time. But he had slowly been getting better, gaining an easier edge and carrying less stress within his muscles. The lunar guard hadn't been directly involved in the hunting patrol, in fact he'd been shadowing them more than anything. Unwilling to ask to join but worried about letting them wander when Nightclan or Sunclan could be lingering about. Stepping forward the scared tom tilted his head at the patrol, giving a grin that pulled at the dead tissue, "Frozenfire." He greeted, knowing the she-cats name as she was one of the ones most often within Moonclan's territory.
Ericanorth was at Frozenfire's side. Her albino white pelt was slicked back at some ends and ruffled at the edges like swan feathers. Her pink eyes looked at the MoonClan cats up ahead the same way someone would look at a rat as an infestation. Narrowing her eyes she followed Frozenfire's lead, it was annoying that they had to deal with these MoonClan cats who seemingly did nothing. Shouldn't they be thankful that NightClan was there and they had the chance to ask questions and start learning their way of life to maybe someday come close to measuring up to them? Instead they seemed more annoyed at their presence, predictable.
"Hey," Ericanorth said, a bit uneasily looking at the other MoonClan cats, she was almost tempted to just ignore them altogether, but she wouldn't down their persistence to annoy her.
"Hello" Silvershine greeted Ericanorth, narrowing her eyes in suspicion. "What do you want this time, Frozenfire?" Her blue eyes meeting the Nightclan warrior's.
Primrosepaw was out with her siblings and father, and in quite honesty, she was having a grand ole time. It had been a while since she had been able to spend some quality time with her family, given them joining MoonClan and instantly their plates being piled with chores, and chores, and chores. Primrosepaw felt as if it were neverending, but nonetheless, she continued to complete her duties with her head held high; she wanted to be apart of the clan, and so therefore, she had to prove it.
A mouse hung dead from her jaws, and it was quite the plumb one, too; Primrosepaw was beyond proud of her catch. Though, upon hearing the sickening, familiar voice of a she-cat, Primrosepaw turned and was met with the glare of Frozenfire. The young apprentice bristled and hissed, moving to stand guard in front of her siblings.

And of course, following the two cats was Twilightpaw, Ericanorth's apprentice. "Well, well, well. We meet again. How's the prey running?" She sneered. "Oh, or do we have to do it for you?"
She strode up to Primrosepaw and Ruepaw, getting in their faces, poisonous mischief dancing in her eyes.
------------------------
Mahogany looked at the two she-cats with caution, waiting for their reply.
Ericanorth's pink eyes brightened at her apprentices quip as she gave Twilightpaw a little nuzzle at the side of her face, "Aww, I'm so proud. They can't help, but be pathetic Twilightpaw, sometimes we have to pity them if I'm being honest," The warrior shrugged.
"Doesn't Nightclan know how to control their apprentices? You should have more respect, little tyke" Silvershine was usually very level headed but these mouthy apprentices were getting on her last nerves. She almost wished her daughter was here. She had more of a fiesty tongue than she did and could easily shut them up. "You are welcome to leave at any time."
“She’s just stating the truth,” Frozenfire said dismissively, “Last time I was here Swiftstorm whined about how I caught a nice squirrel just before it left MoonClan. Got all offended, and everything. All while forgetting, we’re patrolling the colonies borders, so why you’re so slow on the uptake i’ll Never know.”
Frozenfire sniffed, “You could be spending your time hunting, but you’re too busy complaining it’s sad really.” To Ericanorth and Twilightpaw she added snidely. “Need to talk tough, as it’s all they’ve got left is their voices. Since apparently their skills failed so much, twolegs mistook them for lost kittypets and took most of their clan away.”
Silvershine yowled and launched herself at Frozenfire. Surprising to the other cats, she pinned the Nightclan warrior down and placed an unsheathed claw at her throat. "Move, and I will slice your throat!" What some others didnt know, Silvershine wasn't born a Moonclan cat. She didnt always have the luxury of feeling safe at night. She never hoped the clan cats would ever see this side of her.
Primrosepaw allowed a hiss to escape the confinements of her throat, her deadly gaze resting on that of Twilightpaw. "How about you keep your stink-breathed self away from me," She growled, her tail lashing out behind her in distaste.
“Feh!” Frozenfire slammed her hind legs into silvershines chest when she brought her down immediately lashing out to escape the hold. The she cat had gotten used to MoonClan cats leaping at her, and was far from caught off guard, as silvershine had hoped. The MoonClan cat had the appearance of control for a few heartbeats until Frozenfire, took over aiming to knock the air out of her and twisting away from any claws at her throat.
She freed herself and stepped back from Silvershine, chuckling, “Really? That was your best?” She mocked. “Ericanorth she thought she was threatening, ha! That’s a laugh. I’ve seen a small white puff ball, that was far far more terrifying than you could ever hope to be kitty,” she chuckled unsheathing her claws. “I recommend you start apologizing or we’re going to have to take that as a sign of aggression rather than a little kitty’s temper tantrum,” Frozenfire spoke the words ‘little kitty temper tantrum’ in a mocking imitation of a kitten’s voice.
though she was referring to her and Ericanorth’s encounter with Innocentia, the she cat did look like a small white puff ball. So though the comparison in reality was ravines between silvershine and the likes of the cannibalistic primal instinct cat. It made for a good, and true insult.

