Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Leviathan made his way through the moor, the red moon on his back, the thought of Selene bleeding in the sky was enough to send chills down his back. He has purposely avoided going out of camp at night as much as possible, something that wasn't exactly possible in a nocturnal clan. Ever since the moon had turned red the cardinal had felt utterly alone, despite the fact that he was surrounded by family. For the first time since he was a kit the black and white tom could no longer hear the moonlit goddess whispering in his ear, and now he felt he needed her guidance more than ever.
With So many refugees joining his ranks lately, openly speaking out against him, he found it harder to tell who he could trust and who he couldn't even now in the openness of his own territory he found himself constantly looking over his shoulder, unable to to shake the feeling that some how, he was being watched.

Rasalas snaked around the corner, watching the Cardinal's every move through narrowed eyes. His paws moved silently over the grass and leaves and he stuck to the shadows where the white in his coat wouldn't give him away. The plan was to wait until the leader was sufficiently far enough away from the camp before he attacked...
The fur along the cardinal's spine stood on end, forcing it to lay flat he turned around slowly, his amber eyes scanning the surrounding area for any signs of movement. "I know you're there. You might as well show yourself, instead of slinking around in the shadows" he hissed in obvious annoyance.

A smirk played across Rasalas' muzzle as he stepped slowly out of the underbrush. "Perceptive are we?" His voice was smooth and eyes calculative as they passed over Leviathan. He stood a few fox-lengths away from the leader, careful not to give away his intentions quite yet. This was going to be a slow mind game that the manipulative tom was going to thoroughly enjoy.
"You seem surprised Rasalas" he responded evenly. The cardinal didn't bother to look around, he knew they where alone which was why the rogue had finally decided to show himself to the MoonClan leader, only once they had strayed far enough from camp. "I didn't think cats like you transitioned to nocturnal life so easily but, you. You slink around in the shadows as though you were born to them" he offered the silver tabby a sly smirk of his own.

"Not surprised, really." He answered, silently admiring the emotional poise Leviathan carried. "Just impressed that someone such as you doesn't walk around with his head in the clouds all the time." Rasa's (shortening it just because the apostrophe is weird lol) tail brushed against the ground lightly as he took a step forward. "I assume you realize why I followed you then?"
"I do." he sighed as if this whole situation was more annoying to him than it was concerning. "If your intent is to kill me, I can promise you, you will not succeed. You don't have to do this. We can just go back to camp and forget this whole thing."

"I'm afraid how it sits that we cannot just 'go back and forget this whole thing.' I have come to give you divine retribution, or maybe divine smite as some would call it. There is no turning back now." Rasalas responded, beginning to slowly circle around the black and white leader. "You should feel honored to meet death at the end of the star god's claws. Isn't sacrifice what you are all about?"
Leviathan remained claim as he watched the silvery tabby circle him. His amber eyes watching his every move, his muscles tense and poised to attack or defend himself at a moments notice. "I'm willing to make every sacrifice for my clan as Selene sees fit. I however have no intend on dying by your paws not today, or ever." He growled, before lashing out at the other tom, in an attempt to rank his nails along his flank.

Riverwolf jumped back as Leviathan struck, managing to escape most of the blow. He felt the sting along his side yet a smile rose to his muzzle. “At least I know you can fight. It’s too bad that your dear Selene won’t save you today.” He sneered before rushing towards the black and white tom in attempt to knock him over with his shoulder.
Side stepping the blow he managed to escape the brunt of it, but not entirely. The maneuver knocking him off balance, he staggered sideways several times trying to regain his balance. "You're wrong. Even in her absence so long as there is a moon in the sky Selene will be here to watch over her chosen clan."
