Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Burningstar purred, "You do that, and I will be able to rest easy that our kits will be fine in your care." She said softly. She was happy that though once she gave him their kits they would part ways for the most part, that she would be able to grant him this happiness. It also lifted the weight off her shoulders.
She knew deep down she loved these kits, she'd wanted kits of her own for a very long time. But that knowledge, and that love had been buried under other concerns, under her fears for losing Lindon, under her concerns of what Kerrigan might think. She liked to think she and her sister in law had made some strides towards being closer... But who knew how Kerrigan would take finding out Burningstar had been unfaithful to Lindon. How NightClan would take the news that she'd taken a mate with someone who had abandoned NightClan...
This was the best option. As it allowed Burningstar to love these kits, and not be burdened with that knowledge.
"I will, I promise." He wasn't a tom to break promises, especially ones that involved his family. Devilhorns took a deep breath before stepping back from her. "What do you want to do now?" How would they proceed from here? The kist would be his to care for but how would she get them to him? Would they visit between now and then? Would they see each other at all? Before the kits or after? All were questions that would need to be answered, the sooner the better, and he would allow her to set the pace. She was leaving the kits in his care, so it was the least he could do.
(He's so sweet and compassionate and yet everyone thinks his like a biker, mean rough and tough when it truth he'd just a sweetheart that looks like the best fighter around with his grotesque appearance. It's kind of sad)
"I will have to tell Soaringbird," Burningstar said mulling it over, "I will do my best to hide this from my clan... then when I kit, I will choose a place just outside our territory and send Soaringbird to fetch you." She said at last. "So... that'll mean the next time we see each other, you will be taking our kits back to MoonClan with you."
(Do we wanna time skip, end it here, or keep going? I wanted to find out before I replied cus I think this is a good place to skip or to end the thread but up to you)
