Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The large tabby tom made his was soundlessly out of the tunnels not even bothering a glance over his shoulder to make sure his companion was following him. He could tell by the soft footfalls against the path that she was. After Bloodystar's announcement Hemlockshadow had volunteered Weed and himself to go out on a hunting patrol, seeing as the initiate was so keen on helping the clan and was clearly concerned with everyone's well-being. It only seemed appropriate for them to be the first to volunteer their services.
"Remember to stay where I can see you" he reminded her. in a tone most would use when talking to a kit, but that was just the way he spoke to most cats. He'd gone out as an initiate more times than he could count, and never on his own. Truth be told he still wasn't used to the freedoms and privileges that came with being a full member of SunClan and he didn't think he ever would.

The she-cat had been more than surprised when Hemlockshadow volunteered the both of them for a hunting patrol. She had quickly stared after the large tom with narrowed green eyes, but she followed him none the less. Weed wasn’t sure what exactly sure what he was trying to do, but she didn’t trust it one bit. She found herself growing more suspicious of her clan mates everyday. It seemed that the more she spoke out, the more back lash she received. Weed was beginning to find that it was worth it if it meant she was voicing her own opinion. The tortoiseshell couldn’t help but roll her eyes at the demeaning tone of his voice. “Oh, yes sir.” She said with a small sneer. “I’ll be sure to be on my very best behavior, don’t you worry your pretty little head.”
If he had payed any attention to her retort or even heard it he gave no indication as they ventured father from the tunnels. This time he did look over his shoulder, but he wasn't looking at her but, rather looking passed her to make sure they weren't being followed. "Since you think you're so clever, then tell me. Where would the best place to hunt be given the circumstances?" It was a simple question, and innocent one but, the way he asked it, suggested that he was expecting her to get the answer wrong.

Weed twitched her whiskers as she looked around. The land truly did look barren. She let out a soft sigh as her green eyes took in their surroundings. A part of her was praying that Bloodystar was wrong. She flicked her ears at Hemlockshadow's question and couldn't help but raise a brow. Shouldn't he have known the answer to that? "Anywhere with foliage or shade. If we take to many trips to whatever bodies of water are still left the prey will never go there again. If we absolutely have to go near small puddles or streams we should do so sparingly."
