Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
[ open to any cat from any group. male of female. Looking to find a mare for her. But she's poly so there will be other mates. How they deal with this and if they are jealous and possessive up to you. If they're chill and don't really care. Or if they also have another mate? open to whatever. More complicated the better. Anyone need a step-mom?]
Mother E'tani moved through the thick evergreens of the leagues territory, leaving behind the buildings that housed the leagues members. Leaving behind the openness that offered a clear view of potential threats. No she moved into the shadows of the forest, into the embrace of the thick undergrowth that did it's best to shield her bright white pelt among it's foliage. Here within the quiet that was broken only by the occasional bird call and breeze she let her placid expression unravel. Let the rage she so carefully contained ignite her golden eyes into bright flames that spoke of a wildfire ready to burn down all the stood against her.
Her carefully serene and unbothered image unraveled at the edges, the thread that had sown it together pulled roughly from it's holding to show the wild creature it had so carefully hid away. She had let none of those within the league see this side of her, locked it away tightly within the fortress of her own making. Ready to be shoved into the dark once the risk of exposure to others presented herself. Mother knew better than to let others see what a hideous creature she was inside.

"You should really be more aware of your surroundings. Wouldn't want somebody to see you so defenseless, right?" The voice was gruff and deep, but also a tad awkward sounding. His paw steps silent as he revealed himself through the thick evergreens of the league territory. He didn't seem scared of her, which was rather abnormal when faced with such anger. His stubby left ear twitching ever so slightly as if preparing to hear words that would never pierce the eardrum. They were both alike in one obvious ways, their bodies scarred because of the harshness of life, although he could tell she still at least retained the privilege of hearing. Not that he particularly cared whether he heard her words or not. He had learned to live with it. The passage of time nothing but trials in his way. Trials that he was prepared the conquer.

Turning she wondered how the tom had managed to sneak up on her, and she also wondered who he was. She would recognize such distinct features so much like her own had she seen them before. one could argue that perhaps she had missed him, there were lots of dark rooms and halls for the league cats to inhabit now, but she refused to believe such a thing. Mother E'tani took her position more seriously than Marchosais had that was for sure. The moment she took over for him she had done a sweep of all the hunters within their numbers, tallied them and starting weighing the best strategies to use to completely wipe Asbum Lux off the map. "Am I truly defenseless though?" She responded as she considered him some more, taking in his slim figure. "And where are your manners? It's abhorrently rude of you to just barge into my space without announcing yourself. Seeing as you were aware enough to know I probably didn't want to be disturbed."

His golden unblinking eyes stared intensely at her lips. He imagined the unheard words as hostile, or more so sassy, although it was difficult to tell considering the lack of emotion painted on her muzzle. She was quick to erase the anger that formerly boiled in her copper gaze and allowed her tense muscles to slack at his arrival. She was a cold-hearted queen, or so that's the vibe that she wanted Matias to have. "I apologize for the intrusion." He said with a dip of his head. He didn't feel guilty by the slightest for seeing the she-cat's meltdown. It was her own fault for not noticing his presence, although he wasn't really one to argue. After all, it wasn't hard to notice that this she-cat screamed authority and wasn't somebody you'd want to be on the negative side of. "Matias. That's what they call me, madam."

Expression twisting at the title she bite her tongue on the noise of displeasure that wanted to escape her. Familiarity breed fondness and she needed none of that in her life. "They call you Matias?" She retorted, "what do you call yourself then?" And introduction of her own name was notably lacking. Mother E'tani not fond of sharing it and then being questioned on her title. There was only so much to could tolerate towards others poking at her past. Giving others the moniker Mother to call her by always brought out the worst sort of curiosity. Often meaning it was easier to keep her names and titles to herself until she decided if the other would be worth conversing to.

He couldn't help but released a chuckle at the she-cat's retort. "touche." He finally said once the chuckling subsided. He had a slightly British twang to his voice and he kept his form straight in a almost comedic way of being proper. "Matias is my name since birth. What others call me and myself." He finally answered.

Her expression twitched but did not transform into anything striking, did not even give a hint towards the expression she was even working towards. "What are you doing here?" She decided to ask even if it might be a silly question. He could simply be hunting but that still didn't tell her why he had stopped after seeing her, noted that she would probably like to be alone, and then approached her anyway. She was curious towards her reasoning, because as she accused him of earlier she felt it was rather rude. So either he didn't see it the same way or he saw a reason to risk the rudeness and approach her anyway.
