Glowstar leapt past Renegades border than back into rogue lands, her ears and tail bobbing back and forth with her bunny hopping motions.
"I'm gonna see Fjoooord! ♪♫"
"I'm not gonna be booooored! ♪♫"
"But maybe ignoored ♪♫ ..."
Glowstar looked back to Renegade Regime, her tail drooped. She had been waiting a while. Maybe he just forgot! She swayed back and forth on her paws, "Hmm hmm hmmm hmmmm ♪♫"
Her emerald gaze stared anxiously ahead, he would come, it's cool, he wouldn't miss a night out with her, not when it was seashell crown making Thursday on the third week of every month. Wait. What side of the border was she at? She looked around, dammit she was on the west border, they met at the east. Why they did? Actually she had no idea, that was the furthest away border from DayClan, but whatever! Point was she was on the furthest side.
Six minutes later Glowstar dragged her body over Renegades border, her belly dragging across the grass, "Made it," She wheezed before lying her chin down.
Honestly, Venus had never been one to leave the tunnels. She preferred to stay close to Post Kilo where she looked after the tykes that seemed to get into no end of trouble. Today however, she had been convinced to come out and speak with Glowstar. Why? Well she was apparently a friend of Fjord's and she supposed that was reason enough. After everything the two of them had been through, she was eager to be able to meet Glowstar as his mate and not have to feel the same prickle of shame that she had felt when she was still with Limavady. After a moment she shook her head. She still didn't like thinking about Limavady. Even after all this time, she couldn't stand to mention his name. She wanted to be able to focus on the present and what their future might hold. "We should hurry. She'll probably be waiting by now you know. I believe we're already running late."

"Ah, she's probably catching her breath right now because somewhere along the way she wandered off and got lost." Fjord responded with a little chuckle. He was more relaxed now than what he used to be. With Limavady's presence less active in his life and Venus by his side, he could feel his spark returning. Not to mention he had a whole Regime's worth of children to keep up with. They just recently became cadets, but he couldn't help but still feel protective. The white tom gave his mate a lick on the ear before picking up his pace. "Listen, I'm sure you already know this, but Glowstar is... Well, Glowstar. She can be fairly outspoken, but I promise she is a good friend." He explained with a nervous grin. It almost felt like he was presenting his new girlfriend to his sister, but Venus was his mate and the Dayclan leader wasn't actually his relative.
Venus shook her head. "You aren't nervous are you?" She knew that her brother was also somewhat fond of Glowstar even if he would never admit it. She had never really had a chance to meet Glowstar before now so this would be an interesting evening. She was sure of that. They were arriving at their meeting place now though. She would soon see for herself what Glowstar was really like.
Glowstar lied on her back staring up at the twilight wondering a thousand different thoughts about stars light years away. There was a lot to wonder about the skies, like why the birds never landed through clouds and how soft was a cloud? Why did no shooting star ever seem to land or did it disintegrate? It was silly questions that left her the most perplexed, but also the most frustrated that she would never know the answer to them. No ever wasted time dedicating their lives to silly thoughts that passed through the mind, but sometimes the idea of dying and missing out on knowledge burdened her. After all when you're alive you could explore, but if there were afterlives out there you were trapped with the knowledge you consumed and what past cats have.
When Fjord found her he caught her in a rare trance of endless wonder, her emerald eyes flicked to him from a distance. Normally she would have allowed herself to keep lying there inviting Fjord to lie down beside her and wonder about a thousand silly things with her, but instead she felt another presence with him. Rising up from her position she could see Venus by his side and not recognizing her she wondered briefly if it was a mercenary and she did something wrong and Fjord was going to have to arrest her or something. But when Venus traveled closer she could tell it was unlikely she was a mercenary by her build and less than scarred figure.
"Hello there," Glowstar greeted Venus with a polite smile before leaning over and whispering in Fjord's ear, "Who's the hot chick?"
Venus dipped her head politely to Glowstar when she greeted her. "Hello." While she didn't want to seem rude, but she also didn't want to seem overly formal since she was under the impression that this was an informal meeting. She simply smiled, pretending that she hadn't overheard Glowstar's question to Fjord.
Seeing as Glowstar's comment didn't warrant a response from Fjord she instead turned to look at Venus, her gaze feather light and her smile as gentle as flower petals, "Pleasure to meet you. I've been friends with Fjord ever since I randomly decided to wander onto Renegade Regimes territory and since then I just haven't been able to stay away. What about you, how did you meet him?" She asked, eyeing him as suspiciously as a little sister.
