The newly named Proxy had no idea what to do with himself. He was baffled that Funk would chose him despite his quietness and occasional...okay, not so occasional, awkwardness. Glancing around at the cats he was given to command, the ambassadors, and the place they were living... a rather dirty, dusty Party City (tm). It had gotten quite rundown in between Lux and his time. He was ambassador living here before but had been so busy with working that he didn't notice it getting messy. He was sure the others probably didn't notice either. Shina shook his head, vowing to clean up the place. Without talking to anyone, he began flitting around, dusting with a pawful of feathers and scrubbing with some soaked moss.

"Don't you have more important things to do?" Circe did not often come to this part of the territory - the gray tabby she-cat preferred forests and parks - but the shiny new Proxy had earned her attention. Shina, huh? Another cat she hardly knew. Despite being a member of Internal Affairs, she truly was awful at her job, but no one even clocked her for it seeing as she had other marketable skills. She was a remarkable animal handler although today she had no companion at her side, "I suppose Ambassadors have always been the odd ones out among the districts. It's hard to wage wars on loners and rogues who are apt to scatter when the going gets tough, and even then, there's not a lot of ways to gain credit for it." Her tone was not at all mocking; she was being utterly genuine, "Would you like a hand?"

He stopped what he was doing with a bit of dripping moss hanging from his paw. At her words, he gave a small nod and glanced over the now...sparkling... Party City. "I suppose." His voice was deep and soft. You almost had to lean forward to hear it most of the time. It wasn't that he was afraid to speak or anything. He had spent so much of his life isolated that it didn't become a natural form of communication for him. He pointed with his tail to perhaps the only dusty spot left in the run-down building, the ladder area. That part was probably one of the least used areas since it was difficult to balance on. "Thank you." Shina meowed quietly, pushing forward a piece of damp moss with his paw.
