Crimsonrose finally has her kits! But she won't stick around long as she feels it's her duty to go and talk to Wintrystar... and then get imprisoned for the foreseeable future.
As noted by Honeystorm the plan has changed a bit to where basically with Mysteryleaf being demoted to Maverick through a series of events. The now motherless kits are going to be taken in by Fia and Goldenphantom and become Eerie's by parentage as a result. (Really a better result than Crimsonrose could ever hope for)
Elyon may still try to come in and take these kits to WinterClan in exchange for WinterClan keeping her mother locked up tight, but time will tell XP

Okay, so, slight change of plans. Fia Cendrillon, seeing these kits without a parent, is gonna just scoop them up and claim them for herself and Goldenphantom. She calls dibs. xD
