Welcome to WinterClan's point system! This is a really exciting and interesting addition to the clan that'll hopefully spark inspiration, excitement and a bit of friendly competition c; in everyone! There are two different systems that you can participate in, the reputation system (called the kingdom system) and the strength system (called the predator system). There are requirements for each, but you're able to participate in both! NOTE: If your character's a kit, you unfortunately can't give them any points, but as soon as they become a student feel free! THE KINGDOM SYSTEM – reputation Ever dreamed of being something more? This is where you start. This is the social ladder, where should you have what it takes, you can climb and claw your way to the top for the ultimate power and / or respect. Once your character is an elite soldier or past the rank you're able to start them in the predator system. THE RANKS Mud Laborer (outsiders and first level predator class) - You’re the scum of WinterClan and just about anyone can treat you however you like. There’s no one for you to boss around and little sleep for you to be had, but keep climbing that social ladder and maybe you’ll make it big someday! Shadow Commoner (soldiers start here) - You’re a commoner, another shadow in the masses. You follow orders and can only really command around Mud Laborers. It’s not a tough life, but it’s an average life. Sovereign Servant - Welcome to the most grueling moons of your life, you’re stepping up in the world, but now you have to prove your place. You’re serving at the sides of the most fortunate and elite in the hopes of making it to the top. Let’s see how much dignity you have left by the end of it. Elite Soldier (Cat can participate in Predator System) - You made it! You’re among the elites and while you’re not considered high class you’re not bossed around by just anybody anymore. People seem to begin respecting you and it feels great! You’re everyone’s first pick on patrols now! Frost Warden - You have honed your skills and it’s recognized! Now you can boss around just about any soldier class and are even encouraged to. Cats try to watch out for you, you’re even able to put a Biting Badger Predator in their place! Alpenglow Lord / Lady - You’re now an Alpenglow, named after the rosy light glittering off from the mountain side. Your journey has only just gotten started, you have more power in your paws than you ever have had before. You’re now able to arrange a marriage from anyone lower than you with yourself, of course, they may not be very accepting of it, but in the eyes of WinterClan they’ll be your mate and that’s what counts, right? Brumous Baron / Baroness - You’re no longer just starting out on the royal totem pole anymore, cats recognize your name as someone of power and to be respected. You have just about everyone wrapped around your paw and are even invited at times to be among the higher class sovereign for meetings. Valerian Viscount / Viscountess - You’re at a whole new level now, you and the loved ones around you are seen as untouchable. You have your very own personal Predator that you hand chose to protect you and those around you and you’re able to gain more if you work hard enough! Apricity Earl / Countess - Looking back, you’ve made it quite far, no one would dare speak out against you and even if they do there’s just about nothing out of your reach that you can’t do to them. At this point you have quite a history with your power and everyone knows to keep their paws off your toes. Cordillera Duke / Duchess - Admirers worship the ground you stand on and even the haters envy the throne you sit in. You’ve made it all the way to the top! As such WinterClan has given you and your family your own personal den. You’re a Cordillera now, translating to Duke / Duchess of the Mountain Range. THE PREDATOR SYSTEM – strength Perhaps you're not one for the glamour and instead prefer the gruff world of the hunters. If so, your character will wear an animal pelt not just for warmth, but one that serves as armor, and symbolizes that you are a Predator and not just an average Shadow Commoner (see kingdom system). This system is rewarding in strength, but grueling and cruel, it’s often seen as grunt work and characters are treated more like glorified pets than people. Predators cannot participate in the Kingdom System until they reach the Golden Hawk rank where they’re recognized for their efforts. THE RANKS Dusk Mouse (apprentices start here) - You’ve just started out and you’re not even a fully made Predator yet. The other Predators have their doubts about you. You’re a commoner by day and a Predator by dusk. Your job is to observe the other Predators and not get in the way. Harrowing Hare - You’re every kingdom member's toy to do their bidding. This is for the sadistic and merciless and if you’re none of those it’s the worst moons of your life, tormenting cats for what could be an innocent mistake. There’s no one you can’t hurt because if you refuse an order at this rank you’re made a Mud Laborer for life on the spot until the Sovereign hopefully grants you mercy. Soaring Owl - At this point you’re doing the same thing you were as a Harrowing Hare, but you’ve gotten good praise for your obedience and torment skills that you’re the upper classes favorite. More like in a pampered pet kind of a way. Many of the other Predators look down on the Owls as suck ups. Biting Badger - You finally have some genuine respect from the upper class for your work and can even command around the commoners given your strength. You’re no longer seen as a pet with a bite, but as a vicious soldier. Maybe you’re feared more than respected, but it’s a start! Frozen Fox - You’ve finally come to a point in your life where you can have a personal servant of sorts, or more specifically a prisoner. You’re welcome to take prisoners out to do your bidding whether that be hunting or tormenting some poor soul. If you work hard enough you can even gain more than one! You’re a Frozen Fox now after all, how much of a heart can you possibly have left after all you’ve done? Golden Hawk (Cat can participate in Kingdom System) - You’re recognized for all your hard work and are no longer treated as a lower class grunt. You’re allowed to start off as a Sovereign Servant and can work your way up the social ladder to finally gain some respect as more than a personal attack hound. Spirit Bear - A spirit bear is a rare type of bear, such a title deserves to be given to a rare kind of a cat. You’re an elite predator now, killing and tormenting comes to you as a second sense. You’re a living weapon, a killing machine, WinterClan is constantly amazed by your progress and whether or not you climbed the social ladder there’s few dumb enough to mess with you now. Mist Wolf - You’re completely under the radar, not even other Predators know you’re a mist wolf, you’re not just elite, you’re a legend. You have a code name by now that is whispered among excited new students. You’re often first picked by the Sovereign to lead strikes and are their absolute secret weapon. Be careful to keep your Mist Wolf identity a secret, you’ve likely made quite a few enemies at this point. Mistral Moose - You’re among the council of Predators! Which unfortunately is also a secret except for those in the Predator in community and the Sovereign. Many outsiders don’t know your true strength and they should pray they never know it for your a force to never be reckoned with. You can command any Predator to do your bidding and unless they’re another Mistral Moose there’s just about no cat out there who can match your strength.
