Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. Brilliance honestly wasn't sure how long she intended on staying. She figured maybe a day or two, but hadn't really talked to Shule beyond that. It was proooooobably fine. "I can't stay forever, I think Commander Shule would throw me in bootcamp." She laughed. "But at least for a night or two, I probably won't be forced to run for too many hours."

Brilliance was so excited to meet them. Of course, she wasn't much of a kit person, really, but Jetfire did say they were older, meaning they weren't just wriggling balls of ew.

Secretpaw dropped of his rather impressive catch before making his way over to where his mother stood talking to the SunClan leader and a cat he didn't recognize. The young cat trotted over, eyes glimmering "Oh hello" he greeted before turning to his mother "Cradlegrave says that I am ready to be a warrior! Did you see all the prey I caught?" he asked proudly
Jetfire purred, licking her son on the check "I did Secretpaw, and there is someone that I would like for you to meet. This is my sister. Her name was Brilliantbeacon, but she has changed it to Brilliance"
Secretpaw looked at her with a critical eye
"Why would you change your name, that's odd.... But glad to meet you all the same. Mom doesn't talk about her family all that much. Are you from SunClan to?"
"From SunClan yes. But I moved to Renegade Regime some seasons ago." Brilliance answered. "The Regime has rogue style names, and last names, instead of traditional clan ones. So to them, I'm Brilliance Kanoni, I gave myself a last name that means 'little bird' in honor of your grandmother." She explained, though in addition to the apprentice, it would be the first time Jetfire and Littlebird had heard her reference her last name and explain it so far.

Littlestar look liked she was about to cry from behind them, but didn't intterupt the reunion
Jetfire blinked "You always were close to mom, but I'm glad that you choose that name" she purred
Secretpaw nodded "Oh, strange but I get it I guess. Well Brilliance, are you going to stay with us for a while? Mom never really talks to us about her family very much, so it would be good to learn some things from you"
