Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Glowstar licked at her fur, each stroke of her tongue spilled life across auburn fur turning it even more vibrant with every lick. Her eyes moved to look at Rubyflame, "We'll get out of this and if SunClan really does win then you and I can run away. We'll take a few DayClan members with us and just get out fast. We could move in with um... We could be rogues, that could be fun," Glowstar offered the idea to her friend. She had a lot of people she thought were her friends. She used to be able to say BrookClan or NightClan, but really where could she go to? Even if Burningstar really didn't want to do it she had chosen a spy over her. Maybe if Glowstar hadn't been a spy herself she would have done the same thing, but knowing what they're like it only came instinctively to not want to have anything to do with a spy that didn't work for her. Now there was no one to turn to.
"We could call it New DayClan," She smiled, a quiet curl of her lips.
Rubyflame's belly was swollen with the kits that were due any day. She tried tobe positive but her felt heavy, heavy with dread of what might happen to her babies when she gave birth.
She wished she and Fang had held off. Shouldve realized leaf bare was a poor time to have kits anyways.
Her ears lowered as Glowstar talked. She wanted to agree with her leader. Say they could take on the world, but Rubyflame was weighed down. Though a part of her was ready to fight with the strength of TigerClan for her kits. The other part reckoned that as she was she'd be a burden to escape efforts.
"We will be DayClan once again, Im sure," Rubyflame said, "We've weathered terrible leafbares we can weather this,"
"Yeah, that's true, DayClan is pretty great," Glowstar said, her face nuzzling into Rubyflame's neck before meeting her eyes, "You'll be okay. SunClan isn't a bad clan, it just has a bad leader. If you have kits here they'll grow up okay and we'd probably escape before they're apprentices. It's just... Hard right now. We're outnumbered because warriors like you are pregnant or are nursing. We're a strong clan, but we're just a bit vulnerable. But there will be another initiation soon and I don't know what Foxstar will do if we don't agree to join the second time around. She might just force everyone to start working as a lower ranking member. It could get bad, but we'll be okay."
There were eyes everywhere, she couldn't tell Rubyflame that she had spoken to Commander Mars. That help was coming. She could only repeat over and over again that they'd be okay without explanation because they would.
