Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.

"...And that's it," Cradlegrave finished, eloquent as always. "Congratulations to everyone, and...y'know. Stuff like that." He hopped down off the replica boat the Clan used to make announcements, heart beating slighter faster than it had been when he'd started. God, he was never going to get used to this properly, was he? This was his first set of ceremonies as a leader, and he'd put much less thought into the apprentice & mentor pairings than the set he'd done as deputy, which was really not a good sign for the rest of his tenure as leader. Still, he hoped the new apprentices (and sweet little Marrowpaw) would get used to their mentors quickly.
"Finally," Fawnpaw sighed, sitting with her siblings. "I was going crazy cooped up in the nursery! ...And now I'll be cooped up with the apprentices because somehow we have like thirty-two of them now, but it's okay. I think. At least the other Fawnpaw doesn't live there anymore."
Marrowpaw silently sat on the far side of the boat, her hairless form leaning against its wooden side that was shaded by the towering trees above. Her knowledge on clan culture was still a bit limited, but even she could tell how awkward it was for a cat who'd been living among the apprentices for a moon already to only now receive a mentor. She had a feeling that she was supposed to have one from the start, seeing how Buckwheatpaw never seemed to leave Tinybreath's side, but felt too shy to point it out herself. Almost curled completely into herself in embarrassment as she was addressed by the leader, her green eyes scanned the figures gathered on the boat, wondering which one was Fireflyfrenzy. @ian
Although she was relatively unsurprised that the tom had given her an apprentice - she figured it was about time, given that they’d now survived two potentially life threatening accidents together - she couldn’t help but let out a grumble when her name was called. This wasn’t so much about Marrowpaw, though, as it was about the fact that Cradlegrave had called her by her full name. On their first interaction, she’s explicitly told him it was too stuffy. She tried to tell herself that formality in these circumstances was necessary even if that meant sounding stuffy, but she couldn’t for sure convince herself.
Letting out a soft sigh, she waited until he was done talking to walk over to her new apprentice. “You must be Marrowpaw,” the feline greeted. “Before you even try, though, don’t call me Fireflyfrenzy. Frenzy will work just fine,” she meowed with a half smile half smirk thing that her mouth often did. “Not to come on too strongly, but I probably owe you a warning. I manage to stumble upon nearly every dangerous situation that I possibly could,” that was the understatement of the year ag this point. “What I guess I’m trying to say is that your training will be a wild ride and there’s at least a 90% chance we will end up in at least one life threatening adventure before you’re promoted,” she meowed with a chuckle, although deep down, she knew it wasn’t a joke. Blacksky's ears perked as she heard her name called out as a mentor, she wondered what had prompted this. She wasnt one to really stand out, but she accepted it with an inward smile, nodding as she went about finding her apprentice in the crowd, hoping that this was a test that she could prove herself with. ѕнαdow✩
Heavypetal watched his leader as he called each pair, rather happy with the groupings. He had yet to do much training with his own apprentice, yet he had a sense of pride over the younger cat, his heart warming with the thought that one day he would be getting his warrior name eventually. He curled his tail neatly over his paws, waiting to see if anyone would need any help in finding their newly assigned partner.
Sunflower was attending her first ceremony as a member of Swiftclan. She stifles a yawn halfway through, wondering if all clan things were this.... uneventful. The ginger she-cat started zoning out until her name was mentioned, which caused her blue eyes to widen and a nervous laugh to come from her being. What the heck did he MEAN she had an apprentice??? She was hardly learning this clan stuff herself, she’d be learning right along this poor, impressionable youth. On second thought, she was helping form the youth. Good for her. More minds to think like her. She yawns again, taking her time to stretch out leisurely before padding over to meet her new apprentice.
“ ‘lo, Dandelionpaw. Pleasure to meet ya!” She smiles at the young cat, pleased to have been chosen now. strawberrycupid
Still hunched over in a somewhat uncomfortable position, Marrowpaw glanced up curiously when the other she-cat addressed her with wide, almost bug-like, pale-green eyes. She tilted her head to the side in slight confusion as Firefly- er, Miss Frenzy, ranted on about something involving dangerous adventure during her training. Honestly it probably couldn't be more life-threatening than any of Buckwheatpaw's mazes. In any case, Miss Frenzy seemed like a friendly enough cat, so she'd go along with everything like a proper, dutiful apprentice. Because that's what she was supposed to do, right? Giving Fireflyfrenzy a bright smile, Marrowpaw nodded eagerly. @ian

Although the large blue main coon Dreamshade wasn't really standing with the group while the meeting was happening she could still hear what was going on as she sat near some kind of broken chair and table set grooming her fur. Her ears fluttered as she heard her name in the long list of cats being assigned, apprentices. She hadn't expected to be included as it had been quite a while since she had an apprentice of her own and she quite liked it that way because it freed her up to help whoever had come to her when their mentors were busy or if she saw one a bit discouraged she would take the time to help them if they would let her. Dreamshade wasn't sure how well this whole thing was going to go, but she would give it her best as always as she did with everything she did. She rises to her paws and makes her way over to the group finding Silverpaw. "Hallo there young one." She says tipping her head politely as she sits down so that her large figure wasn't so so daunting to the young apprentice. Cleaver
She was an apprentice now! Silverpaw felt thrilled from nose to tail tip, but she was nervous too. She would always have her siblings with her, but she wouldn't share a nest with her mother anymore. Even though the nursery was crowded with them all in there, she was going to miss curling up against Indigopastel's warm flank. Would she still come to visit? Silverpaw craned her neck, searching for her mother in the crowd, but then her mentor got in the way.
Smiling against her nerves, she quickly bowed her head to the larger cat. "H-hello Dreamshade," Silverpaw mewed humbly. "Thank you for mentoring me." Tigerclover
