Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. it is that time of year again where its Fallclan's celebration of lights its only a month late but anyway we will have a grand old time. There will be a feast, fireflies, games, and so much more!! So I hope you join us for the Celebration of Lights Festival!
(So this meeting would have happened before the Mountain Clans' Gathering and would be the first time the clan is learning that Bijou is leader and not Dovecaper. Some background info - for this thread is the fox attacked happened. Yes I know a thread was never made for it, but I thought without fearful that it didn't feel right to have that thread. After the mini war with foxes, it left Dovecaper the deputy partly blinded due to claw marks to his eyes. Many warriors and apprentices were hurt but no one died. Thrushstar disappeared the only thing they found was a pool of blood and the scent of fox. Following days after the attack search parties was sent out in the territory to look for Thrushstar but no body was found and the leader never turned up. While Dovecaper left with Softpelt to go receive his 9 lives. Bijou left camp and went to the Moon Creek as well to see if he could see his father Thrushstar in Starclan. When Bijou snuck into Starclan that's when Starclan told Dovecaper he was unfit to be Fallclan's leader and that they were angry the direction that Fallclan has gone. Starclan named Bijou Fallclan's leader and he wasn't expecting it and asked for more time to process it. He didn't take a warrior name nor his 9 lives.)
Entering into camp first was Bijou he was way ahead of the small patrol that consisted of Dovecaper, Softpelt, and Inksplash. His eyes first locked onto the Leader's Den hollow. The place where past Fallclan leaders had slept. Above the hollow was the ancient Tree of Wisdom. The large tree offering shade during the spring and summer months. Above the Leader's Hollow was a massive boulder that rested against the Tree of Wisdom. The white tom walked up to the boulder and looked up at it. The moment he stepped his paws onto the boulder would make it more real. He leapt up onto the stony surface and stood seeing majority of the camp from where he stood. "All Fallclan cats come join under the Tree of Wisdom for a Clan meeting." His voice echoed around the camp.
Softpelt followed behind Bijou until he leapt onto the boulder. The fluffy white medicine cat settling herself at the foot of the rock. She was still processing what had happened during the visit to StarClan. Her StarClan residing mate's surprise appearance, the declaration that Dovecaper was not to be leader but Bijou instead, and all that had been stated. It was a lot to take in, and truthfully Softpelt wasn't fully sure she understood what this meant going forwards, nor how the clan would react.
However, she trusted Birchshade, which was likely why StarClan had tasked him with speaking to them last night. Plus, given how at least half the clan held unfavorable opinions of Bijou as just a clanmate, much less a leader she had to be steadfast in her commitment as his medicine cat now. He would need her support most of all.
Beside her Inksplash sat down shakily. She was just, stunned. when she had agreed to go with Bijou to the Moon Creek she had not expected all that had happened. Nor had she expected she would be meeting the spirit of the father she had never known, and never in her wildest dreams would she imagine her father speaking on StarClan's behalf that Bijou was to be the new leader and to carry FallClan back to the way it was before.
It was one shock after another, and on top of a night of no sleep, Inksplash was a little shaky on her paws, a swirling mixture of confusion, excitement, joy, and fear at all the uncertainty that now stretched before her. Her emotions were a complete mess, and she wished they could all take a break so she could process it. But no time was given.

Rainbowsong exited out of the warriors den with a yawn. In her half asleep state she hadn't noticed that the voice calling for a meeting wasn't Dovecaper.
Though after turning her gaze to the rock, she looked shocked. Quickly she went to the cat closest to her, who happened to be Singingwren @peepingpeeper, "Hey, like, yesterday we went out and caught that juicy squirrel right? Because yesterday, Dovecaper was deputy, and would be making announcements, but now... he's making announcements?" A bolt of fear and she lowered her voice to a harsh whisper. "You don't think this is a coup do you? Should we like get ready for battle?"

(Since this is the thread that Bijou is going to name Lostsong deputy, I am going to have it so along with the others she has no idea what is happening)
Lostsong padded out of the warriors den at the sound of Bijous voice calling for a clan meeting, she looked up to see him instead of Dovecaper sitting atop the boulder that had been used by many leaders in the past. Slowly she walked to the front of the clearing and sat down so that she could hear and see Bijou easily, Softpelt sat below the boulder with Inksplash and she gazed questioningly at the medicine cat as if to silently ask what was going on.
(Patrols have been posted. Along with the halfling thread, the warrior mass threads and the celebration of lights thread)
When most of the Fallclan members had exited their dens, Bijou let out the breath he had been holding. "Tonight Dovecaper and Softpelt journeyed to the Moon Creek so Dovecaper could receive his nine lives from Starclan. When Dovecaper met with Starclan, they revealed to him and Softpelt that Dovecaper is not the leader of Fallclan. Starclan is angry that Fallclan has strayed away from its traditions. Instead of making Dovecaper leader of Fallclan they have decided to make me the leader of Fallclan. To follow in the paw steps of my father Thrushstar and my mother Eternalstar. I did not feel worthy taking a leader name and lives. I asked Starclan for some time to come to terms with their decision. I have not taken a leader name nor have a taken my nine lives until I feel ready." Bijou announced then fell silent.

Lostsongs eyes darted quickly to Bijou as he spoke, he was their leader now? She had no issues with the tom but the sudden change caught her off guard, turning her head she looked at Dovecaper though she could not read his expression. lostsong waited and listened, as the others took in this news. How would they react?
Silverlace sat next to her half brother Suncrown. The mink pointed Birman looked up at the skinny white tom that stood on the leader rock. Her mouth dropped open slightly at the shock of the news. "He said what now?" She murmured to her brother.
"I think he said he's the leader now?" Suncrown murmured back looking rather confused about the whole ordeal.