Twilightpaw's face lit up at her mentor's approval.
"So what are you gonna do about it?" She asked before swiping her paw at Primrosepaw's muzzle so that it struck hard enough to sting. "Aw, poor kit."
She saw Frozenfire go down as Silvershine sprung at her. She was worried for a second but was relieved when she got back up.
------------------
Mahogany sprang forward in front of Ericanorth when Silvershine did. He wasn't going to get Mistflower or his kits hurt. "Stand down, no one else move or--" He said as he was cut off suddenly.
Mistflower ducked back, trying to make herself unnoticeable in the situation. She thought about going towards Primrosepaw and protecting her, but she woulodn't be able to be fast enoguh to keep up with the apprentice.
Silvershine stumbled as Frozenfire kicked at her but she quickly regained her balance. She flexed her claws into the ground and she let out a snarl, "I guess its on then, isn't it?"
What they didn't know is that Primrosepaw had lived as a loner for the majority of her life before coming to MoonClan. What they didn't know is that she had already seen the horrors life had to offer. What they didn't know is that when she first joined MoonClan, she was already more advanced than most of the apprentices when it came to training. She had lived with her siblings and her father for several moons as a loner, and their father had to teach them how to survive from a young age in case push ever came to shove.
And so, when Twilightpaw's paw came down and struck Primrosepaw against the snout, it was game over.
A growl reverberated deep within her chest, and without a word, she launched forward. Her paws instantly came in contact with the other's chest, successfully pushing down Twilightpaw to the ground. Once she got her pinned, she began to bat mercilessly against her cranium, face and throat; not hard enough to do true damage, but enough to leave a couple bruises. Then, she reached down and took a tuft of Twilightpaw's chest fur into her mouth, yanking her head back mercilessly as she tore the fur from her skin.
Feeling her struggle underneath her heavy weight, Primrosepaw was quick to roll off of the other apprentice and get to her feet. Claws unsheathed, teeth bared in an ugly grin, and hackles raised, she was ready for whatever Twilightpaw was about to throw at her, if the warriors allowed her, of course.

Twilightpaw growled and rushed forward again, but was knocked forcefully away by Mahogany as he leaps from Mistflower to in front of Primrosepaw. "Well down, flower." He complimented as he glared at Twilightpaw. "She's a new one, more bark than bite." He said as he took a paw towards her, keeping an eye on Silvershine.
Ericanorth lifted a paw at Mahogany's sudden leap towards her, but realizing he wasn't going to attack her. Instead she noticed Mahogany move away from her suddenly, but her pink eyes narrowed at the battle between Primrosepaw and Twilightpaw. Mahogany was right, more bark than bite, Twilightpaw was not prepared enough. It was her fault as her mentor, but still she found her gaze turn cold on Twilightpaw. It was common knowledge to not take a fight you couldn't win.
"Twilightpaw. At my side," Ericanorth commanded making sure that her tone stayed even and not into a hiss. She wasn't about to lecture her apprentice in front of MoonClan that was for sure.
