Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Caleb should've known that while the league could care less at this point of what it's members did. His brother certainly did. While Elyon had gotten herself entangled in the brass of the league, getting close to Innocentia. And the nemesis ages ago to become Assassin. She'd become untouchable to Deimos's attacks. As he feared her growing strength. Cornelius had always been too big, so that left Caleb. And though Caleb was no pushover... he was far from as hardy as his other brothers, and wasn't as connected as his sister.
And with him finally having enough just surviving in the league, Deimos had seen this as the perfect opportunity to deliver some pain and punishment to his brother.
Fortunately Caleb could move pretty quickly, and then tom was running as fast as his paws could carry him, hopefully in the direction of the regime. If he could make it to the regime and find a badger set or something that could help him lose Deimos, he could try to meet one of the regime cats and try to join.
Unfortunately he wasn't sure if he was going the right way. He'd never been on this side of the mountains before, he and his siblings swearing it off as it was where their mother had gone with their runt sister.
And he was regretting it now as he could hear Deimos slamming through undergrowth giving chase.
"You can't run forever brother!" Deimos called after him laughing.
Faintly Caleb detected a scent that was different than before, and he lifted his head trying to discern it. It permeated this area. Could this be the regime's lands? Did he dare hope.
He couldn't pause yet, but with renewed energy he lengthened the strides of his screaming limbs and kept running.
