Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Burningstar drew in ragged breaths, gritting her teeth together letting out a barely restrained yowl as finally the last kit emerged and the ginger she cat slumped, panting hard, her three kits beside her beginning to nurse. Soaringbird set to work on the last one, nipping open the sack and immediately the ginger and black tortoiseshell began to cry. Soaringbird let out a sigh of relief.
"They're all healthy." Soaringbird said. At least that was one concern out of the way. All the kits were well, and though Burningstar looked sore and weakened, her sister hadn't died or suffered too terribly during the process. Which was a win in the silvery and gray tabby she cat's book.

Turbulentpaw looked over each of the kits, nudging each one away from their mother to make sure that they had begun to take in some milk. He wasn't exactly sure what was going on here, but clearly their father wasn't from NightClan and their leader didn't want the clan to know. He let Brightpaw continue to aid Burningstar as he concentrated on the kits. That way their attentions were not divided. It wasn't easy to hide a pregnancy and how she had gotten this far without anyone knowing was beyond him. Even now the scent of milk that would cling to her would give away her secret if she wasn't careful.
He was in aw, to caught up in the birthing of his kits to really pay attention to what the other cats thought of him or were even saying to him. Devilhorns briefly glanced away from the littles to look at the cat who spoke to him. "Sorry? What was that?"
"Now what are we going to do?" Soaringbird asked. She glanced at Devilhorns, "I know the plan... was to take them to MoonClan, but are you up to delivering them to there Burningstar?" She asked her sister frowning.
Burningstar winced. "Well we can't wait forever..." The ginger she cat muttered. "My absence would be noticed..."

Brightpaw looked at her in shock. "Wait, you can't get up yet! You just gave birth! You need time to recover. NightClan and MoonClan can wait. These kits can't be moved yet. And we're going to need some... uh, what's it called again? I can't remember. Not, borage, but the other one."
Her brain was literally melting, this was a lot of information at once.

"Our mentors all said that you shouldn't move newborns for at least a day, and even then they will need your milk. The milk that queens produce for the first few days is special, and important for their growth. I don't really understand it all, but I think you should wait as well" he looked over at Brightpaw, trying to back her up.
