Takeshi had been away from MoonClan for almost a moon, performing his duties as MoonClan's Bishop to the the other Forest clans. He had been quietly watching event unfold between NightClan, DayClan, and SunClan from afar. His little bats having given him the information that he needed Now it was time to report his findings, if only he could manage to sneak around his disciples finding out that he had returned. So instead of entering into MoonClan's camp he watched and waited for Leviathan to make his appearance.
The Cardinal had been expecting the return of his bishops the last few nights so he wasn't surprised to see Takeshi waiting for him, the only thing he found curious was that the tuxedo tom didn't come inside the camp but he decided not to comment. "Welcome back Takeshi, I trust you have news for me?"

"Naturally" came his soft voice, as he emerged from the darkness the soft moonlight making the white patches of his pelt nearly glow. He had already scouted the area to ensure the would be left undisturbed "There have been many interesting developments in the past moon" he looked up at the moon, letting the light of Selene bathe over him, a cleansing ritual he often did upon returning home "The DayClan and SunClan alliance has been broken, but that you already know. However DayClan has recently been engaged in a conflict with NightClan over the White Tree. It seems NightClan has decided to take it for themselves, and are not going to just give it back without a fight" he paused, for there was much more "In SunClan, things are looking rather... Chaotic. The High Priestess and her Promised got into a heated argument, and it seems that both he and their Soothsayer have left for DayClan for the time being"
Levee tried to keep a straight face, but he couldn't help the puzzled look that passed over his expression when his bishop recanted the news to him. What were there neighbors up to? Well he knew what they were up to, the real question was why. Two of them were fighting over a tree and the other fighting with themselves. For a moment he wasn't sure how to respond to this. He was quiet for a moment as he processed the news the tom had given him. "Alright, It seems DayClan is without allies in our forest for the time being. Now would be a perfect time to visit NightClan and try to win their allegiance. If nothing else we can offer them aid in winning their tree."

Takeshi dipped his head, trying to keep his report impartial. His job was to report back, not to give his opinion on political matters. He was simple to watch and observe "If that is what you feel is right, however..." he paused nearly biting his tongue "I do feel compelled to caution you.DayClan and SunClan could reforge their alliance. Even though the two clans are at odds the two leaders have a long history of friendship, and are not angry at one another. Even now SunClan's High Priestess and Foxbane are seeking out the culprit to bring them to justice. If they succeed... Well their combined forces would far outnumber our own"
"That is why, we are going to offer then aid as friends. If nothing else, at least it will land us an introduction with our neighbors." He understood his Bishop's hesitance well enough, he just wished that they could see things the way he did. How would they make any mark, good or bad if they didn't even have a paw in the door? MoonClan had remained silent and weak long enough. Now it was there time to show they were still here, and getting stronger.
